• Lily (9/5): Loved it! - Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Very comfy beds. Super friendly staff. Nicely decorated inn, convenient location. Although the room was on the larger side, there was surprisingly little space to put suitcases. Breakfast was fine but nothing to shout about.

The people, restaurants, and downtown area were great! - Location, parking, clean!, the staff, yummy cookies, quiet, very generous continental breakfast - just beware there are not any sausage, eggs or waffles (you’ll be okay). Lack of space for grooming supplies in the bathroom.

The inn is definitely maintained nicely. You can hear plumbing which just says the inn is old but really kept really well

• Mcmicheal (10/5): We had a wonderful stay, definitely will be back! - This property was so delightful. From the staff, to the room, all wonderful! So quiet during the night, and my request for top floor and away from stairs was granted. They had everything decorate so cute for Easter. The parking was perfect too! The only complaint we had was the orange juice with the continental breakfast. It was "watered" down. Consider changing your juice to fresh squeezed? Could also have a waffle maker and batter for people to make there own waffles.

• Will (10/5): - Have stayed at a number of places in anacortes and Marina Inn is by far the best option for the price. Always friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms and great location.
• Jennifer (9/5): A clean, cozy inn offering local hospitality. - The Marina Inn may be listed as a budget hotel but it covers the basics well. Staff was very hospitable, welcoming and efficient. The lobby has a gas fireplace to warm up by on cold days. The breakfast area offers the basics each morning: coffee, tea, juice, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, pastries, oatmeal. There's a microwave there, and the hot beverages are available throughout the day. There's a jar of chocolate chip cookies next to the service desk. The decor highlighted the region, including photographs of the area's tulip and daffodil fields. There are plenty of travel guides for guests to browse. I also liked the complimentary postcard showing the area. I stayed in a room with double queen beds. Everything was clean and tidy. There were extra blankets and plenty of towels. Wrapped mints on the nightstand. The wall-mounted heating unit kept the room warm and was quiet. The mini fridge has plenty of space and includes a small freezer. There was a well-stocked Keurig, with coffee and tea and disposable cups. Ice bucket and bags, too. I was on the first floor, down the hall from the service desk and while you could hear talking in the halls as people passed, the evening was quiet. Free parking and wi-fi were also great amenities. I was able to work just fine on the network. The inn itself is about a 10-minute drive from the historic downtown, but there are markets and restaurants within walking distance. And there are marina views a block away. The inn is also located next to a car wash that has free vacuums. This is a solid and cozy place to stay. The bathroom was a little dated; the door was an MDF material and was showing some wear on the bottom and sides, likely due to the moisture from the shower. Some of the complimentary toiletries had a strong scent. I wish there was a mat near the door inside the room to put shoes. Other than that, I have no major complaints or dislikes about this place.

The bathroom was very tight, and room didn’t have much extra space to move around. The positive was that the sink was outside of the bathroom, so two people could get ready at the same time.

We were given an unimpressive to-go breakfast of a cold bagel, banana, and yogurt cup for our early morning exit. Wouldn’t bother with it if I’d known that. The room was okay—nothing special for the price. It was a place to sleep.

We were able to make our tour on time and not have to keep all our belongings in the car. Rooms were very nice & super clean. Staff was great, breakfast was good, would definitely stay here again.

• Dejenelle (10/5): Quiet, comfortable and accomidating! - Everyone was nice and the place is cute and easily navigated. The sound dampening decor in the rooms is brilliant too. I'm a light sleeper so I appreciate any place that keeps me from hearing everything next door. (PS best cheese bread ever just across the street) Can't think of anything really. Not much of a view, I guess, but I like that I had bushes to look at instead of buildings.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. There was no elevator up to the second floor but that was not an issue for us. We did not use the television. Nothing!

The mini split heater was warm enough and quiet, and when breakfast was missed due to off hours schedule a manager was kind enough to bring out toaster again! My mother preferred a room away from the parking lot for privacy and they accommodated her request which made for a comfortable stay. Noise from the shower next door was so loud it woke me up.
