- Stacy (4/5): Run run run. - Bed was comfortable Check in staff was rude. Unsure of what I was signing. Wanted copy. She did not know how to print or what it even was.
- Roemer (3/5): Avoid the male front desk clerk and you’ll be fine - Good value, clean facility Thin-skinned, abrasive, unhelpful front desk staff.
- Patrick (5/5): You Get What You Pay For - Desk clerk was smoking at the entrance so I had to walk though smoke to get into the building plus the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke.
- Laguerre (7/5): - Was clean and the staff was nice snd helpful
- Elizabeth (10/5): - The bed was extremely comfortable! Really great nights sleep after a day of driving.
- Alex (8/5): -
- Wendie (7/5): - The price was especially great for a last minute stay. I’ve never stayed at an America’s Best Value Inn before, but with the high reviews I thought I’d take the chance. Nothing wrong with it, was a clean, budget hotel. There’s not much of a breakfast, but I knew that from the reviews. Grabbed a couple granola bars on our way out the door the first morning.
- Katarina (3/5): Okej men inte mer - Enkelt att checka in. Kylskåpet var trasigt och det rann vatten ur det, sängen var obekväm, motorvägsljudet var för högt då de hade dåliga fönster.
- Brian (8/5): Very Good - Pillows were perfect. Very rare in hotels. Breakfast is pitiful.
- Ekene (10/5): -
- diane (10/5): - All was good no problems

Freezer in fridge Bed not real comfortable
- Belinda Harris (8/5): - The staff was extremely nice. I would have liked more towels in the room
- Jill (1/5): Don’t do it - The rooms look like dorm. Mattresses were miserable I didn’t like the staff. Very rude

- Latica (5/5): -
- Manfred (7/5): -
- Mary (10/5): - It would have been nice if they had cereal, milk and juice , but they had coffee and individually wrapped honeybuns and creme cheese croissants

- Harv (8/5): - Pet friendly at no additional cost. Easy access to freeway. For the price, it more than met our expectations.
- Laura (10/5): Great comfortable & inexpensive place to stay! - Simple, clean & comfortable. The staff I encountered were all very nice. I was told the only hot food provided at breakfast was oatmeal so I opted for sleeping in & getting breakfast at the Cracker Barrel next door. It might have been wonderful. I have stayed here several times when visiting family in the area. No hot breakfast.
- Stephen (5/5): Fair value and was pet friendly - Good location, close to places I wanted to visit in Knoxville and Kodak. Convenient location and easy to access.
- Leonardo (8/5): - Value for money. Breakfast.

- brianaV9401XC (2/5): If you don't want to sleep at night, this is not the place for you! - NOOOOO! You CANNOT close a door softly! ALL night long, we were awakened by doors closing that sounded like they were being slammed...
My mama once told me the sign of a good hotel was if they had Kleenex. Nope. Called the front desk to ask for some. Nope. We can give you a roll of toilet tissue.
Dedicated smoking area. Right next to the entrance.
Front desk personnel? We were obviously interrupting her smart phone time. We must have been SO inconvenient.
No coffee pot. No breakfast.
The definition of value may be described as "Best bang for your buck". This place was $10.00 less that other nearby options. I'd pay $10.00 more for a good nights sleep, coffee and breakfast.
- David (8/5): - It was good
- John (6/5): - Very basic no frills rooms and amenities. Clean. Grab n go breakfast of coffee and packaged muffins and sweet rolls. Priced reasonably.
- Gwenn (6/5): Not so great - Bed was clean, but air vents were nasty. Dogs in the room next door barked until almost midnight and started again at 6am, not a restful night at all. Breakfast offered a small assortment of pastries and coffee, nothing to drink for non-coffee drinkers. Expected more for a room over $100.
- Elizabeth (5/5): - Reasonably clean. Conveniently located near the highway. "Breakfast" consisted of weak coffee and a granola bar. Bare, stark room.
- Shelby (10/5): - Had a great 1 night stay. Room stayed cool which is super important. Bed was firm but thats my preference. Felt safe, and no complaints.
- Nancy (10/5): - Grateful for our stay here. Room was clean and staff were more than friendly. It is difficult to find places that accepts larger dogs, but they were welcoming.
- Hunter (10/5): - Just didn’t feel safe
- Howard (8/5): - Not fancy but clean and good value. Breakfast was poor.
- bret (8/5): - Was good enough.
- Cheryl (10/5): - Did not have Landry service
- Victoria (10/5): - Everything was great will use this motel again
- Richard (8/5): -

- Desotell (10/5): - Everything Staff was amazing 🤩
- Hofmann (7/5): -
- Maritza (10/5): - Nice clean hotel for a couple nights of traveling/spending at Smoky Mtns
- Sheryal (10/5): we stay here all the time, have come to know lots of people that work there and we love seeing them when we go. - everything we love staying here so much like home.
- Shelby (9/5): It's a hotel. - I did not eat breakfast. Location was good, right on the interstate. I don't like being sent surveys. The hotel was fine as expected.
- Richard (4/5): - Yes dog was happy
- Matthew (8/5): - Only reason this place got 4 stars is because after having to haul my stuff to the second floor as the manager wouldn’t put me in a grind floor room because I was only disabled and didn’t have a pet? Don’t understand. I settled in and was looking forward to a bath but all the faucet and plug were covered in scales and didn’t move, so no soaking for my back.
The front desk lady was really good though.
- Victor (10/5): - Wonderful stay overall !
- Travis (8/5): - Air conditioning worked perfectly, hot showers, & friendly staff!
- Johnson (1/5): Absolutely horrible I will never stay there for a second again in my life - Nothing The hotel had roaches
- Cristina (10/5): - Desk clerk was AMAZING!
- Gwyn (7/5): -
- Gwyn (7/5): -
- Jacob (8/5): - Stayed a week with a buddy, cheap, relatively clean, friendly and helpful staff,
- Kayla (8/5): -
- Freeman (7/5): - Just pricy
- Smith (7/5): 3/5 - That it was peaceful an i was able to get work done. The beds were so hard an uncomfortable breakfast was honey bun an vanishes. Still better than nothing. Front desk at night was lazy
- Kathy (9/5): I enjoyed my experience with the hotel including the 2 people working while I was there. - It was excellent for its price range. I was pleasantly surprised. Coming late and leaving early I don’t like to pay a high price. It was friendly staff, very clean everywhere and nicely designed for a short economy stay.
- Joyce (9/5): -
- Kellie (10/5): - The Washer and dryer was great. Beds were comfortable
- Linda (10/5): - Staff was very helpful and friendly. No problems checking in, were helpful with my dog and gave me a room close to exit for outdoor access. Room was clean, and no additional fees for pet.
- Gage (8/5): -
- Melissa (10/5): - Basic
Staff was friendly
Very clean
- Dawn (8/5): - It was a nice place to rest during a long drive. Not fancy, but adequate.
- David (2/5): Won’t stay again - Location Beds and pillows uncomfortable.
No blow dryer.
Bad shampoo and soap.
- Deborah (7/5): - It was just what I was looking for when traveling through. I just need a clean comfortable room and a decent shower, oh yes and close to some eats! 😁
- Robert F (10/5): - Was a great hotel witj very courteous staff. I would suggest a courtesy area with a coffee bar and microwave for customer use if not in rooms. Unable to grab a coffee or heat up food I brought with me.
- Joe (9/5): Location and peaceful - Peaceful
- Melissa (4/5): - For the money, you what you pay for. For a good nights sleep - stay elsewhere. The bed was hard and the pillows tiny. Left after only 1 night and went to another place to get some sleep.
- JAMES (4/5): Not a good surprise - Check in was good then we walked into our room. There was only one night stand by the bed, a very uncomfortable wooden chair, a decent desk chair, no luggage stand and only one cup. In the bathroom the shower head dripped and on the floor of the shower was what appeared to be a patched crack or something. (I should have taken pictures)
The next morning housekeeping came as we were showering and getting ready to go to a funeral and I asked them to return later which they did not and we had to ask for them to attend the next day. Over all I will never stay at that hotel again.
- Thomas (10/5): - The entire staff at Americas Best Value Inn are outstanding! Thank you for making my stay feel like home.
- Mark David (8/5): - It was definitely a good stay for the price-Convenient, nice people working there and Good accommodations. I chose to be up on the top floor which might have made the highway noise a little louder, but I didn't want to folks around me making noise either. Would definitely stay again.
