- april (10/5): Friendly Staff! Love their Mango Daiquiris! - We stayed at Boracay Haven Suites back in 2016 when they were still fairly new, almost 10 years later the place is still great. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast options, close walk to the beach, and Station 2 restaurants. Their bar had 2 drinks for 250 pesos from 10am -10pm . Was pleasantly surprised the morning of my birthday, when the staff sang "Happy birthday", and brought me a small cake. It was the highlight of our stay! Thanks Boracay Haven Suites!!

Checking out we had to leave early for our flight so they packed us sandwiches, fruit, and water bottles for us - they weee so accommodating. I will recommend this to our friends to visit Boracay!

I work remotely and was very upset at the internet quality and was unable to do what I needed to do to finish work while using their internet service

- Tasneem (10/5): - Not located on the beach. However, it is right in the heart of the action. You have restaurants and shopping on your doorstep. The beach is around a 7-minute walk and D'Mall a 3-minute walk where you can find an array of souvenir shops, dining options, entertainment and more. Rooms were big and spacious. Very clean. Housekeeping was done well each day. Some complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning and other basic amenities were included in the room. There is a fridge and mini bar in the room with drinks if you wish to purchase any items. The hotel will then charge you accordingly when you leave. Good security at the hotel, and a lock on the room door if you are a solo traveller like me. WIFI worked reasonably well. Staff were friendly and pleasant. My breakfast was included but I couldn't be bothered to get up so early on a beach holiday! There are loads of places around to grab a late breakfast if your like me. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Really helpful. My small negative was all the hotel policies. If you stain the linen, you will be charged and all that. We are adults and we know these things. You have to leave a PHP 2,500 cash deposit upon arrival that will be given back to you provided you have left the room in order and not damaged or taken anything! I get it, but it was just a bit excessive. Most hotels are trying to streamline the checking in process, but here it just went on forever!

Very responsible , called for a ice and jacuzzi set up in the room at 1AM and didn't wait more than 2 minutes till someone came. Every day asked what I would like to eat for breakfast next morning. Happy hour for some cocktails almost entire day. Will not bother to search any other place to stay on my next visit. Very good place !

- LINA (2/5): - The quality of the room does not match the price you will pay. Upon our initial entry into the room, a strong pungent smell of mildew and mold was present. In fact, we had to change rooms as one of us developed an asthma attack due to mildew and mold present. The rooms have poor ventilation. We certainly do not mind pay a premium price, so long as what you will receive mirrors what you pay. Also, there are numerous fines for petty items such as if you stain the towels, bd longs, and any other items the room may include. This is definitely one hotel I will not go back to.

Bathroom did NOT have a shower and was terribly cramped and hard to get around specially since the bathtub took up over half the space. TV only had ONE channel available, breakfast food was NOT healthy for me because of my diabetes. ONLY great thing about the hotel was the GREAT AND FRIENDLY STAFF who were were great every day of my stay.

- Joshua (10/5): Wonderful stay - We stayed four days while I was diving off the coast. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served to our room by choice and was delicious. The pool is clean and very nice though the water was cold. Our jacuzzi wasn’t very comfortable because it was straight geometry and stone/tile but the water was nice because it was very private. I would stay here again.

We paid the same price on our first day in the island at Hue Hotel at Station 2 but the amenities are way too far compared to Hue Hotel. This hotel is filthy and low grade. The front desk reception staff are not quite professional to deal with tourists. The receptionist was too loud and lack’s professional skills to deal with clients. They collected us extra money for our 11 year old when in fact the two hotels we stayed before them did not. They said they considered an 11 year old to be an adult. Since when an 11 year old became an adult???! They let us checked in early and they said they upgraded our room to garden suite with jacuzzi but we did not agree because that room was filthy and unacceptable. But in fairness the breakfast was good. Food was serve warm and it taste better than the others. This hotel’s ad in the web is misleading, since our expectations for the same hotel in its class were not met. The pictures they advertise is so misleading. This hotel is like a 2 star hotel but they charge like a 4 star hotel. I would never book in this hotel and would not definitely recommend it.

- ian (10/5): My Boracay Experience - Hotel staff super-friendly. Main reason why I extended my stay by an extra 4 days at the Hotel. A couple of minor things that I believe would add additional value to guests stay would be the following; A. The pool temperature could have been slightly higher during the late afternoon/early evening. B. Also feel the limitation on one cup of coffee in the morning a little stingy considering the hotel is offering itself as a 4-Star hotel. At the very least there should be a pot of coffee available and at least coffee/tea offered to guests in their rooms. NB. Would have been useful to have been informed in advance that their in-house credit card authorization was not available and only cash was acceptable. Additionally, that the gym was out of action. Neither were major things , however, would have meant I was better prepared as both were reasons why I booked the hotel

- Paul (2/5): Worst Hotel on White Beach. Go to Henann Hotel!! - The place is ran by children. The hotel is in disrepair and the rooms are filthy. This hotel hid behind the typhoon during our stay to conserve generator fuel. After two days we had enough of water and power shutoffs from 10am-5pm. There was absolutely no WIFI either. When we went to ask neighboring hotels they had no shut downs whatsoever. They ran the generators all day and had water all day. Stay away from this place at all cost. The staff is extremely inexperienced. They continued to clean rooms serve food when they had no running water or electricity. They could not wash their hands while serving food or cleaning rooms. There are three wonderful Henann hotels on this beach for the same price. When we tried to check out the tried to steal our transfer voucher money from us even though they had a carbon copy of our receipt right in front of them. We finally had to threaten to go to the authorities to get our money back. Stay away at all costs from this place.

- Mark (8/5): Boracay Haven: a little piece of heaven in boracay - We’ve been in boracay haven suite for 5 days. For the positive side, the room was spacious and clean. Also, the Private jacuzzi is an added attraction to the room. The staffs also are very commendable with the way they interact with their guest. They are helpful and respectful all the time. The downside Of this hotel is their wifi connection, its kinda slow and also Their cable connections. The toiletries are incomplete like cotton buds, toothbrush and the likes. But all in all, its a Pleasant experience and we would like to come again
- Victoria (8/5): Haven Suites Boracay Vacation - Our stay was comfortable but unfortunately we’re not aware of the construction that’s going on until we got to the roomy. My sisters room on the 3rd floor had both sides of the rooms next to her being painted and she’s inhaling the fumes from the paint. We should have been informed ahead of time rather than finding out after you get in the room. Different accommodations should have been made possible. In our room 4th floor, also have the room prior to our room being painted.
- elaine (8/5): Great stay except... - We stayed in this hotel for five days, its close to the beach and d mall, the staffs are pretty helpful and nice. We stayed in the room with a direct access to the pool but for us who loves quiet time?probably not a good idea coz the room doesnt have that insulation and you can hear all people walking by, the room is clean except the hot tub which is included with room and its goshh its pretty gross and basically its useless because its so dirty and they claimed it as one if the amenities of the room which they shouldn’t coz it will just disappoint people. And other than that food for breakfast are okay typical filipino cuisine.our stay is great!

- Michelle (10/5): Birthday getaway - My stay was awesome! The hotel isn’t that big, but it was nice and very comfortable. Modernesque. They were renovating the bottom floor rooms when I was there so when you went to the pool you can smell the paint and things like that. Other than that, the staff was amazing. Very attentive and welcoming. I arrived the day of my birthday and later on that night, after coming home from walking the beach, they came to my room and surprised me with a birthday cake. It was the sweetest thing, it actually made my stay that much more special because I know they pay close attention to details. Their breakfast buffet was also good. A huge variety of things to eat. They have an omelette/egg bar where they cook your omelette to order. Coffee was great... I’m a huge coffee person and bad coffee in the morning is a no go for me, but it was very good. A variety of juices, fruits, desserts (yes I said desserts, for breakfast). Also, the location of the place was literally a 2min walk to the beach. Probably the best part of it all. I didn’t have to commute anywhere, all the shops and restaurants are literally just down the street. Another great part about this location. Overall... great stay, I would stay here again :)

- Zachary (10/5): - Service was fast and friendly, rooms were clean, and everything was almost perfect. The only thing I didn’t like was that our room didn’t have hot water.
- BORA (8/5): - In the beginning of our stay we had to endure several discomfort as power shortage, noise from the pool in front of the room, pumps for the shampoo and shower soaps were not working properly. TV's reception was not clear and internet was so slow and intermittent. We had to endure all these because we had to stay inside the room because of Typhoon. However, the service of the staff was so satisfying. They were all kind and responsible for all our request. The food we ordered by room service was tasty with relatively reasonable price compare to the nearby touristy areas. Especially I wanna thank Anna who was at the front desk for her availability all the time. Beach is 5 minutes walk through the ally next to the back door of the hotel and 15 minutes walk through the Dmall. Overall it is a quite a nice and cozy place to stay as a family or friends. For couples I'd like to recommend rooms that are not on the ground floor for the privacy.
- Not Provided (10/5): - Nice small hotel. Beside D'mall at the busiest part of the station 2. Short walk to the white beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with wide choice. Walking distance to station 1 & 3. Best Buffet at Sea Breeze with cooks performance at 8 pm. Also very good desert place, Hallomanago which sometimes have to short Q. Staff at hotel are friendly and helpful. Especially the front desk staff, Joanne where she arranged our transports to Boracay island, where it is quick and short time to clear the checking at the port. Unlike those go to Boracay independently arrange by themselves. The seawater around the white sand beach are crystal clear. Activities island hopping is a must. Snorking is my favorite. Next trip will try the Scuba diving and full day snorking trip. Seafood are good but vendors charge high price needs to bargain where not my style.

Except slow check in, rooms are quite small, bar is in slow motion, forget about wifi connection just go out and lounge in the beach. Breakfast buffet not so great... just check your food before you eat it might have extra undesirable meat in it. :-( fly )-: wilthed veggies and moldy cauliflower. Resto-bar across the alley is very friendly and check their happy hour!
