It ended up falling on my foot when I got out of the shower.i added my dog to the booking and they charged me the day we left extra for having a dog and that charge was $96.05 not impressed with this place

I’ve never met nicer staff and we travel often.. truly so kind and welcoming. We also loved our cabin - it was super clean, new, and close to all of the amenities while still remaining quiet. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Thank you for everything.
- Chris (4/5): - We stayed in Suite 5, which would have more accurately been described as a small, dated and dirty pre-fab more akin to a school portable. Lots of mosquitoes in the unit (and dead ones on the walls) and a used towel waiting for us. The property as a whole is an RV park - not a resort. Really not happy given the price.

- Jason (8/5): - Fun spot to stop for 2 nights, private cabins are cute and clean and close to the pools, nice area to walk. You are between the trains and highway so expect the noise. We had challenges checking in with our dog which resulted in a $200 fee, that was unfortunate as it is advertised as pet friendly.

- Heather (10/5): - The lodges are new and really lovely. Really liked the environment. Cosy, clean, plenty of facilities, nice outside area with fire pit. You also have use of the springs which was great at the end of a day. Staff were really nice too. The only downside was it was quite noisy at night. Not sure if it was a combination of road, train and aircon systems but it was slightly disturbing. Didn't disturb my husband however. Still deserves high ratings!

We used the hot pools and the room, but did not know about the Waterfall/Suspension Bridge or the Historical Site ruins. Wish we had. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Travelled two hours to stay here only to learn the power had been out for four hours already with the estimated time of being turned back on being 10pm and nobody tried to contact me to tell me this even though we were only staying for one night. So we show up with raw food, can't use the pools, no way to cook our food or chill our drinks, and front desk suggests we can just cook our food at 10pm? So obviously I was not interested in paying $300 for one night of no power (which, again, includes no hot pools). Still waiting to be contacted to ensure I will not be charged, only to notice the property charged me 4 days prior to check in after I was very clearly told on the phone my credit card was only required in advance for the damage deposit, and I very clearly said I was not intending to use the card on file to pay for the night's stay because I specifically selected "pay at check-in" when booking through Expedia. Now I'm out nearly $600 for a stay I had no chance of enjoying, and could've gotten the same experience camping for a hell of a lot cheaper. Not impressed, won't be back or recommend.
