Aunque llegamos muy tarde nos facilitaron las llaves enseguida y después nos subieron la documentación. La habitación es algo antigua. El personal fue muy amable y la habitación cómoda. El ruido causado por un repartidor o autobús estacionado bajo el hotel fue molesto. No es responsabilidad del hotel, pero no es normal despertarse antes de las 7 por pitidos de claxon.

- Aitor (10/5): Excepcional experiencia. - Excepcional experiencia. Aunque solo estuvimos una noche, creo que acertamos de pleno escogiendo este alojamiento. El emplazamiento es inmejorable si vas con ánimo de visitar el Palacio Real y los Jardines y dispones de poco tiempo. El hostal es bonito, decorado sencillo pero muy agradable. La habitación también sencilla, pero te da una sensación de estar en tu casa. La limpieza muy buena. La chica de recepción muy simpática y profesional. En fin, no creo que se pueda pedir más. No hay nada que no me gustara.
