• Lauren (9/5): Very nice place to stay in North Kehei. - The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bed and linens were comfortable and very nice quality. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals . The complex was located in a quiet area, but close to a wonderful bakery and outdoor market.Very nice place to stay

• stewart (10/5): Don't miss out on this great deal! - Nicely located, edge of Kihei so quick to get to other areas. Host was very receptive and gracious. Has the amenities you would need for a great stay. We were able to use the beach items that were a great help. ABC store within walking distance (watch the traffic!) Enjoyed our stay! Loved walking out to the ocean, real BBQ area, loungers! Windy when we got there, but not something they could do about that!
• Jeon (1/5): 바람이 많이 부는 먼지 날리는 지역인데 주인이 직접 관리하지 못해 청결성을 유지 못하는 시설입니다. - 수가 비치에 가까워서 아침 저녁 걸을 수 있는 것이 좋더군요. 바람이 많이 부는 지역이더군요. 양편에 큰 산이 있다 보니 골바람이 형성되고 이를 받아 내다 보니 해당지역이 바람이 많이 불더군요. 가까운 지역에 거대한 농장이 있는데 바람에 의해 작은 먼지가 일어나 이것이 집안으로 들어 옵니다. 발코니에 높은 의자 두개가 있고 탁자가 있는데 바람 불어 쓸어질까 싶어 기울여서 놓는데 미관상 보기 싫어요. 화징실 두곳과 부억에 환기창이 루버 방식으로 되어 있는데 반쯤 열려 있어요. 메뉴얼에 손대지 말고 그냥 두라고 되어 있어 그냥 두었는데 이곳을 통해 먼지가 많이 들어 오는 것 같았어요. 바닦도 너무 더러워 청소포로 여러번 닦아도 계속 검은색 먼지가 나와 네번 정도 닦고 주인에게 컴플레인을 했어요. 소파도 좀 낡은 것들이 세개 있었는데 이중 두개는 패브릭이어서 먼지기 가득 들어 있어 사용을 안했죠. 컴플레인 후 이틀 뒤에 대대적인 청소를 해 주어 나머지 이틀은 잘 지냈어요. 아내가 먼지 알러지가 있는데 여행 후 돌아와서도 매일 알러지 약을 먹고 있어 많이 미안하더군요. 빅아일랜드에서는 페어몬트 리조트에 있었는데 격이 너무 차이가 나서 많이 미안했어요. 오하우에서 구한 아파트는 전망도 좋고 너무 깨끗해서 많이 대비가 되더군요. 마우이 섬의 특징이고 하와이 스타일이라고 호스트는 이해해 달라고 하는데 다른 숙소 대비 너무 질이 떨어져서 많이 실망했어요. 호스트가 직접 관리하지 않고 캘리포니아에서 원격으로 하다 보니 시설 관리가 잘 되지 않는 것 같더군여. 부킹닷컴에서의 컴플레인 처리도 맘에 들지 않고 해서 바꾸려고 합니다. 그동안 정말 많이 애용했는데 예전만 못해진 것 같아요.
• Roberta (10/5): This is a great place to stay, everything we needed. - Beautiful view from the balcony. Very nice grass area with good bbq and tables. Great beach and swimming plus pool. Lots of sand everywhere in the condo because the wind blows a lot.

• Leah (6/5): Ok stay - The condo was nice, but has a very uncomfortable bed, the washer/dryer is a laundry mat, the WiFi only worked about 1/2 the stay, and it smelled like sewage at the complex the entire time. They also have a housekeeper that comes in, but you have to clean and pay for the towels to be washed prior to leaving.

• Helena (9/5): Superb - Fully furbished appartment. 2 bathrooms. Things to borrow if you needed it Good info and connection with the host. Access to parking, patio area to barbecue, at the beach and access to pool. Non on the appartment only that the location it self was a little bit far from restaurants etc . Not the best beach outside.
• Daniil (10/5): Amazing 12/10 - Everything was fantastic. Beautiful apartment with stunning views, basically host providing everything for you - just get some food and live there. Grills and beach access, super clean area. Highly recommended.
• Daniels (9/5): This property was comfortable & quiet & a great value for the money. - The location was convenient & centrally located for the activities we wanted to do. It was a great place to watch the sunset. I really enjoyed the outdoor area at this property. It was was very welcoming & so close to the beach without the sand. There was a great cookout area plus the pool was never crowded. It was easy to come & go. We could see the water from our small patio. Popular shaved ice & bakery were in walking distance. Our host provided so much helpful information! The restaurants were not in walking distance.
• Jasmine (6/5): - Pros: location is within 5 mins of beaches, walkable to cafes. Pool is nice and property backs onto a nice beach. View from lanai is pretty. Bed is comfortable. Second bathroom sink and mirror is convenient. Has microwave and full stove and fridge. Cleaning staff is lovely and accommodating. Cons: in the only bedroom the AC doesn’t work properly. We followed the manual and it would turn on and turn off within minutes every single time. It was useless. Property mgmt said they informed owner who indicated they would replace the unit but this didn’t happen within our stay which was disappointing. When you arrive no AC is on so the place feels humid and uncomfortable. By the second night with the fan (one doesn’t work) and AC on in the living room the bedroom is tolerable at night for one person but would be too hot for more than one person. Floors feel very dirty. Bathtub is creaky and needs replacing. Lanai door is a hazard. Overall wouldn’t stay again and we are very open minded. Needs major updating and at the very, very least the bedroom AC needs replacing for it to be a descent option. Lots of potential though for some upgrades!
• Denise (10/5): Best decision ever! - Staying at this condo was as comfortable as house sitting for your best friend! Completely furnished with more than everything you would EVER need for the trip. Bring your clothes, stock the fridge, and you’re ready!! The grounds were pristine, and right on the beach. I will always consider Nani Kai first when returning to Maui! Wonderful vacation spot. Loved it all!
• Ashok (2/5): - I had a terriable experiance this property. It is cleaned and dust is all over the place. Floors are not cleaned. Dead roaches in the kitchen and roaches roamining all around the kitchen and not living area. Not safe to live this property. The time we checked in very late and Complianed to Expedia and Vtrips about the condition of the property. No action was taken. No other properties are available because of late night. Ended up sleeping in the car with two kids and walked out.
• Robert (10/5): Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we would book here again! - Love the proximity to everything on the island, responsiveness of the host, and ease of access to the property The property was a little dirty when we first got there. Sand on the couch, dirty floors and a fair amount of little ants
• Gerlyn (6/5): - Having 2 bathrooms. I didn’t like the closets coz it was full of junk. The sofa bed had a very thin mattress.
• Sean (6/5): - Not the best property we’ve stayed at for sure, everything just seems old, worn down and uncared for. Daily occurrence of bugs and cockroaches in the kitchen, so had to be extra careful to not leave food related garbage anywhere, even in the garbage bin. Screen door was a joke, it barely was able to open to the back porch, glass door never shut right. Front door lock was loose, sometimes the screws would bind in the door and not let you in. Bedroom air con did not work (why even have it in there then???), luckily the living room air con did work though. No towels anywhere, the ironing board was broken, TV and cable difficult to figure out. None of the remotes in the bedroom worked. They did have a couple of extra fans in the closet which were nice, but they were dirty and didn’t stay pointed where you wanted. There is a pool available and a BBQ area, and it’s right on the beach, so those are positives. Parking isn’t too bad and the elevator worked fine. I’d say overall it was barely passable, but definitely won’t be staying there again.
• Desiree (10/5): An easy and relaxing location! - Parking was great and getting access to our room was easy. The entire stay was very nice and there was plenty of room for 4-5 people to stay. The directions were very clear and everything was laid out for us in a binder and in a detailed email. The location came with access to a scenic view of the ocean where lawn chairs were free for guests to use and there weren’t too many people on the beach so it felt private and very relaxing. The location is also a 10 minute walk to Ululanis, the farmers market, and abc store and about a 10 minute drive to local food trucks. We really enjoyed this location.
• Christina Marie (2/5): - The only thing good about this property is the outdoor sitting area and the pool and barbeques location was fine. The unit 501 should never been rented out.

• Gross (9/5): A great value for a place right on the beach. - It was definitely one of the better places we’ve stayed at. Gloria has so many amenities provided along with her unit. She even has a binder with suggestions of places to eat, visit, cards with discounts, troubleshooting. We visited a lot of beaches in Maui, and the beach at Nani Kai Hale is the best one for taking long walks. Not much really. There was a moldy shower curtain, but we called the management team, and they replaced it right away. The recliner will need to be replaced soon. But seriously, it’s a great unit. Not much to complain about. Gloria is very attentive and wants you to be happy.

• O'kane (9/5): Superb - The beach location was fantastic, the apartment compound was great, a well maintained garden, pool and clean functioning BBQ's. Plenty of seats loungers to relax and enjoy the sea view. Being in a "non commercial" area it was quiet, just beach complexes. So long as you have car getting to / from the airport, the local mall and or anywhere on the Island is simple. The apartment was quiet and comfortable with all you need for self catering Maybe we hit the wrong season but the "midday wind" was very strong, like we were in a wind tunnel.
