Sabrina (10/5): - Every year I have a mum-staycation at a hotel in Broadbeach. This year I tried Synergy for the first time and I could have not been happier with my room and it's views! I had mountain and ocean views and the room felt very cozy. Sharon at reception was very friendly & helpful. The only downside was the pool did not get a lot of sun and it was very windy so decided to dip into the hot tub instead.
Michael (8/5): - Great spa and pool. Clean room. Nice bathrooms and full kitchen. Secure parking. We arrived after hours which was a simple to get our keys, but some check-in info did not get conveyed to us. Starter cleaning supplies (sponge/towel & soap and dishwasher soap) should be provided if we are meant to clean kitchen before departing. Excellent location. Close to shops, dining, and transportation. Overall good stay. Would stay again.

maria (10/5): Happy wife - Happy Life - The two bedroom apartment on a high floor was in great condition with everything that was promised, it even had detergent for the washing machine. We were impressed by the "magnesium" swimming pool on site. I forgot to say, it was clean and value for money. It's at an ideal location near the Broadbeach North tram and a short walk to pacific fair shopping centre. Staff were friendly and professional. Our after hours check-in was no problem. If there was a negative it's the hold of a couple of hundred on the credit card for the bond that may take some time to clear, but that's not unusual.
Daniel (10/5): - Staying at Synergy Broadbeach for about the 4th time and once again had a great time. The only downside was they had the window washers in and we could not use the pool until 3pm. Ordered a 2 bedroom ocean view room, which we got and on the 24th floor. The pleasent surprise was, we got an extra bedroom (sort of) which came in handy so my Mum did not have to share a room with my Daughter. The extra room however has no door and pretty much connected to the kitchen, but still was great to have that extra option.

Verified traveler (8/5): Rooms good, service not so much - Room was good, bed was not. Advertised as a king bed, but it was two single beds pushed together, which is fairly uncomfortable. I asked the staff to provide the bed advertised, they did nothing. When I asked again two days later, they complained and said "that's what you get" and that they don't have double, queen or king mattresses. They then put a mattress topper on which helped, but then gave snarky comments the next day in the lobby.

Did get some noise from the road even on 24th floor! There were some minor maintenance issues, like repairing blinds and a loose door handle that would have made the apartment go from good to great!

Kim (6/5): - Didn't like: Instructions for the internet are not correct. The fact that the beds only had a bottom and top sheet on them, no quilt/blankets. The apartment was very noisy all day and all night (to be expected being on the main road, but didn't expect so much noise, especially during the night). But mostly didn't like the fact that the maintenance man knocked on the door to fix the broken blind and as I was unpresentably dressed to answer the door, he unlocked the door and walked in anyway. Maybe a quick ring on the mobile to let me know he was coming to fix the blind next time.

Reception hours are limited so be sure to ask during their hours or you’ll miss them when your busy out and about.

Katrina (8/5): - Lovely views of Broadbeach and the Main Street of restaurants from superior ocean view apartment on the 15th floor. We were amazed at the huge windows from the lounge and bedrooms in which we could see right past Surfers Paradise. I loved lying in bed in the morning and watching the waves roll in from the ocean. Found the entrance area tricky to negotiate with my car as there was very little room to park in the turning bay in order pick up the keys initially. Once we had the fob key which opened the garage, there were no further issues. Great heated pool and spa ideal for our Winter getaway. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Amelia (6/5): - My sunglasses went missing from the room which was entered without my consent. I find it rude to have belongings go missing even if they are replaceable. The same thing happened at the Hilton it saddens and disturbs me that hotels.com would have such a reputable name yet hotel staff would tarnish the business with such an inncedent.
Geoffrey (8/5): - Pros = Excellent views, easily accessible via Airtrain from Brisbane and then the G Tram, excellent sized spacious apartment, very handy to street dining areas, supermarkets and shopping etc. Cons = Dated room interior, very worn-out, tired couch furniture which wasn't particularly clean. Unit was definitely in need of refurbishment after 10 year's of rental use. On windy days being up on the 13th floor the wind literally whistles through the entrance door, needed to put a towel at the bottom of the door to stop the noise! Would stay again as the pros for us outweigh the cons.

Deborah (10/5): Blues on Broadbeach weekend - I was so pleased with my last minute booking. The area was perfect for the Blues On Broadbeach event. So close to so many stages, but far enough away to enjoy our peaceful room. Generous sized apartment's with large deck area. Staff were happy and accommodating. We will definitely be back.
Mary-Anne (8/5): Comfort was minimal - I was disappointed that the advertised king bed in the master bedroom was actually 2 single beds put together. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and did not have a good sleep at all. On the 2nd night got up and slept on the lounge. Spoke to reception the next morning and they said bedding was done that way in case the requirement was 2 single beds. They sent housekeeping up and they had 2 put 2 mattress toppers on to try and make it more comfortable. It was better but not great. Also blinds in the main bedroom are broken and dont close properly, therefore too much light. Reception were very helpful but a week of sleeping in that bed was so uncomfortable. The lounge was very dirty and it seriously needs a good clean. The dryer did not have a setting knob control which i let reception know about when i checked out. The room on the 24th floor apartment 132 itself had a nice view but was definitely missing comfort.
Craig (10/5): - Great location, easy walk to restaurants, cafes, grocery store, beach etc. Good room layout, clean. 35min on bus from Coolangatta airport with stop just down the road - super easy. The only thing I would comment on is we were in room 88, so I assumed it was on 8th floor but the key fob would not let us up lift to 8th floor. After much fluffing around and a call to office (we arrived after reception was closed) realised we were on the 18th floor, and so could use fob to access floor. (Yes - it was written on the key tag, but I was with my 2 boys and didn't think I needed instructions to use a lift) ha ha.
Jessica (8/5): - Loved: Amazing view of the beach, washing facilities, kitchen, large spaces, salt water pool was a delight, staff we met were friendly and happy to store our luggage after check out, kid friendly, price was good. Didn't Love: beds were so hard to sleep on - very hard, no pillow options - all low and soft, no washing liquid, reception had very limited hours, spa was broken first few days of our stay.

Chloe (8/5): - Really enjoyed our stay at synergy. Very close to shopping centres, dining restaurants, casino. Trams are directly outside property which is convenient if needed. Had an odour in the dishwasher, always comes with lack of use, however staff rectified issue within minutes. Could use a little dusting on higher shelves, but I’m really tall, so you only notice it when reaching up on top of everything. Other than that, overall was a really nice stay. We stayed for 11 nights and would do it again if we’re to return to the Gold Coast.

Hoi Lam Alam (10/5): - Synergy is very close to the tram station and many dining options. The staff there are nice and the late check in procedures are very easy to follow as well.
Mei-Lee (10/5): - Great place to stay at
Tae Young (8/5): - Everything's good. But bed sheet and blanket is not clean. Lot of bed bugs.
Clinton (10/5): - Great Location, Great Staff and well maintained.
Eduardo (10/5): - Only downside was the rooms not having air conditioning, other than that everything was perfect
Claudia (10/5): - Really enjoyed the convenience of the hotel to other areas. Easy to check in even after hours and staff very friendly
