• Deb (10/5): A relaxing stay that felt like home away from home! - People at Nor5h 40 Resort were so friendly and helpful. They connected with us the day before to see if we needed anything besides the fire pit and wood. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day watching soccer! Everything was very clean and neat. Josie the cat and Ronald the dog we extra fun.Coffee at the front desk was a bonus too! N/A - wish we could have stayed an extra day!

• Paul (10/5): This is the place to stay when headed to Glacier N.P., would not hesitate to return! - Our 1BR log cabin at the back of the property was amazing. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Walking distance to the hot tub building, very quiet location. Inside the cabin is a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ outside the front door. Very convenient to the West Glacier entrance to the National Park (allow 30 minutes driving time). Also a short drive into the town of Whitefish, where there are excellent restaurants and interesting taverns. That we only overnighted; wished we could have stayed longer!
• Angelika (7/5): grosses, gut eingerichtetes Glampingzelt - Das Glamping Zelt ist sehr gross und gut eingerichtet. Leider war es sehr warm und trotz Ventilator war im Zelt eine Bullenhitze. Für ältere Personen ist es nicht geeignet. Die Wasch - und Toilettenräume sind in einem extra Häuschen, zu dem man nachts mit Taschenlampe gehen muss. Das Resort liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse. Im Zelt hört man jedes Auto.

• Amy (10/5): Cozy cabin experience! - This place is an absolute gem! Our cabin was very spacious and comfortable. We are a family of 4 traveling with grandparents. The queen cabin was perfect for us. We had a great stay and visited kalispell and whitefish. The hot tubs were much appreciated as it was a little cool and we spent our days walking quite a bit. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were super friendly when we interacted with them. We will definitely be back! We loved it all! No complaints.

• Catherine (8/5): Overall, a great place to stay. - Great location for going to West Glacier and getting into town (Kalispell/Whitefish). Loved having our own cabin and all the equipment to make and have our own food. They have many items they'll loan out to you from the front office - we took advantage of the $15 rental of bear spray (we didn't end up using it but that was a good thing!). The kids really liked the hot tubs, and I appreciated the walking trail behind the cabins. The main queen bed and twin bed were comfortable. Was very thankful for air conditioning. My only real complaint was the pull-out bed. It was so uncomfortable that my kids couldn't sleep on it, and they are not too picky. My son ended up sleeping on the couch in its normal mode. I mentioned it when we checked out, so maybe they will change the mattress on that pull-out in our cabin.

Also loved the 3rd bed in the living room for kids. Also a pull out couch was available if needed. We had a family of 5. It was close enough to West entrance to Glacier. They had everything you would need. Felt very homey. Hot tubs were really nice. 2 of them side by side under an outside covered porch. They also have a nice sauna which is nice too! I would highly suggest this place. Nothing

The cabin was quaint and well equipped with amenities intended to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My family would absolutely consider staying again on our next visit.

• Cathy (9/5): We really did like staying at this resort but wouldn’t stay again because of the location and the price - Very nice appointed cabins the kitchen had plenty of supplies and we appreciated that The twin bed had a king size flat sheet which was weird We had housekeeping come just one day out of five and she didn’t make the twin bed or clean the sink but everything else was done just fine I think it’s way too expensive for the location I think $250 a night is more reasonable

Would stay again and highly recommend. - Wonderful cabins, clean and comfortable - it was perfect for our group of 4 families to be close together. Rooms fit 2 adults and 2 teens - kitchen had all the basic supplies we needed to make coffee int he morning and quick breakfasts. About a 35 minute drive to Glacier National Park which was our main purpose for travelling and lots of dinner and shopping options just a 10 minute drive away in Whitefish. Internet was slow and would drop often.

• Debbie (3/5): Very disappointed, overcharged, poor staff - Clean upon arrival No housekeeping was told to bag my garbage and someone would pick it up later, for $300 night housekeeping should be there daily, cooking utensils bad, skillets old and scratched up, added one night stay and got charged another $500 which they argued and said i had not paid bill before adding another night although I had credit card charges that had already paid it in full - we paid $1600 for five nights for two people- dont do it!

The staff were fantastic, the area safe, clean and well cared for. The pride the owners and staff take is evident. Air conditioning was phenomenal and the bed extraordinarily comfortable.

• Thomas (7/5): North Forty is superbly well-run, but there were a few shortfalls with the glamping tent. - The furnishings of the glamping tent were fabulous, even beautiful, and the hot tub/bathroom facilities were excellent and very clean. Hotel staff was obviously quite competent at maintaining the place. (1) There was a lot of traffic noise from Hwy. 40, and since we were in the tent, we could hear all of it. (2) Among the shelves, there was one labelled "paper plates..." but there were no paper plates, and since our own camp ware is metal, we couldn't use the microwave. I had to go to the office to ask for plates. (3) Since we stayed in very late summer, the night was quite cool. The heater in the tent helped to raise the temperature, but it would have been much more effective (and economical for the hotel, considering the power consumption) to have extra blankets for all the beds ready in the tent.

• Dani021 (7/5): Good - We stayed in the glamping tent and it is really cozy for a couple. For a tent it has everything you need (excep batchroom/shower of course). Even it is perfect for a couple we stayed 4 people and not recomended, sofa-bed is not so much comfortable and not so much space for four people. Little bit expensive for a tent (even a perfect tent as it is).

• Gail (8/5): Very good - Location was good. Close to Glacier National Park. Beds were comfortable and shower hot. It was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not need a full kitchen we never used. This is a great place if you are staying for a longer term. It was expensive for a two night stay.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Will be returning! - This property is outstanding! Clean, well located, very comfortable beds, pet friendly, accommodating, peaceful and the best showers I’ve ever had on vacation!! It was pricy! But you get what you pay for!
• Ed (9/5): Relaxing and Peaceful stay close enough to town and hiking but far enough away from the noise - Remote area but close enough to take a short drive to some towns Quiet comfortable cabin with fully equipped kitchenette Friendly staff who held a bbq with live music one night - excellent! Laundry facilities on site is a great idea - wish all hotels would figure that one out A dish washer would have been a plus and better Wi-Fi - our cabin was furthest away from the office so our Wi-Fi signal was very weak. Couldn’t stream on the TV. BTW some instructions on how to use the television would have been useful.
