• Stephanie (10/5): A great stay with beautiful views. - Gorgeous room with incredible views. Very comfortable. Shower and bath tub were amazing. All the little details like bathrobes, slippers, cookies, and mezcal on our floor. Staff were very helpful. Loved it all. The spa was not working. We had planned to do a morning in the spa so that was a bummer. The lighting in the restaurant is very bright. We asked if it could be dimmed a little but it could not so it wasn't very romantic.

El staff es un poco seco, las almohadas tenían aroma de uso...no hicieron el aseo en el cuarto, habían cabellos en la tina, el rack de amenities se encontraba vacía la botella..detalles que un hotel de lujo NO pueden tener. .

• LUIS FERNANDO (10/5): - Todo esta excelente. Felicidades La persona de la habitación de al lado, hacia mucho ruido y no lo pudieron obligar a que bajara el volumen a altas horas de la noche, pero muy amables me cambiaron de piso.
• Hernandez (10/5): - Eh estado en varios hoteles de la zona y a mi parecer el LiveAqua se lleva el primer lugar. El personal es muy buena onda y relajado, las instalaciones son preciosas al igual que la habitación. Me gustó mucho la distribución de espacios en la recamara, bastante creativa el tener el tocador casi enfrente de la cama, pero me gustó mucho, la tina con esas vistas tan espectaculares enfrente es bastante padre. Lo único que me parece un poco ilógico junto con muchos hoteles, como el safi, el intercontinental es... ¿POR QUÉ SI YA TIENES UNA RECAMARA TAN ESPECTACULAR? ¿QUE TE CUESTA PONER UNA TELEVISIÓN DECENTE? Literal ni Roku, ni nada, es una tv tan simple para un cuarto tan espectacular, pero fuera de eso le doy el 10/10. Ya lo escribí arriba.

Someone else’s Trash was in the bin when I checked into the room and Shower handle was broken could not shower and no hot water. In room dining Was a disaster Never stay here again stay away until they are renovated across the street is the new SAFI hotel.

• Marco (4/5): - Property is beautiful, service is not up to par to Live Aqua Standards. Slow servce and no follow up, SPa is not avilable, took 5 calls to get a bottle of watter, another 3 to get some slippers. Definetly needs oversight from managment. Very dissapointed.
• Jonas (8/5): - This was our first trip to Monterrey, Mexico and we were glad to have selected Aqua for the duration of our trip. The hotel is quiet yet centrally located to shopping and dining just steps away. The staff was accommodating and attentive. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was in good condition. One criticism we have is that the shower is designed to pour directly onto the floor next to the tub.This creates very slippery and dangerous conditions even when using the small mat that is provided. If the rooms are ever redesigned I would recommend enclosing the shower as it created a fall for one of us. One additional issue is the TV does not allow you to sync with Apple devices which would have been nice to have but not critical.Otherwise we were very happy with our room.

• Milena (10/5): - We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was beautiful and we had a tub with a view of Cerro de La Silla. The hotel is classy and artsy. We appreciated the shot glasses and bottle of mezcal with a plate of orange and lemon slices over salt and tajin left for us guests to enjoy in the hallway each evening, it was a delightful surprise. Room service was excellent, also the breakfast buffet was great. We had an amazing massage in their spa and enjoyed the spa saunas and jacuzzi, only we wished the jacuzzi and saunas were always accessible to guests. The hotel is part of a nice rooftop park called Trébol Park and it has restaurants. It's also very easy to get an Uber from the front of Trébol Park as well as from the hotel front door and there are more restaurants and there is fashion plaza mall across the street. We will definitely be staying here again.
