Adlah (4/5): - We stayed in room 26117 and there is mould on the bathroom roof and shower. All day all we could hear was kids running around in nearby rooms. We had booked breakfast for one day and we had trouble checking in at the breakfast buffet even though we had the receipt and it was noted on the card with the room keys. It was not seamless at all. Apart from the mould the hotel is very clean and offers a whole lot of things to do.

Chi Wa (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at the Venetian so much. The room is very specious. The resort is equipped with a indoor playroom, swimming pools, and the biggest shopping mall in Macau. The resort is also connected to the Londoner, the Parisian, Four Seasons, St. Regis, and Conrad. We literally stayed at the resort for 3 days without having to go outside. So much to do, to see, and to experience. Highly recommend the Venetian if you are looking for an all-inclusive place to stay in Macau. 😍 We will definitely be back again.

I was able to get one beer at the casino and they don’t have a lounge or live music just juice and gambling . Just a bunch of young tic toc’er posing for pictures everywhere. Very crowed and loud. Highly disappointed for the price you pay.

Ysabelle (2/5): - Toilet does not work. We have to go down the lobby to take care of business because the toilet does not work right. Staff are horrible, they do not smile. Service is terrible as well. No soda or coffee or other self service drinks available for casino customers/players like me. It’s nothing compared to the casino service that we get in the United States. Considering this is Venetian, I expected a better service. Staff don’t speak English except for the Filipino staff that are there that are friendly and helpful. Overall, the experience is horrible. Would not go back!

Linda (10/5): - The Venetian is a beautiful Hotel, we were in a gorgeous suite. The pool area was beautiful. Shuttles offered to and from the Ports and to different hotels. The Venetian is a huge hotel and you have to walk far to get anywhere. Not convenient in that aspect. Breakfast does not start until 7:30am. And Starbucks opens at8am. I would suggest walk outside to the Galaxy or the Wynn that offers a free Sky cab and Water show in the evening.

Arthur (10/5): - My 3 night stay was amazing. The room was spacious with a separate living room area & a bathroom with a large bathtub & standing shower. The room included 2 bathrobes & slippers which were exchanged daily. Such a wonderful property. Would definitely return.

Ally (8/5): - The hotel was nice, I think it’s getting a bit dated now. Next time I come I’ll stay at a newer hotel. The check in was good, I did pay extra for the Cotai strip view however she upgraded me to a more luxurious room, however it was not facing the strip. I asked for that precisely and she said it was. Got to the room it wasn’t. I didn’t bother changing it as I was only there For one night. Staff are nice but not super friendly. The food at the international dimsum restaurant was not bad, had better back home. I would give this hotel an overal 6/10. I did not use the pool or gym.

James (2/5): - We waited for 40 minutes at check in, there was a huge queue and even with space for about 20 receptionists only 2 were working. When we finally got to the front, the receptionist couldn’t find us a room available. He asked if we would take a smoking room or whether we would take a downgraded room. We said no and eventually were found a room, but it stank of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. We missed our dinner reservation with all the waiting.
Vivien HuiWen (10/5): Nice hotel with big room - Chrck in was easy n fast, room was nicely decorated, new, and big with sitting area. Overall a great hotel to stay and will comfortably accomidate a family of 4.

Gilda (10/5): - Most of the hotels & casinos are mostly interconnected. It has food court, plenty to choose, the hotel is huge, just follow the sign, you can’t get lost, just going in circle.

Verified traveler (10/5): First time in Macau - Other than the chaos at check-in, all else seems to be orderly. Staff we have encountered are very helpful and friendly. These casinos are not just for gamblers but are shopping meccas, especially at this hotels. 350+ shops alongside the canal can get you quite occupied.
