They were calling and threatening us on the checkout time. The room is so small and not even a single water bottle kept. Also the location has so bad smell and entering the building itself felt very bad.

Запах в номере - был запах едкой химии, которой, думаю, убирали в комнате. Окна открывать нельзя, соответственно, и проветрить было невозможно. Это доставляло сильный дискомфорт. 2. В лифте было грязно, так и хотелось найти веник и подмести в нем.

- Maurice (10/5): - Mooie kamer. Ruim voor Hong Kong begrippen. Dame achter de incheckbalie lijkt onverstoorbaar maar is zeer, zeer aardig. Prima bedden en badkamer. Let op! Ingang van het hotel is in een zijstraatje en de receptie bevindt zich op de 7e etage. Maar voor ons zeker een aanrader. Metrostation logt letterlijk om de hoek en de pier voor de Macau ferry op 800 meter. Niks.

Номер просторный, есть все принадлежности. Уборка каждый день. Персонал супер! В душе и на кровати при заселении были найдены чужие волосы. Простыни застиранные, с дырками и катышками. Во время уборки меняли на чистые, но такие же ужасно старые. В ванной по углам плесень. Матрас не очень удобный и к тому же под простыней на матрасе пленка. Практично, если вам часто снятся водопады. Но отвратительно шуршит при любом движении. Еще светильник был сломан.

Bed area was small but didn’t matter. Little office space with small sofa was useful as a place for all my clothes and case. Didn’t need to use it for work purposes but would be good for that. No noise from outside but could hear the people in the room opposite. One day they were doing maintenance which was very loud in my room at 9am

- Abril (1/5): Terrible Service, Misleading Location, and Unsafe Surroundings - An absolutely terrible experience. From the very beginning, the staff’s attitude was unacceptable—rude, dismissive, and completely lacking empathy. We explained a delicate personal situation with respect, yet they showed no willingness to understand or help. Instead, they responded with indifference and arrogance, which is completely out of place in the hospitality industry. But that’s not even the worst part. The location, which the hotel advertises as “fabulous,” is extremely misleading. The area feels unsafe, dirty, and uncomfortable. There are people literally sleeping right outside the hotel and along the street, creating a constant sense of insecurity. Going in and out of the hotel is honestly intimidating, especially at night. It’s unbelievable how they can market this place as well-located or premium when the reality is the exact opposite. I would not recommend it under any circumstances. There are far better options in Hong Kong where you’ll at least be treated with respect and won’t have to worry about your safety.

- carmen (10/5): Ik zal deze accomdatie zeker weer boeken wanneer ik weer in Hong Kong ben. - Yan & Fan waren super service gericht en vriendelijk! Gratis upgrade gekregen naar junior suite. De kamer was ruim en zeer schoon, lakens voelden heerlijk fris en schoon, zachte handdoeken. Het zit 10 minuten lopen van High Street, een straatje met hippe restaurantjes en cafeetjes. Houdt er rekening mee dat met koffers je MTR Sai Ying Pun exit A1 moet gebruiken ivm de lift. En dan is het een blokje lopen over hobbelige stoepen en de ingang zit in een steegje. Het was even zoeken, maar als je het eenmaal weet, is het geen issue.

- Monokuro_M (10/5): Clean, convenient hotel - Tiffany and the team looked after us so well during our stay. We were greeted warmly and the room was clean and spacious. My photos don't do it justice. In fact, we were lucky because we received a free upgrade to a sea-view room and it was lovely to see the boats bobbing along. Tiffany had a great sense of humour and helped us with a number of requests in our jetlagged state! We didn't use any of the spa amenities etc., but found it helpful to have a water-filling station on floor 7 near the concierge desk so that we could keep ourselves topped up. The room had a mini fridge which helped us to keep some yummy food stored between excursions and overnight. We found it very convenient for the MTR (slightly long walk to the trains but still convenient) and especially for the airport bus to drop us off around the corner, saving us money from taking a taxi with recent fuel price hikes being a concern. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to Hong Kong!

- Ryuta (4/5): このホテルでの滞在を除けば、香港での体験はとても良いものでした。 - ローケーションは確かによいです。 チェックアウトまで部屋を掃除しなくてよいですと何度依頼しても勝手に掃除されてしまいには、ものが触られている痕跡があり、いろいろ移動されていて、最終的には精算用にためていたレシートを全部捨てられてしまいました。 また、水も臭かったです。Booking.com上の評価はトップクラスに高いですが、これはおそらく、人員動員して評価をあげているとしか考えられません。極端な値下げも気になりますし、グロース戦略で意図的にやっているのだと思います。10段階評価だと私の感覚的には4.8ぐらいです。

The entrance of the hotel is not on the Des Voeux Road, I believe it ised to be there but now it’s in an alley round the corner so at first it was a bit confusing to find.

The room was larger than average for Hong Kong, which we really appreciated. Cleanliness was disappointing. - JimmySumKahWai (4/5): disappointment - the housekeeping - This is my second stay here, Sept 2025 stay was good & I wrote a 4*Review. But just last week it was bad! On the 3rd day we were back in hotel (earlier) around 3.30pm and to our surprise there was NO housekeeping makeup. I called the Recp and an uninterested staff said he will arrange for one to come. What can I say? This is my 30+ trips to HK and throughout our extensive travel to Japan/Korea even Europe this is the first time we have a Hotel forgetting to do H/k for the room. Really disappointed. [Have earlier written to the Hotel in their FB, no reply]

- Alexandr (9/5): Хороший отель в Гонконге за разумные деньги - Расположение очень удобное, станция метро буквально под отелем, остановка трамвая в 10 метрах, автобусная тоже есть, но я не пользовался. До даунтауна острова Гонконг на трамвае - 7-10 минут езды, но и пешком не намного дальше. Парк на набережной с классным видом на скайлайн Коулуна - 5 минут. В/из аэропорта ехал на такси - на счет автобуса экспресса не знаю. Mc Donalds, Starbucks, 7Eleven рядом. Интернет хороший, скорость приемлемая. кровати и подушки удобные, размер номера по меркам Гонконга большой, и кровати было реально 3 , а не раскладушка по запросу. Ремонт относительно свежий, чисто. Что еще хотеть? Да , безусловно, что цена за этот простенький номер как за 5* в Бангкоке, но это Гонконг, ничего более дешевого с аналогичными параметрами мне найтись не удалось! меня всё устроило

- JAUYUAN (8/5): 地點極佳,地鐵西營盤站A出口一出來轉個彎就是飯店大門,門前大馬路也有叮叮車可以搭,房間以這個價位來說相當寬敞,CP值非常高,缺點是浴室蓮蓬頭水壓太小,洗澡時需要一直調整. -

- PIN YI (6/5): 地鐵很近，附近有超商，也有巴士站，但乾貨味有點重，電梯很晃也有怪聲音很可怕 - 地點，真的離地鐵站很近！ 電梯很可怕！
- Anne-Marie (9/5): Excellent séjour. - Chambre spacieuse, confortable et très propre. Emplacement pratique et agréable, très proche du front de mer et du métro. Personnel très sympathique.
