- Daniel Auta (7/5): - After paying the equivalent in UGX online, staff asked my guest to add 10,000 UGX as they claimed the exchange rate at the time of paying was different. There should be a fixed UGX amount.

- Yaeji (5/5): - The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, and overall service was excellent. However, the drawer and bathroom door handles need some repair.
- Maureen (6/5): I enjoyed my staff, food was good, room was stellar despite unprofessional conduct from housekeeping - Hotel ambience is good House keeping need to be trained in customer care. I was denied 2 bottles of drinking water because of being a solo traveller on my last day

- Epiphane (10/5): - The staffs were very nice. The facilities is excellent
- Tsilazazi (8/5): The hotel is lovely and has great potential but requires a lot of maintenance and cleaning plus upgrading of equipment l - Location is great and the room are generous sizes. The price was alright for the quality of the hotel . Not too expensive and not too cheap, just there .
I loved having 2 tv screen in my room so I could watch in sitting space and also in bed. YouTube was easy to access so well done for that . The fridge door was closing properly, the bed smelt like someone had slept in it I didn’t like that. The tap was leaking which was annoying at night time. I had to do my own cleaning in the shower as it wasn’t properly cleaning . Lots of black mould in the corners and it just didn’t smell freshly cleaned.

- Vincent (9/5): awesome - room, breakfast TV did not work
- JAYDEV (2/5): - The service was terrible and after asking for glasses and plates they were not given to us and the rooms were smelling sewerage and after complaining no action was taken and the sink was leaking and no action was taken
- Hasan (5/5): I wouldn't book there again, the concept of hospitality evades them - Location is good I arrived at the hotel at 5pm, my room was not yet ready, it was finally ready at 6pm. The room they gave me had very bad wifi so I had to change it the next day. I had to change my booking and asked to stay for an extra day, they were fully booked so I had to pack, the reception called me at 11:20 saying I am late to check out, I asked to check out at 1pm maximum as I didn't expect I had to pack, but the manager refused! I told them you delayed my check in for more hours than I am asking for, still the manager refused and they started nagging me to move out! The rooms are not well maintained it terms of maintenance, furniture is worn out, plumbing isn't that good even. I wouldn't recommend this hotel
- Pavel (1/5): Awful - Worst hotel of my life.

- Kelvin (9/5): Superb -
- Husam (1/5): Be wary. They will be so quick to charge you and so slow to deliver. - Nothing so far. No value for money. Telephone system is not functioning which could be a huge security risk besides the inconvenience of not being able to access the services. Couldn’t control the Air conditioning temperature inside my room. Staff failed to fix the problem. Asked for slippers and dental kit, which should normally be available in hotels charging this price- surprisingly they don’t have them. Basically, it’s a big joke, so be wary.

- Andrew (8/5): It is a great place, I recommend it. - The location of this place is great being next to Acacia Mall, Kisementi and the nightlife in the Kololo area. The breakfast is good.
I would recommend for anyone travelling to Kampala for a few nights The place needs some bit of TLC as it seems to be falling apart every time I visit it.
- Tony (8/5): Very good - It was good
- Darren (9/5): Superb -
- Abeer (3/5): The manager of the hotel influenced the treatment and services. - Most of the staff was good. I had two visits, but The manager of the hotel made annoyed my visit

- Ahmed (3/5): Poor -
- Grace (10/5): Everything was good - Good
- Zuheir (9/5): Superb -
- Ntakiyimana (6/5): will not go back - The bed the breakfast was lousy and lacked basics like coffee. The staff were rude
- Roland (8/5): Very good - The nightly rates are very decent compared to many hotels for such a central location. Fairly good food selection for breakfast and access to the city center is a plus. They should consider refurbishing the entire hotel. It must have been impressive in its prime, but years of heavy use have worn down the furnishings and overall facility. Additionally, more attention should be given to hygiene, particularly with the utensils and electric kettle, which I had to clean myself.
- Tom (8/5): Very good - very friendly and competent staff, the lady at the front desk was always smiling and went out of her way to help
nice, comfy rooms breakfast was a bit basic... for one night I guess that's ok... but if you stay here multiple nights, it's going to get boring really fast
- Sundayose (9/5): Superb -
- Arthur (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hussein (8/5): Very good -
- David A (10/5): Comfortable stay in Kampala close to Makerere - very comfortable rooms with separate sitting room and bedroom, with excellent kitchen facilities.
- Laks (10/5): Exceptional -
- Herculs (8/5): Very good -
- Joan (9/5): Keep it up - It was a short stay but enjoyed it the rooms are clean and well organized. will definitely be back.
- Amir (5/5): The hotel must lower prices in relation to the value, you can find cheap hotels that offer much more - Location was good
Gym is small but reasonable
Comfortable bed
Staff service was good
The room was soundproof which is a big plus when staying in Kampala The room was much smaller than the pictures
The shower head was really small.
There is no bidet in the bathroom.
They charge for laundry services at exorbitant prices!
As someone who has stayed in hotels all over the world, this hotel was completely reasonable and the most I have ever paid for the value it offers. I will not be staying at this hotel again due to the price and the small value for money.
