- Stewart (10/5): Lovely hotel close to the city centre - I cannot fault the Beeches Hotel. It is comfortable, convenient for Aberdeen city, and extremely good value. My room was quiet, there is ample free on-site parking available and breakfast is superb. A lot of thought and work has gone into providing a very pleasant stay - I will happily stay again (as I have done many times before).

- alexander (10/5): perfect for our one-night stay - Beeches is on a busy road at rush hour, but even though our room faced the road, it was quiet inside. Our room was very spacious (must have been the original "parlor"), and I think we got an upgrade since the inn seemed to have only 2 other guests. The main drag is a short walk from the inn, but like many city centers, it was relatively quiet after the after-work drink crowd had left. Only slight negative was the cold breakfast:either cereal, or meat and cheese and a few rolls for sandwiches.John (the host) would make you toast on request. The selection may be influenced by the relatively few guests, though. Parking is off-street, behind the house, through a narrow space between the property wall and house.

Everything was there that you needed especially the use of the laundry machines and dining area in the evening so you don't have to dine out all the time. The beds are comfortable and rooms were kept clean and tidy. With free off street parking to the rear which John also keeps immaculate, it is just the ideal place to stay. Great location with just a 5min walk to all amenities. Would happily stay again if I am ever back in Aberdeen again. Thanks again for the warm and friendly welcome and the continued help throughout my stay.

- Jonathan (10/5): A weekend away in Aberdeen. - A long walk up hill from the Station but once we got their it was lovely. A very quiet location with a good bus service. The tourist leaflets were all out of date some 4 years out of date !!! Aberdeen is a lovely place to visit, lots to do, variety of places to eat. Well worth a visit.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great location - John was very thorough and helpful. In addition, to familiarizing you with his place, he was great at showing you a map so you could get oriented. He even provided some history about the area (buildings, beech location, historic seaside areas). He can provide excellent ideas for food as well as activities. Everything was warm and inviting. We appreciated John's attention to detail, and it was a shame it was only one night.
- Elizabeth (6/5): A quick over night stay - It was fine for a quick one night stay. Taking the bus from the bus station to the hotel was really easy. We did walk from the bus stop to the hotel and it took about 5-10 minutes. It unfortunately for us was a little far from the airport and due to a lorry (truck) having problems we had to take an alternate route to the airport. That cost us just over 22£. They don't have uber in Aberdeen. We managed to oversleep so didn't get to try the breakfast or showers. Bed was perfect, we slept like babies.
