Akemi (6/5): - 駅前という事なので多少仕方ないのかもしれないが、電車の音や駅のアナウンスがしょっちゅう聞こえてきた。部屋の窓の風切り音も気になった。バス＆トイレはリノベーションしたのか、室内に比べるとキレイだったが、部屋との段差が大きく、年配の方には辛いのではないか？と思った。部屋の照明が暗すぎた。テーブルセットの椅子が座りにくかった。洗顔料や化粧水、飲料水(ペットボトル等)の用意があると良いと思った。朝食ビュッフェは、種類が沢山あり、美味しかったので満足した。特に牛すじ煮込みとソフトクリームは美味だった。

Yeu Kwong (2/5): Scariest experience ever - The room is quite old. Open room door with physical key. No rfid card. Suddenly Power outage at 2-3am. Very bright Backup white light turned ON in the room. No air con. Toilet cannot flush as no electric. Can’t sleep until 7am. Go for breakfast. Lift not working. Go down the dark aisle and stairs like ghost movie. Very scary. When reached restaurant, there was long Queue. No light and air con. Very romantic. No coffee as machine cannot operate. Quickly check out. oh No highest floor 13. How to carry down luggages, you think you.

Yoichi (6/5): 古いけどソフトはしっかり・・ - 多分、鳥取市内では1・2を争う老舗ホテルだと思います。しかし古いのでホテルのハードはリノベーションをしないと厳しい状況だと思います。ホテルの質はソフト(ホテルマンとサービス)で決まりますが、その意味では十分満足されると思います。
Jacky (6/5): ビジネスホテルに近い - 朝食ビュッフェの種類の少なさ、従業員の対応がビジネスホテル並みだった。設備の老朽化も目立った。でも、味はまあまあ良かった。ホテル敷地内の駐車場が狭く、玄関先に停めれば、近隣駐車場に移動してくれる親切なスタッフもいたが、同じサービスをしてくれないスタッフもいた。第二駐車場も満車で、タワーパーキングの上の階まで停めに行くのが面倒だった。
HIROMICHI (8/5): 砂丘訪問のために前泊 - 山陰旅行で翌日、鳥取砂丘を方訪問する為、宿泊しました。部屋はシングルでも広めで快適ですが、窓からは建物の壁で見晴らしは良くないが全然問題なし。隣りに大丸があり、駅も近いので食べ物等の買い出しには困りません。朝食のバイキングもおいしかったです。

Derek (6/5): - the heat temperature could not be adjusted. it had almost 30 degrees which was hard to fall asleep if turn if on. if turn it off, it run out of air in room. so, we need to open the door to get fresh air every 2 hours at night. try to open the window but it could not be closed without the staff's help. try to get a fan, but not available. so, it was a sleepless night.

Verified traveler (8/5): 駅近 - 鳥取駅の正面に位置しており電車利用には非常に便利です。また、車利用でも大きな駐車場があり問題ありません。11月ということかもしれませんが鳥取は駅前でも夜8時ころでも人影は疎らで駅から離れている所へは徒歩では行きにくい雰囲気でしたが当ホテルは駅直近で安心な場所にあります。また、夜間は食事ができる場所ホテル以外では駅近辺しか開いていないようでしたのでその点でもよかったです。なお、客室内の清潔度はかなり良く思いましたが、たまたま洗面所の石鹸入れの裏側を見たら真っ黒だったので気になりました。
sachiko (8/5): ロビーの高級感が素敵なホテル - ツインルームに1泊。ロビーの高級感とフロントの接客が良い。廊下やＥＶなど施設の古さを感じた。部屋は広めで清掃が行き届きゆっくりくつろぐことが出来た。浴室はビジネスホテルのようなコンパクトタイプで狭かったが水圧は良かった。朝食は焼き立てのパンを食べたかったのでフロントに尋ね、鳥取ビルにあるベーカリーでほかほかの焼き立てをget　良い滞在が出来た。ホテルに隣接して大丸デパートがありホテルエレベーターＢ1Fから連絡通路で行けるので便利に利用した。また鳥取駅の向かい側に位置しているのでアクセスご良い。
Nic (8/5): 靠近JR及巴士總站，出行便利的酒店 - 酒店員工服務週到，酒店雖然提供免費的wifi服務，但極不給力，基本上一直顯示等待連線中⋯⋯有待改善。但整體服務也很不錯，地點最棒！

CHIAKI (8/5): 立地よく観光に便利 - 短い滞在だったので特にサービスを利用していないが、若干古くなった建物ながらも部屋もユニットバスも広めで清潔、フロントで食事処を聞くとすぐにmapを出して何軒か勧めてくれ、立地も駅近で不満なし。夏休みで体育会系の学生の集団がいたせいかエレベーターがなかなか来なかった。

Secondly, “New Otani” is a great Japanese brand and this hotel is no exception. The service is superior, the food is excellent and the price is really reasonable : )
