• Sean (4/5): Meh. - Good location close to the historical center of town. Dirty: crumbs in the sofa, dirty windows, dirty kitchen and crusty utensils, dirty mirror, etc... The bare minimum was done (clean bed sheets and towels). No shower curtain at all. Mosquitoes. So many mosquitoes! Despite the fly nets on the windows. Needlessly confusing check-in: check-in was at 15:00 but reception is open only until 15:30; this was mot communicated in advance. Arriving later I (eventually) found a mailbox with a sign above it announcing my name and room number to the world; the key was in the box. The property could easily send a message explaining this process instead of letting guests figure it out on the fly.

• lindakytc (10/5): EXCELLENT APARTMENT STAY LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! - Bristol Sea View is in an excellent location. 100 steps to the boardwalk, 10 min walk to Old Town along the seafront and the ruins located within. Boardwalk also went far in the other direction. Lots of restaurants both ways. Bike path all along. Nice pool area with a bar/food area and fantastic views of the water. Lots of sunbeds. My 1 bedroom apt had a large balcony with comfy chairs and a side sea view. both living room and bedroom had double sliding glass doors with screens. Enough kitchen amenities, including microwave and stovetop. Cleaning everyday if you wanted. Elevator all floors. bed comfy and no real noise from the street. Black out curtains. Reception desk for many hours but if you come in late a nice sign with the your name and room number posted and keys were in a box. The hotel entrance is around the corner from one of the outdoor signs in case taxi drops you. Lots of phone numbers posted if you need help if reception is not there. Convenience stores very close and the big supermarket a 15 minute stroll. I stayed 10 nights. No faults.

• Linda (9/5): Convenient for an overnight stay - Convenient location and good views. We were probably the first booking of the season so hard to assess. It appeared to be newly painted. Hard to comment as we were so early season and pool etc was closed and we only stayed one night. We didn’t use the kitchen at all but a welcome pack of some water and tea/coffee would have been helpful. We did find the bed extremely firm but this is a fact in many Greek hotels and a personal thing rather than a negative.

Τα κλιματιστικά δεν έβγαζαν αρκετή ζέστη και πήγαμε σε μία περίοδο που εκανε κρύο έξω γενικά όποτε αναγκαστήκαμε να σκεπαζόμαστε με δύο κουβέρτες το κάθε άτομο. Όταν μπήκαμε μέσα υπήρχε μία πολύ έντονη μυρωδιά οπότε δεν καταλάβαμε από που προερχότανε παρόλαυτα όταν ανοίξαμε τα παράθυρα για αρκετές ώρες κάπως μειώθηκε αυτή η μυρωδιάΌταν μπήκαμε μέσα υπήρχε μία πολύ έντονη μυρωδιά οπότε δεν καταλάβαμε από που προερχότανε παρόλαυτα όταν ανοίξαμε τα παράθυρα για αρκετές ώρες κάπως μειώθηκε αυτή η μυρωδιά. Τα σεντόνια και μία από τις κουβέρτες είχαν πάνω λεκέ από αίμα. Και το τελευταίο και χειρότερο είναι ότι το νερό του μπάνιου μύριζε σκουριά. Επίσης το νερό του μπάνιου εκτός από την μυρωδιά ήταν και παγωμένο.

• Carys (3/5): Location was good, hotel needs updating but you get what you pay for. - Location was pretty good, only a 15 minute walk in to town and the hotel looks out on the sea front. Plenty of restaurants and places for drinks, 30 minutes walk to lambi beach, lovely clear waters! The hotel room was a good size also. The shower had no curtain so we kept on getting water all over the floor, hot water would last 1/2 minutes if you were lucky to get any in the first place and the pressure was non existent unless you wanted a ice cold shower, also the shower head was full of build up so had to clean that ourselves.

• Leon (1/5): While the view and balcony were excellent, the unprofessional management, constant noise, and serious breach of privacy - I stayed at the Bristol Sea View Apartments in Kos and found the location and setting to be its strongest points. The view from the apartment was stunning, and the large balcony provided the perfect spot to enjoy the scenery. These features certainly added to the overall appeal of the accommodation. However, several issues detracted from the experience. The constant loud music around the swimming pool, often playing to an almost empty area, was intrusive and unnecessary. More concerning was the breach of privacy when reception gave my personal phone number to a stranger I had met on a bus. At night, noise from other rooms was disruptive with guests partying, and with no reception available in the evenings, there was no support to manage it. Unprofessionally, reception even advised against eating at their own poolside facilities, citing food safety concerns. These factors significantly impacted the quality and professionalism of the stay.

• Peta (7/5): Handy for island hopping - This hotel is 12 mins walk from the port, so handy for island hopping. There is a pool and bar, tho we didn't use them because we only stayed 1 night. Really glad the hotel has a lift. Our room had a spacious balcony. The mosquito nets at the windows were a great bonus. The bathroom in our room was very cramped and old fashioned. Could do with a walk in shower instead of a shower over the tub. The kitchen area was also quite cramped, although the room itself was spacious. Several of the lights didn't work. The whole thing would benefit from refurbishment. The room did not look like the photos.

• diclegundem (9/5): - Loved the location, the room was very spacious for our family of 3. The hotel does not have a parking area of its own but it was easy for us to find a free parking place nearby. Our room was clean and we were able to walk to town center in a few minutes. In the morning, when i wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water left, maybe because the hotel was full.

• Aliye (5/5): İdare eder.. otelde çok az zaman geçirdiğim için çok sorun etmedim ama bir daha tercih edeceğimi pek sanmıyorum. - Tesisin çarşaf ve havlularının temizliğini beğendim, konumu benim için çok güzeldi. Limandan inince biraz yürünüyor ama bu sayede sahil şeridini yürüyerek gezme fırsatı elde ettiğim gibi H2O adındaki harika restauratın da tam karşısında olmam çok hoşuma gitti. Bi de otel denizin önünde bu da güzel bi şey fakat kendine ait beach i yok. Direk denize girer odama giderim derseniz o zaman uygun. Ben şezlong şemsiye olsun tercih ettiğüm için otelin önünden hiç girmedim. Havlu ve çarşaflarının temizliğinin aksine odanın diğer alanlrındaki temizlik hiç iyi değildi. Klozetin üzerinde kapkara üç parmak izi bile duruyordu. Havuza girmedim ama çok temiz görünmüyordu. Ben camsız ama balkonundan deniz gören bir odada kaldım. Oda aslında karanlık ve bu kötü, bi de odanın kapısı buzlu cam ve hiç hoş değil. Gece huzursuz ediyor. Doğrudan deniz gören değil de havuz üzerinden deniz gören bir odaydı. Yan odanın balkonuyla yine buzlu cam vardı ve bu da hoşuma gitmedi doğrusu.
• Andreja (9/5): Ugodno i mirno mjesto za odmor - Osoblje je jako ljubazno, svaki dan su nam čistili sobu i mijenjali ručnike. Lokacija je na par minuta hoda od starog grada. Bazen je dovoljno velik, čist i nema gužve. Ležaljke su također udobne i ima ih dovoljno. Bazen je na prvom katu i s terase je lijep pogled na more. Krevet je jako velik i udoban. Naš studio apartman je bio puno veći od standardnih studio apartmana i imao je jako puno prirodnog svijetla. Balkon je bio uz bazen i imao je pogled na bazen i more. Uz bazen je mali bar s kavom, pićima i hranom. Smart tv. Bazen i bar ne rade ujutro do 10 i navećer se zatvara također oko 10, tako da nema buke koja bi vas budila dok spavate. Odabir glazbe uz bazen je za svaku pohvalu. Iako je balkon bio ugodan i pružao je zaštitu od sunca pozicioniran je tako da nema nimalo privatnosti, iako nam to nije smetalo. Svi s bazena, okolnih balkona i soba koje gledaju na bazen imaju pogled i na balkon našeg apartmana. Od susjednog balkona dijeli ga samo pregrada od obojenog stakla. Djeluje mi da je hotel djelomično obnovljen, kreveti su novi i udobni, a sav namještaj je iz nekih drugih vremena. Sve je kao na slikama, tako da ne mogu zbog toga dati lošu ocjenu. Ali sigurno bi nova kuhija, malo veći tv i novi namještaj učinili boravak još ugodnijim. Kupaonica je imala kadu s zavjesom. Dio prizemlja nije u vlasništvu hotela i tamo su smještene turističke agencije i renta a car.koji imaju pogled na dvorište hotela, tako da sobe u prizemlju gledaju na njihove prozore, ne bi voljela da smo bili smješteni u tim sobama za cijenu koju smo platili,. Jedina stvar koja nam se stvarno nije svidjela je buka koju stvara gospodin koji ima prostor za najam bicikala i motora, svaki dan je prao vozila strojem. Djelatnik hotela ga je zamolio da zatvori prozor koji gleda na dvorište hotela i tako riješio problem buke. Bez obzira na te nedostatke vratili bi se ponovno. Mi nismo koristili kuhinju, ali tanjura, čaša i šalica ima dovoljno, a od posuđa za kuhanje je bio jedan lonac i tava. Jedino što me malo neugodno iznenadilo s obzirom na to da su ljudi u Grčkoj jako gostoljubivii da nas u apartmanu nije dočekala barem boca vode, tim više što je voda u Grčkoj stvarno jako jeftina. Ovo nam je četvrti put da ljetujemo u Grčkoj pa su nas valjda razmazili. To također ne mogu zamjeriti, ali može biti prijedlog vlasnicima hotela za malo poboljšanje.

• Phil (10/5): Stay here to be 100% rejuvenated after your holiday. - Location was ideal for beaches, the old town, supermarkets and local restaurants. The staff were supremely helpful and any minor inconvenience was immediately rectified. We really benefitted from using the airport shuttle service and the room was extremely well equipped with a balcony, safe and fully functioning air conditioning. This property is ideal for a holiday in Kos and exceptional value for money. Nothing and based on our experience, anyone finding fault would have to be needlessly picky 😊😊.
