- Claudio (3/5): Non penso che torneremo - La posizione era buona e la via silenziosa. Ci siamo rimasti solo una notte e non ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento a piano terra aveva un forte odore di umido, di fumo e nella camera da letto un cattivo odore di fogne. La pulizia lasciava un pò a desiderare. Abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare appartamento vista l'umidità e il cattivo odore ma ci è stato risposto che non c'erano altri appartamenti disponibili. I letti non erano comodi e la notte abbiamo sentito freddo.

- László (8/5): Összeségében elégedett vagyok a szálláshellyel, azt kaptuk, amit igértek. - Közel volt a tengerparthoz. Biztosítottak parkolót. Nagyon segítőkész volt a személyzet. Ár-értékben jó döntés volt. A konyha felszereltsége nagyon alap volt. De erre számítottunk, így nem volt meglepetés, hogy mi nincs.

Sconsiglio per chi ha problemi alla schiena. Per una famiglia di 4/5 persone è abbastanza piccolo il bilocale, soprattutto il tavolo eravamo in 5 su un tavolino, ma ci siamo arrangiati.

Provides 24/7 convenience with a FamilyMart right opposite. Insider Tips Start early and head to Tsukiji Outer Market for sushi—arguably the best breakfast in Tokyo. Stock up on fresh ramen kits at the FamilyMart; they’re a surprisingly delicious upgrade from instant noodles. Verdict Super Hotel Premier Ginza combines Japanese hospitality, an urban hot spring, and prime access to Tokyo highlights. Excellent value for central Tokyo. Cons Luxury shopping options nearby (Louis Vuitton, Tiffany) may feel more intimidating than inviting if you’re budget-minded. Room sizes, typical for Tokyo, are on the compact side.

- Тatjana (7/5): Kleine Appartments mit der Küche, gute Lage-Meer, Metromare, Flughafen, Fiabilandia. - Sehr gute Lage-ich empfehle das für die Famillien mit den Kindern-daneben gibt es Fiabilandia Park-hat uns sehr gefallen! Strand ist wahrscheinlich nur für 500 m entfernt, und dafür haben wir nicht weit von dem Hotel Lidl -Supermarkt gefunden. In Prinzip hat uns alles gefallen, außer Größe der Zimmern und Steckdosen waren komisch-Teekanne könnte ich nur im Bad anschließen, und fehlen Haken-wo man die Handtücher hängen kann? Apparmentsgrösse stimmt nicht! Ich hatte am grosste Zimmern, aber die auch waren max. 24m2, obwohl es 35m2 versprochen wurde.

Brak mikrofalówki, słabe umieszczenie gniazdek w kuchni co utrudniało podłączenie czajnika elektrycznego. Brak półek w łazience które by umożliwiały położenie kosmetyków.

- Pascal (8/5): - Die Lage war sehr schön. ( Top Lage ) Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Klimaanlage war top. Auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnanlage war top. Das Personal war sehr nett. Auch der reservierte Parkplatz wurde ohne Probleme getauscht durch ein neuen anderen. Die Matratzen im Doppelbett waren eine katastrophe. Jeden Draht in der Matratze hat man gespürt. Schlafen war deshalb sehr schwer. Leider war kein Toaster oder Backofen da. Auch die Klospülung lief irgendwie dauerhaft durch. Problem ließ sich nur lösen durch mehrfaches drücken der Klo Spülung.

- Damián (7/5): Mono ambiente normal en Rimini - Bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y del metro mare para moverse por la ciudad y alrededores. Da la sensación de que es un edificio que vio tiempos mejores, estarían bien unos sillones en el ingreso por sì hay que esperar. Y algo que sería muy útil es agregar unos estantes para poner cosas tanto en la habitación como en el baño, casi no hay donde apoyar artículos personales.
- Ievgen (9/5): Great place to stay near the sea - Very nice location, close to the sea and sandy beaches (about 5 minutes walking), friendly staff. Kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Separate air conditioning in the kitchen and in the room. Would like to come here again! Wi-Fi wasn't very good in the bedroom. Also keep in mind that beach facilities are not included into price, although 10% discount is provided by Residence Mare for the beach # 207.

- Lorella (6/5): - Vicinissimo al mare e ben collegato alla stazione dei treni di Miramare, tutti i servizi erano funzionanti. Molto lontano dal centro, la zona soprattutto alla sera non è bellissima. Al nostro arrivo le stoviglie erano completamente sporche e nella doccia c'erano dei capelli.

- Misato (8/5): 子連れにおすすめ。 - ・キッチンがついてるところ！！ ・駐車場が5ユーロ/日で安い。 ・清掃を頑張っていることが伝わる清潔さ。 ・Fiabilandia、海まで子連れでも徒歩10分以内。 ・安くて美味しいレストラン(Tin Bota Ristorante e pizza)が近い。 ・大きいショッピングセンターが近い。車で10分くらい。 ・キッチンに必要最低限の器具がある。 ・COOPまで歩いて15分くらい。 ・駐車場は建物の裏で近いが、動線は迂回が必要。子連れで徒歩5分くらい。 ・建物の入り口から気になる臭いがある。湿気？ ・部屋が臭い。帰宅後毎回臭いのがストレス。出掛けるときに換気扇をMAXにすると多少ましに。 ・ドライヤーがほぼ無風。持参必須。 ・フライパンが焦げてる。 ・シャワー室やキッチンのパッキンに少々黒かび。 ・キッチン側の小さい窓のカーテンが壊れていて閉まらない。自らゴムで固定する必要がある。

- Martina (8/5): Když pojedeme ještě někdy do Rimini, rádi se vrátíme. - Skvělá poloha. Kousek od pláže, restaurací, obchodů, parkoviště za barákem, kousek od zastávky metromare, který vás zaveze do centra Rimini za 1,50 €. Při delším pobytu s rodinou nám chyběla v kuchyni rychlovarná konvice, mikrovlná trouba, toastovač. Běžné zařízení, když máte ubytování s kuchyní. Při kratším ubytování však dostatečné.

Ottima l'indipendenza d'accesso. Il mare è facilmente raggiungibile. Pur prossima alla ferrovia non sono stato infastidito dai treni di passaggio, buona insonorizzazione.

- Коробка (9/5): - Гарне розташування, близько до моря, чистий комфортний номер. Особливо хочу подякувати адміністратору Джулії, яка була завжди дуже привітною , і дозволила нам заселитися раніше дозволеного часу. Загалом ми лишилися задоволені перебуванням в цьому готелі

- Marianna (10/5): Il soggiorno è trascorso troppo in fretta, ma il relax è stato tanto! È un arrivederci. - Struttura a pochi passi dal mare, sita in una stradina lontana dalla movida riminese. Un residence organizzato e provvisto di ascensore. L’ appartamento si trova a pochi passi da negozi e botteghe per gli acquisti quotidiani, comodo alle fermate degli autobus e non lontano dalla stazione per chi arriva in treno. Giulia e Cristian due host perfetti: cordiali, gentili, disponibili e pronti ad aiutarti in ogni momento. Mi è piaciuto tutto. Avrei solo organizzato meglio la raccolta differenziata con qualche contenitore in più. Per il resto piccolissime cose risolte in giornata.

Wir würden leider nicht noch einma - Das Einzige, was gut war, war das freundliche Personal, die gute Klimaanlage und die Nähe zum Meer. Leider gab es mehr Nachteile als Vorteile: • Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers roch es unangenehm, obwohl im Flur Lufterfrischer standen. • In der Dusche lief das Wasser nach dem Duschen stark in eine Ecke, und man musste jedes Mal den Boden reinigen. • Wir haben uns dreimal beim Personal wegen des Internets beschwert, da das Signal in unserem Zimmer sehr schlecht war – das Problem wurde nicht gelöst. • In jedem Zimmer löst sich an ein oder zwei Wänden der Putz ab (Fotos sind beigefügt). • Die Küche war zwar bequem, aber es fehlte ein vernünftiger Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle.

- Valeria (7/5): - Buona posizione della struttura, cucina abbastanza attrezzata. Struttura pulita ma molto “vissuta”. Cuscini scomodi. In cucina mancano delle tovagliette plastificate. Le tende dell’appartamento andrebbero lavate, erano piene di macchie.

Special thank for the lift. The staff was friendly and hosted us without problems despite our late check-in and early check-out.
- aiemme (10/5): - Struttura in posizione centrale, a due passi dal mare. Gli alloggi sono grandi il giusto per una famiglia. Molto freschi, puliti e ben attrezzati. E se manca qualcosa il personale è pronto a soddisfare le richieste. Un plauso speciale a Cristiano e Giulia, sempre gentili e disponibili. Piacevole scoperta, ci ritorneremo

- Natalija (3/5): My bad experience in residence mare. - The location is great since it's really close to the beach. And it's a safe neighborhood/hotel Small rooms, small beds, what we got barely count as a balcony. It's so small, barely enough room for 2 people. The furniture was bad, the shower was very dirty, there was hair on the handheld shower when we came. The fridge barely cooled stuff, and it was dirty. Also, we were meant to get an apartment for 4 people with a big balcony, a big bedroom, since we chose that in the description when booking, we stayed in the lobby for an hour trying to resolve our issue and at the end we got smaller rooms and well all I am gonna say is that almost everything was disappointing.

- ALEXANDER (8/5): Чисто Чинно Дельно Аккуратно Спокойно - Абсолютно типичные апартаменты для Римини. Таких здесь сотни. Трехэтажный дом и на каждом этаже 5? или 6? квартир. Все квартиры с кухней и балкончиком) Пляж тут один - Римини. Ходи куда хочешь. Хочешь платно, хочешь бесплатно. Когда бесплатно- тебя не любят. Парень который приходил на ресепшин очень вежливый. Цена за проживание очень понравилась. Везде колоритная итальянская атмосфера. WIFI очень плохой. Чисто Чинно Дельно Аккуратно ) WIFI

- Claudia (7/5): SNI - Residence abbastanza vicino al mare e situato in una strada senza uscita ,quindi anche se pieno di macchine parcheggiate, poco traffico in "movimento" durante la notte . L'appartamento l'ho trovato un po' rotto ( sedie terrazzo spaccate ,porta finestra piena di crepe) quindi anche un po' pericoloso con bambini . Inoltre l'ho trovato un po' sporco, il termo in bagno pieno di polvere e anche in terra abbiamo trovato un po' di sporcizia. Il treno vicino si sente un po' ,ma se accendi l'aria condizionata sicuramente il rumore migliora. Nel week Il Residence è usato principalmente da ragazzi/gruppi che fanno serata e quindi c'è molto rumore se hai la stanza vicino le scale ,orari 5/6 del mattino. La reception non ha orari fissi e anche per il deposito bisognava un po' organizzarsi perché hanno le chiavi rotte e ci devono essere loro . Non ho trovato la classica gestione romagnola ma la ragazza è sempre stata comunque disponibile e gentile per ogni richiesta. Impressione generale ,non lo consiglierei a famiglie e non per più di 2/3 notti. Un piccolo disguido con la cauzione del pass parcheggio, ma risolto.
