• Fortin (1/5): Disgusting! Will NEVER stay there again! - The proximity to the doctor’s, and outdoor access directly from room…. that’s it Very dirty!! Bathroom door didn’t not close at all. Got hurt by a long metal piece sticking out from the bed frame yet hidden by the bed skirt. Hit our shins on it quite a few times. Tv kept going out. No vending machines! No accommodations whatsoever. Coffee in lobby was terrible! Linen looked like it hadn’t been changed…. Hairs inside the sheets from unknown sources!

Just down the road from a lot of places to get food etc. During the boil water advisory, the hotel refused to turn off the ice making machines and still served coffee in the am although the pots dont boil to the proper temperature. The hotel exterior had cigarette butts everywhere and empty beer cans on the ground. Premises was unkempt. The bathroom was dirty upon check in and I was asked if I could wait until the next day to have it cleaned. You must ask to have your room restocked and cleaned on your stay and it takes a few days to happen when you ask. The filters in the air conditioning do not get changed. (Black "fluffs" blow out onto the bed)

• Presgrave (7/5): The price was right, the room was clean and comfortable and shopping was a short distance away! - Didn ‘t have the breakfast, the location was good, always enjoy the Daventry Restaurant + Bar attached to the motel. Unfortunately, the heater in the room can be annoying although it kept the temperature in the room quite comfortable. Some improvements need to be done in the washroom!

Didn’t expect anything luxurious, but I did find hair on the beds. This is out of your control but people staying across my bedroom were loud.

• Belhassen (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!! COCKROACH AND BED BUG INFESTATION. - Nothing it was the dirtiest most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. Everything, nothing is clean, maintenance is non existent the place is INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES AND BED BUGS, and they still charge as much or more than the WAY better places I’ve stayed at in this town.

• Ken (1/5): Cringe. Would not stay again. - Attached Restaurant/bar was decent The room was not clean. Several gum pieces stuck to the carpet and flooring. Walls looked like they were never washed. Floors had noticeable dirt on them. Looked like snot or green spit on the bathroom door. Shower only half worked water came out of the bottom spout so you showered in water up to your ankles.

• Alesha (1/5): Our stay only lasted about 10 minutes. The rooms looked nice from the photos, but they were certainly deceiving. The roo - The staff at the front desk was very friendly. That’s the only good thing I can say about this place. It was DIRTY! Stains on the chairs, and bed cover, questionable liquids running down the walls, and on the ceiling. It was evident that it hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. The tub was dirty. Dirt, hair and dust in every corner, broken outlet covers. Hole in the fitted sheet, likely from a cigarette. The room had a strange odour. Our stay lasted about 10 minutes, we got a refund and left.

Having cockroach and bed bug crawling on you when sleeping, in the bathroom we kill 7 roaches we threw out some of our food and found a roach in my wife food she never went back to bed on our last day stay. We where disappointed.she was so grossed out and having high anxiety to the point she was crying and shaking so I would never recommend that motel to absolutely nobody they did not even offer a discount and said that they'd had no cockroach so I showed him some pictures and still did not care.

• Susan (9/5): Well worth the money, the staff friendly and helpful, location in central area. - The hotel is a little dated but clean and well maintained ,the most comfortable beds and quiet. Needs a little more lighting in parking lot, a little spooky pulling in late at night

• Kenan Yang (1/5): Cockroach infested room should NOT be rented out with full price - The room is completely infested by cockroaches, LOTS + LOTS of them, on the eating table, bathroom floor and walls, even on the beds It is illegal to rent out totally infested room to road-trip travelers, because a good night sleep is critical for next full day driving We firmly ask our payment back.

• Sheryl (7/5): Great place to stay when traveling. - Great location and price. Room was very nice and clean,with only minor issues that should be addressed. Employees don't really interact well. Very limited conversation or even presence. The room needs repairs like the frame around the windows falling apart, gaps in the outside door where you can see the outside and the AC we had to clean the filter, it smelled. Should use deodorizing cleaners. Get rid of the smell. If dogs are allowed and I'm perfectly ok with that, please put them on the main floor. All we heard were kids running around and the dog running back and forth above us, during our stay. Nothing major, just minor repairs and issues. Still recommend this place.

We scheduled room as u need to advise them that never happen. They just don t care.

But then I stayed in a room for five days. By the third night I was suspicious of bed bugs. The next night I was sure because they feasted in me. I have pictures and video of the horror.

I was concerned about the cleanliness as the floors were not swept and the carpets were not vacuumed but the beds were changed and clean towels were provided. We did find stuff on the floor in our room like hair elastics and candy wrappers.

Hallway dingy and in dire need of vacuuming, some icky white stuff along one edge. Nice to have a restaurant on site.

Near store and restaurants The room probably was clean, but it looked dirty. Mold on the grout in the bathtub area. Carpet was fraying in lots off spots, making appear dirty. The laminate floor in the bathroom is chipped making the floor appear no t clean Behind the night stand was filthy
