It came with a nice balcony. The mattress and pillows were not that convenient. This hotel is located right next to Elante mall. So, it was very convenient for us for shopping. Besides, it is not that far from major sighseeing locations . It took us around 10 to 15 minutes only. Overall , our stay here was good. The south indian breakfast items and the quality of mattress and pillows in the room.

- Sandeep (10/5): The whole family had a blast, including our little one who had an absolute ball in the pool. - Our stay at the Hyatt Regency was fantastic, especially on Women's Day when we received a lovely surprise of rose and cake from the staff. The breakfast menu offered a great variety, catering to all age groups. We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, particularly Regaan, who made our stay truly enjoyable.

- Mona (7/5): - Housekeeping, and quick delivery of items requested, IT support and any other service required. Happy to help attitude. The room was clean with all amenities. More clarity on process, I was told buffet was complimentary and later charged INR 4000 hy the front office staff. The front office staff is not seen smiling as much as they should to make guests feel welcomed, specially all the staff in black coats (the managers) can be more friendly, smiling at guests, but I guess they only smiled at either foreign nationals or people they felt were super rich. Otherwise they would just stare and serve you - the very crux of hotel business is customer service that feels welcoming and friendly. The gym staff was good and friendly.

The staff, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent an - I enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. The property was very clean, well maintained, and the amenities made the stay comfortable. The location and overall service quality made the experience very pleasant. There wasn’t anything major that I disliked. Just a few minor delays in service during busy times, but nothing that affected the overall experience.

I had patronized stay of mine and my other colleagues, business associates whom I got to this hotel as patronized one. Hotel front desk and sales executives know about. I find other hotels for my needs can offer better rates for comparably services.

We were overwhelmed by everything friendly staff met all our needs. Shopping centre next door a must to visit. There was nothing not to like.

- TENISHA MWELWA (9/5): My stay was nothing short of exceptional. Had a great time. - I loved the warmth atmosphere the staff members radiated. They made me feel welcome very quickly. I loved the urgency of room service as well. I was feeling cold and they were able to provide me with a heater for the whole duration of my stay. Everything was amazing but I do wish they had more English channels on the tv. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
