Been to this hotel several times in the past, but now the hotel has renovated most of their rooms into modern rooms. A very smart move. The location is excellent, everything is nearby. The swimming pool was fun for us and the kids. An amusement park is next to the hotel. Nothing that I can remember, everything was great!

Zarina (10/5): - Приезжали с подругой на концерт были всего сутки, в отели все идеально, ранее я просила чтобы поменяли номер на 2 раздельные кровати, мою просьбу сразу удовлетворили, поменяли на улучшенный без доплаты, ресторан круглосуточный мы поздно вернулись и очень вкусно перекусили около 2 часов ночи, утром позавтракали разнообразный шведский стол. Спасибо большое персоналу, спасибо за такой теплый прием. кстати у отеля зеленая красивая территория. нет нареканий

Think wireless charging built into the nightstands, state-of-the-art lighting scenes, a supremely comfortable new bed, and stylish, modern furniture. Everything felt current, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Service: Absolute top-tier. The staff are simply out of this world – attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. From check-in to every small request in between, they made us feel like VIPs without being pushy. Housekeeping & breakfast: Flawless. The room was spotless every single day, and the breakfast spread was delicious, fresh, and well-organized – perfect for fueling up before meetings. 163ronaldl (10/5): Nice Accommodations - Our room was super nice with a walk-in shower and large bathroom. The room had an in-room safe, refrigerator, and hot water pot. A large desk area with ample plugs for electrical equipment. Large selection of foods available for self-serve breakfast, plus a station to make eggs to your liking. We ate dinner one night and had Chicken Kiev served on a bed of mashed potatoes and slow cooked Lamb with peppers served with aromatic wheat and fresh herbs. Both were very tasty. There was a very large pool available if you desired to take a swim.

Food was great, very nice gym/ spa and room was spacious with nice views of Tien Shan mountain range! But the staff made the stay special! All were terrific but a very big thank you to Assem who was spectacular!! She handled several challenging requests in a highly professional and rapid fashion! Again many thanks , Assem. Will definitely stay here on my next stay in Almaty!

Shukurulla (7/5): Большой отель. - Большой отель, большое лобби. Комнаты большие. На 5 звёзд не тянет совсем. Матрасы жесткие и староватые. В номерах было жарко, а кондиционер совсем не справлялся. Вытаскиваешь карту из слота закрываются занавески, вот зачем это. И в целом, отель советского образца, не современный.

Очень жаль, что был закрыт на ремонт ресторан Джамбул, было немного тесно... Но мы понимаем, это вынужденная мера, так что в следующий раз надеемся вновь посетить на завтраки этот отремонтированный ресторан.

martinlT7737WX (10/5): Enjoyable stay, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful food & relaxing spa facilities ! - I have been staying at the Rahat Palace Hotel for several weeks and although the building and its facilities are lovely and well located and the food is always well prepared and presented (the horse fillet is certainly to be sampled here by the way !), However it is the staff that I would like to focus this review on. All of the staff at The Rahat Palace Hotel in Almaty have been great, but some staff members I have interacted with more than others and these individuals have been exceptional ! At Reception, Bota is a pleasure to speak to, her "can do" attitude and friendly professional approach made my extended stay at this hotel an enjoyable one. Our waiter Ullakhan is an absolute gentleman. Friendly, professional and goes over and above what is required to makes guests feel welcome. Our breakfast cooks, Angela and Arai, are both so friendly in the morning, and even when very busy they have time for a hello and a smile, and prepared my order perfectly, it's a pleasant start to the day. Our room cleaner Shaon is such a considerate guy, and carried out his duties in a non disruptive manner, while being friendly and courteous at every interaction. At the health & fitness suite, which is amazing !!, Aslenbek always greets with a friendly smile and is a joy to interact with. The staff at Rahat palace hotel are certainly a credit to this hotel and to themselves, they are definitely what makes this place feel like a home from home !

Anton (10/5): В целом все хорошо, но были найдены осколков стекла в номере. - Удобное место расположение, чистый возду относительно других районов Алматы. Обнаружили пару мелких осколков стекла в номере. Не критично, но не приятно.
Махабат (1/5): - - Оставляю честный отзыв. Отель разочаровал по нескольким причинам. Номер был грязный: пыль, пятна на поверхностях, неприятный запах. Сервис слабый: персонал не реагирует оперативно, просьбы игнорируются. Заселение затянуто, организация на ресепшене хаотичная. Заявленные удобства не соответствуют реальности. Соотношение цена/качество плохое — ожидания не оправданы. Не рекомендую! -

NoyanTu (9/5): Надо Алису в номерах настроить так чтобы гость не включал и не настраивал ее самостоятельно. - все отлично. Колонка Алиса была в номере, но я не смог ее подключить. Персонал тоже не смог ее настроить.

Alikhan (10/5): - Недавно останавливались с девушкой в Rahat Palace Hotel на 14 февраля — остались в полном восторге! Отель действительно высокого уровня. Особенно хочется отметить шикарный SPA-комплекс — всё чисто, атмосферно и очень расслабляюще. После посещения чувствуешь себя полностью обновлённым. Номер приятно удивил современной «умной» системой управления — всё продумано до мелочей, удобно и технологично. Видно, что отель идёт в ногу со временем. Отдельное спасибо персоналу — все заявки выполнялись оперативно и без задержек. Сервис на высоте, сотрудники вежливые и внимательные. Завтрак — отдельная похвала! Очень большой выбор блюд на любой вкус, действительно очень вкусно. Приятно начинать утро с такого разнообразия и качества. И особенно приятно было получить комплимент от отеля — моей девушке подарили шарик в честь 14 февраля. Такой жест создаёт особенное настроение и показывает заботу о гостях.

The room is newly renovated, impeccably clean, and equipped with a balcony and a modern digital control panel — perfect for anyone who loves newly-built, tech-forward spaces. Rahat is an excellent choice for international guests visiting Almaty for business. I was especially impressed by the hotel’s incredibly efficient room service: online orders consistently arrived within 20–30 minutes, with a wide range of cuisine options, including healthy and fitness‑focused meals. The reception team was equally reliable, helping with everything from booking taxis to securing restaurant reservations. This was my 4th stay at Rahat — and I even extended my stay by another week because I enjoyed it so much. I’m truly grateful for Rahat’s exceptional hospitality! Everything exceeded my expectations and I'm enjoying my extended stay. It would be even more perfect if there was a Japanese restaurant at Rahat, but I know that this is just my personal wish 😆
