- Mateusz (5/5): A nice pool and stuff, hotel looks 8 but it’s not considering cockroaches, homeless dogs around, a poor location, bad ai - The Pool ok the 8th floor is the best thing in this hotel. Staff was very polite. 1. Cockroaches even if the hotel seems to be new and clean room 507 - stuff was polite and gave me the other - premium room 616 on different floor where I didn’t have this problem anymore 2. Super old TVs Netflix and YouTube not present or doesn’t work at all (I’ve been to two rooms ) 3. Breakfasts are not worth paying - get something somewhere else, at least I think western people may not be happy with them 4. Groups of homeless dogs wandering around the hotel, be careful especially at night, during the day there’s lots of people but who knows what happens if you walk alone in the middle of the night and see a group of homeless dogs, they are everywhere around the hotel but most of them are when you turn right leaving the hotel . Like I said you never know and you don’t want to get to the hospital when you get bitten 5. Bolt drivers struggle to get to this place even if I copy the address from Google Maps and three times they were not able to drop me in the right place 6. Air condition is crazy cold - I was scared I’m gonna get sick even if it was set up for 26 degrees it didn’t seem to work at all, it was also pretty loud

When for any question you can say it was good. - Location of the hotel was good - next to the grocery, a few restaurants, a barber shop, and massage shops. Facilities are good. They do have 24/7 security at reception, so you are safe. The staff was very friendly. The price for the distant hotel was a little high. It is 20 min walk to the beach. Also, I had multiple troubles with wi fi, sometimes I could not use it at all.

- Li (6/5): - The biggest problem is WIFI. There's no WIFI in the room. Had to stay at the lobby or restaurant to use WIFI. They changed our room on the second day to get better connection. It didn't last long. We had to get SIM cards with Internet. The staff did their best trying to solve the problem, but there's nothing they could do. One highlight is the 24-hour free coffee and beverage with cookies at the lobby even though I am not a coffee drinker. The water dispensers on each floor is also a plus for environment.

- Dmitriy (8/5): - Хорошее расположение отеля. До центра развлечений 10 мин пешком. Отель обновлен, но есть НО. В целом сделан не плохо. Перед отелем есть буддийский храм который стоит посетить. В отеле есть кофемашина и разные печеньки. Разводы на зеркалах и телевизоре, т.к. для чистки используют не средство для стёкол. В туалете пахнет канализацией и это распространяется на весь номер. Хоть отель и стоит не на самой большой улице но мопеды которые здесь ездят по ночам они всегда дают спать. Нет принадлежностей для чистки зубов.

- Federico (7/5): Non un hotel da 4 stelle - Posizione della struttura Staff delle pulizie chiassoso nei corridoi..stanza piccola con all'interno una seconda porta comunicante un'altra stanza, pareti troppo sottili da sentire ogni minimo rumore dell'altra stanza specialmente la televisione fino a tarda notte,odore di vernice chimica per tutta l'entrata della struttura e a volte anche nei corridoi..allarme antincendio per 3 ore no stop "tutta la mattina" a suonare per un malfunzionamento

- Joachim (6/5): - Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel located at a side road with some street noise. Windows in the rooms are locked and cannot be opened. When xou ask at the reception desk they send someone to remove the locks. Windows are dirty from the outside and some furniture is not like a 4-star hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Roof terrace with pool closes at 7 pm, so you can't enjoy the nice view at night. Nearly all guests are people from India.

Really depends on the room you get, because some of them are in need of small repairs and can be little bit dirty if you inspect them closely. Make sure you don’t get connecting room if you are staying alone or with partner. I had quite unpleasant experience in 5 am, when next door neighbour opened the door couple times and I had to stand up and block the door with chair, because you couldn’t lock it from other side.

My neigbour chose to have television on all night, and then I mean really all night. Receptionist (Indian guy) did not want to deal with the issue and made it my problem.
