- Maxaralius (8/5): Great as for a complex of apartments & rooms right by the beach - The complex has great views and is in a fantastic location by the beach there is a lovely resteraunt that looks over the beach and in the sunset its a fabulous place to sit / drink / eat and look at the view staff are helpfull and its clean. there is not much around the area so its peacefull and relaxing for me it was a stay for the golf which is around 205 mins walk away and some nice resteraunts around the golf course area. I didn't fancy going to the buffet for breakfast or dinner as buffets are not for me I prefer freshly cooked food served after you order it however I'm sure its fine for most and it looked all good - staff were helpfull as on arrival my room was adjasent to the dustbins and I had a change of room before checking in

En plus à 10h pile poil ils rangent tout. Les horaires des restaurants clubs etc 10h pas même avant pour prendre un café. La salle de sport rien ne fonctionnait et très vieux, franchement je recommande pas !

- HELENE (9/5): Nous avons apprécié notre court séjour au Beach Hôtel - Jolie suite idéalement située car vue sur la mer incroyable (104). Couchage lit très bien. Machine à café et bouilloire à disposition appréciable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner à emporter à 7 heures du matin le jour du départ. Personnel très agréable. Propreté. Épicerie et accès à la plage appréciable . Il n’y avait qu’un seul transat sur la terrasse. Une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo aurait été appréciée. Odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain. Abattant wc à fixer… Fenêtre de la chambre au dessus des poubelles, dommage. Petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet qui n’avait pas trop de goût.

Nefungující klimatizace. 3. Hotel prochází rekonstrukcí. 4. Dají vám pokoj, který není v pořádku, vědí o tom a sázejí na to, že si nebudete stěžovat, nebo že to po dvou dnech vzdáte. 5. Když si budete stěžovat na to, že pokoj není v pořádku (nefunguje klimatizace, teče sifon a podobně), budou vám opakovaně slibovat, že to vyřeší, ale nic se nestane. 6. Když budete chtít vyměnit pokoj, budou vám tvrdit, že celý hotel je obsazený. 7. Když budete trvat na výměně pokoje, protože jinak budete chtít mluvit s manažerem hotelu, najdou volný pokoj. 8. Když vám budou předávat jiný pokoj, dají vám podepsat dokument, kde prohlašujete, že jste zcela spokojený s výměnou a nebudete dávat žádná negativní hodnocení na sociální sítě, rezervační portály atd. 9. Když odmítnete podepsat tento dokument, nechají vás v původním pokoji, takže jste nuceni pod tlakem okolností podepsat.
- Sofia (8/5): Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble. - Le ménage fait tous les jours, les repas bons, bien situé et pas mal de chose dans l'hôtel. quelques rénovation au niveau des chambres car notre porte de salle de bain était abîmée la porte de la douche également. La télé n'a pas fonctionné durant tout notre séjour malgré l'avoir signalé à plusieurs reprise.

- 168jaynek (10/5): Fabulous holiday - I had a fabulous week here in early October. The location is very quiet with lovely views. I had a sea view apartment overlooking the bay. The apartment was spacious and clean with a small kitchenette. A good sized lounge area , bathroom and a big bedroom. The food was excellent. Lots of choice every day. The pool area was very clean, lots of sunbeds, parasols and a pool bar. All of the staff I met were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning.

- Stéphanie (9/5): Séjour très agréable dans un décor paradisiaque - J'ai bien apprécié la chambre vue sur la plage et le cadre de l'hôtel. Les espaces verts et la piscine sont très agréables et le personnel très attentionné. La présence de chèvres sauvages (non agressives) apportait une vraie touche locale ! Le restaurant de l'hôtel était excellent et avec une vue incroyable sur la plage aux eaux turquoises. L'absence de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle.

- Neppagm (9/5): Struttura posizionata in una baia molto bella, merita - La struttura è in un'ottima posizione e ci è stata data una camera con una bellissima vista sulla baia di Arenal de Son Saura. L'appartamento ha dimensione sufficienti per due persone, il terrazzo è ben vivibile (anche se in pieno sole può essere molto caldo, manca una tenda), il bagno va bene. Perfette le pulizie. Il piccolo supermarket a fianco della reception è ben fornito e il signore che ci lavora è gentilissimo (come d'altronde tutto il personale con cui ci siamo relazionati). Nota: non abbiamo praticamente usufruito dei servizi offerti (ristorante, piscina, palestra), l'isola è talmente bella e ricca di posti da vedere che ci è sembrato uno spreco passare del tempo in albergo ... L'attrezzatura per cucinare è molto basica, appena appena sufficiente. I prezzi del ristorante sono alti, 18,50€ per una colazione per chi come noi è abituato ad un cappuccio/tè ed una brioche è una follia ! Una annotazione "ecologica": pur essendo l'isola in carenza d'acqua (l'autonoleggio ad esempio consegnava le auto senza averla prima lavata) gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno, senza che ce ne fosse effettivamente bisogno e nonostante noi non li buttassimo per terra.

Les chambres avec la mer, beaucoup très appréciable. Il est facile de se garer. Le petit déjeuner est très complet. Les extérieur de l’hôtel Franck foyer tous les jours. Il y a deux clim climatisation dans la chambre, c’est très appréciable. Il s’agit d’un vieil établissement, maintenu propre, dont la structure n’est pas insonorisée et donc en fonction de vos voisins, vous avez du bruit ou pas.

- Ruth (7/5): Fantastic location - The location of the property was excellent. The rooms weren't cleaned properly each day. There was an empty toilet role on the floor of the toilet for the whole week and we left it there to see if it would be picked up but it was still there at the end of the week. The shower area was a bit grubby. The whole property is in need of some maintenance, e.g. some railiings on steps were a bit unsteady. The breakfast selection was good but the food on the hot plates could have been a bit warmer. We paid for a sea view, assuming that it would be of the fabulous beach but it was at the back of the property, facing on to the car park and while there was a view of the sea beyond this there was a big tree in front of the balcony that obscured our view. We requested to be moved but were told that the rooms facing the beach were suites that weren't available.

- 729nigelm (10/5): Yet another wonderful holiday at a wonderful hotel. - This is now the fourth time we have stayed at the wonderful Beach Club Hotel at Son Parc Menorca. As ever we have had a truly great holiday. The location is superb, we always request a sea view and looking down on the beach and out to sea ensures we enjoy every minute of the holiday. Even when it is raining looking at the beautiful water makes being here worth it. The room we had was spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff were friendly and do a wonderful job. The reception staff are so helpful and friendly and will go the extra mile to give support. The food was excellent, again the staff in the restaurant are were always happy to help, made us feel very welcome and we would like the management of the hotel to thank them for us. As previously stated this was the fourth holiday spent at the hotel and we are already planning to return next September. Thank you everyone at the Beach Club Hotel for making our stay such a wonderful and relaxing experience, the only problem is that we now are about to leave Menorca but if we don't leave we will not be able to return.

La struttura è in un ottima posizione direttamente su una splendida spiaggia . La nostra stanza vista mare era in gran parte rinnovata,dotata di tutto il necessario e tutto funzionante, cucina fornita , letti comodi ,condizionatori funzionanti e silenziosi, Le pulizie quotidiane con rifacimento letti e rinnovo asciugamani ,ben sopra le aspettative ,avendo prenotato un appartamento e non una suite Tutto il personale è stato cordiale disponibile e professionale Abbiamo avuto due piccoli problemi con la cassaforte e con lo scarico del wc risolti dai tecnici immediatamente Market fornito con prezzi onesti e personale gentilissimo È inoltre possibile accedere liberamente al ristorante buffet per i pasti ad un prezzo contenuto e in un ambiente pulito ordinato . Che dire, forse non tutte le stanze sono state ancora rinnovate ma la mia personale esperienza è stata ottima ,una vacanza rilassante in una struttura accogliente e tranquilla in una posizione stupenda. Per visitare e conoscere Minorca è comunque a mio parere indispensabile un auto, ma questo vale per qualsiasi struttura e zona proprio per la conformazione dell isola (questo è il mio quarto soggiorno in strutture e zone diverse) Sconsiglierei la struttura per chi ha problemi di mobilità,la spiaggia è a pochi passi ma raggiungibile con molti gradini Se proprio devo trovare dei piccoli difetti i miscelatori se pur nuovi non sono efficienti nel permettere di regolare bene la temperatura dell'acqua,soprattutto in doccia . Le piastre cottura in vetroceramica funzionano benissimo ma il primo giorno per noi ,un poi imbranati, è stato quasi comico capirne il funzionamento,lascerei un foglio di istruzioni

- Luis (9/5): - El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable para disfrutar de la playa y es una zona muy bonita y natural. Personal muy amable. Tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos una habitación de cortesía para el último día poder ducharnos antes de ir al aeropuerto. El apartamento muy cómodo con todo lo necesario. En la zona al estar en un entorno natural no hay mucha variedad para comer/cenar. No hay mucha zona de parking.

- Fabio (8/5): Personale tt fantastici - Super Nella suite metterei delle mensole In bagno e un aspiratore cambierei il sifone della doccia almeno doppia velocitá e non un sifoncino che traballa, per gli arredatori : il terzo letto nel soggiorno più alto o un divano letto poi offrirei le cialde del caffè per ogni giorno del soggiorno ,sempre parlando della suite .

- florence (10/5): Séjour et hôtel parfait je recommande fortement. - L’emplacement est parfait . La plage de l’hôtel est très grande. L’hôtel est très beau et les chambres sont très propres et bien entretenues. Le personnel est très agréable. La vue du balcon est splendide. Le buffet du petit déjeuner n’est pas très grand mais il y a l’essentiel.
- Lionel (8/5): calme et agréable. - Le calme et l’emplacement Soucis sur la Clim de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas avec un voyant de défaut qui clignotait rapidement et fortement, du coup la nuit c’était ambiance discothèque dans la chambre , nous l’avons signalé mais sans résultats 🙄

- Vanessa (7/5): - Boa limpeza, ótima praia, zona da piscina muito boa. Lugar calmo Falta de animação no hotel, zona circundante sem animação com número muito reduzido de lojas. Horário do pequeno almoço poderia ser mais alargado, pelo menos até às 10.30h.
- Christophe (9/5): Top top ! - On aimerait le garder secret pour en profiter seul... mais ce ne serait pas juste. Cet établissement est magique! Tout est top! (allez...manque un lave-vaiselle dans les appartements et quelques ustensiles cuisine) Peut-être la sonorisation des appartements (bruits de chaise au sol)

- Susana (8/5): - Ótima localização, zona muito tranquila, staff muito simpático, comodidades boas, confortáveis e limpas. O bufet/comida muito bem confeccionada Gostei de tudo...a única nota vai para a variedade de comida no bufet, mas assim também se evita o desperdício 😉
- Rioual (8/5): Très bon séjour malgré de petits désagréments - La très belle suite donnant sur la mer. Le restaurant donnant sur la plage. La gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner manquant de diversité. La porte de notre suite (106) qui fermait très mal, et la présence de cafards dans notre salle de bain.

- Mir (4/5): Algo decepcionante - El entorno Que nos alojaron en una habitación "que aún está por reformar" y no es lo que esperas en base a la publicidad. Mobiliario viejo, roto, gastado y lo peor es que no pude cocinar en condiciones debido a que los fogones no tiraban bien y había que hacer antes un cursillo que no te explican para conseguir encender aquello ya que son de los años 70 por lo menos.... Es una lastima habernos quedado con este mal sabor de boca con la habitación porque el resto está muy bien.

- Carme (7/5): Apartamento muy agradable, aunque muy accesible, en muy buena ubicación. Recomendable. - La ubicación es perfecta, delante de una playa espectacular, muy tranquilo, lejos del bullicio. La piscina y el desayuno muy bien. El supermercado bien. LImpian y cambian toallas todos los días, a pesar de ser un apartamento. El apartamento está muy accesible desde fuera, todos te ven al pasar. El personal de limpieza en algún momento desagradable, nos echan de la habitación siempre a la hora de la siesta para arreglar la habitación. Sólo una máquina de café (no descafeinado) para muchísima gente, siempre hay colas.
