• Helen (8/5): - The location being close to the airport was convenient and a free shuttle bus was a bonus. The room was enormous and the bed was comfortable. We had a complimentary bottle of wine and some chocolates. We also enjoyed a nice meal at the restaurant on site which is also convenient.

Beds were too soft to be comfortable. We were given a room quite a distance away from Reception and it was a chore to drag 5 pieces of luggage back and forth. We were given an airport trolley to use. In the morning, a large black bug ran between the two beds repeatedly, as if we were infringing on its turf. Not a pleasant experience, overall.

• CHRISTINE & CAMPBELL (8/5): - Having the restaurant on site for Breakfast and Dinner was great and the complimentary gifts on arrival was a welcoming addition, had it at no other stay over our 10 day holiday, staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating, plus the free shuttle to and from the airport was certainly a bonus as is the 24 hour reception and plenty of parking. Nothing.

• Hak (5/5): Would not recommend this hotel for anything other than a transit stay in-between flights . - Location- close to train station, easy to reach city by train. Staff- very friendly & helpful. Room - The room we stayed in clearly needs an update: cold industrial fluorescent lighting, chipped paints, old dirty-feeling carpet, warped door to toilet, and the shower that has separate hot and cold water controls (an unsafe feature). The shower knobs were also difficult to adjust and could not be turned off completely. In general, the room just felt less than thoroughly clean. We found several worms on the carpet.
