Проживали в номере на мансарде, в номере есть все необходимое; чайный набор, воду и пр. докладывают на следующий день в полном объеме без напоминаний; бесплатный минибар был приятным бонусом к проживанию. В номере было тихо. минусы: в номере жарко, отвратительный душ.
- Alexander (8/5): - Хорошее местоположение, красивые интерьеры, но для номера Де Люкс ламинат «под дерево» и пластиковые подоконники «под мрамор» смотрятся дёшево. Очень посредственный завтрак, выбор блюд маленький, как будто «вчерашнее». Персонал на завтраке не на 5*,,э на просьбу принести кофе, скучно отсылают к кофеварке.. итого: отель на 5* явно не тянет.
- Mark (10/5): great service and follow through! - This hotel is an excellent 4 star property. Great rooms, well equipped, free snacks/soft drinks from the mini bar (a nice touch!) and the staff is super helpful to foreigners. We arrived short on rubles for our cab fare and they paid it for us and simply charged our card. What great hospitality! They helped us and looked out for us as tourists at every turn. We will stay again and recommend any visitors to stay with them. The location is excellent too!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Delightful - Amazing. Unbeatable location and service, with friendly staffers able to accommodate everything from a taxi to tickets to the Mariinsky ballet. Clean, beautifully decorated, very cozy, and spacious rooms. The hotel's atmosphere really added to our St Petersburg experience as it reminded us of the palaces we would visit during the day. The restaurant is delicious with white glove service for very decent prices! Highly recommend.

- ARNAUD (10/5): Bel hôtel de charme à côté de l’Ermitage - Situé sur la très chic « rue des millionnaires », l’hôtel est parfaitement situé pour visiter l’Ermitage, distant de 5 minutes à pied. En revanche, le métro le plus proche est à environ 15 minutes et les arrêts de bus peu nombreux. Mais il y a déjà de quoi s’occuper aux alentours immédiats ! Notre chambre avec mezzanine s’appelle « Dostoïevski », quelques portraits austères de l’écrivain étant accrochés aux murs. La décoration est « classique » et élégante. Nous avons une très belle surface et deux salles de bains. Le personnel est serviable et efficace pour des services de type réservation de restaurants et de taxis. Un seul petit reproche : le ménage n’est pas fait à fond (une plume de pigeon n’a pas bougé du parquet pendant trois jours). Le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant attenant est dispensable : cher (2.000 Rub) avec des produits de qualité médiocre. C’est dommage, car les autres repas y sont excellents.

- Doreen (2/5): Theft problem - The hotel was fine but there is a theft problem. We arrived early & the hotel staff offered to store our bags in their storage. When we returned our bags had been delivered to our room & our iPod was missing. We spoke with the hotel but got no response. Also, the room safes can all be opened by entering "1111". We were advised of this by hotel staff & it is posted on their safe operation notes. How secure is that? We felt our possessions were very insecure in this hotel.

The hotel is located in walking distance from major tourist attractions, has impressive interior, the service was kind and prompt. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was wonderful, lots of kids friendly items. Breakfasts were amazing, kids ate free during breakfast and especially loved fresh squeezed juices. We asked why they are not 5 stars, and they explained because they don't have pool and spa. It was a lucky choice that we stay at Ekaterina Hotel, next time we will choose this hotel knowing how great they are.

- Thomas (10/5): For art and history lovers, the place to stay - We vacationed in St. Petersburg for only three days. Not enough time to give this beautiful city justice. However this hotel is expensive but great. Front desk people were very helpful. Restaurant was great but expensive. This hotel was built in 1850 and completely renovated several years ago. It is build around a central courtyard. With the changes in the levels in the hallway you can get lost. But, it is within walking distance of the Hermitage, which is why it is so expensive (It is located on Millionaire Street), 6 blocks from the winter palace. Don't be put off by the unimpressive reception area, the rooms are old style but very comfortable.

It is located within walking distance of most of the sights we wished to see.The front end staff were most accommodating and spoke English, which really helped.The rest of the staff were eager to help.The only negative was the price of breakfast at 1,000.00 rubles.There is a small cafe next door which proved adequate.Would definitely stay there again.

Staff mostly very good - special mentions to Yana and Andrei (Hd of Security who sorted out overcharging taxi driver). This hotel deserves to do really well having only opened in 2015.

- Gewan (10/5): Wonderful stay near the Hermitage - A very beautiful hotel down the street from the Hermitage museum that matches its decor and style with a nice modern touch in areas. Great breakfast buffet that rivals the well-known one at the Metropol in Moscow. My wife and I prefer old-world style but with modern amenities and comfort and this hotel was just that. From the street this hotel goes unnoticed. All the charm is inside.
- Alan (10/5): Great small hotel - Really great hotel. Clean room, decorated very classically, superb location in one of my favourite cities ever. All the major sights in easy walking distance, along with the river and good restaurants. I was here on business but the location allowed me to maximise the tourist side of things too. One small note is that breakfast is not available until 8am, probably fine for holidays but for business that was a bit too late for me. For the price, facilities and location though cannot be beaten.
