• Christine (9/5): Love staying here. - Great location, clean rooms, very helpful staff and so good to have the little area with the coffee machine. Lighting needs improvement especially in the bathrooms and the lift.

• kezCairns (10/5): Beautiful Boutique Hotel - I cannot praise this boutique hotel high enough. From staff to cleanliness and facilities. Spotlessly clean, the cleaners a credit to the hotel. They have a guest lounge where free Nespresso is self served with complimentary biscuits and free bottled water. Lounges to enjoy to fill in time. The bedding was lovely, great pillows, fresh clean blanket supplied, lots of hot water, big walk in shower, comfy bed, large room. Laundry facilities on site. The hotel has a lovely feel all around. Impeccably clean public areas. The hotel is in a top location, a couple of doors from Woolies, lots of restaurants, cafes around. No pool but you have the Lagoon only a few minutes walk away. I loved my stay here and will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit in Cairns.

• Johnny (9/5): Overall it is a good location and place to stay. - Location I wish the washer and dryer usage time is a bit longer till 11 pm. Currently, the allow time need to be done by 9 pm. As far as I realize most of the guests come back to the hotel late due to all the tourists activities that offer in Cairn. People were not able to do the laundry. Also our room was smell like a wet carpet, although the carpet is not wet.

• Rens (10/5): - Silent aircon, large usb hub for for charging beside the bed!!, large clean rooms with lots of storage and lots of extra things that you could use like the lounge room and luggage storage. The only thing that I can think of that was not perfect, was the view from the hotel room's window. But this was not at all that important to me. It was actually a benefit when sleeping because you where not on the side of the road so you have less noise.

• isabelle (10/5): Excellent - This is one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at. Massive recognition to the cleaning staff as they have the place spotless. The bedroom was so comfortable and the complementary wine was such a nice touch. The property is close to everything and free water, coffee, biscuits really made this stay feel like excellent value. A must stay in cairns, have no faults to say about this hotel

Very clean. 1st floor lounge has an excellent inviting environment with multiple tables and free coffee, water bottles and Arno's cookies for guests. Free and convenient laundry room. Self check in after six was super easy, as they send an email with all necesssary information. I can't say enough good things about this boutique hotel.

• Lauren (9/5): Great place to stay, would stay again - Great location- near foreshore, restaurants and shops. I really liked the coffee lounge and being able to use it after I checked out and waited for my flight. The window in the room overlooked a weird enclosed balcony that you couldn't access. The lights on the balcony stayed on all night and the rain was very noisy on the roof of this balcony.
