• Kevin (3/5): Ok for one night - Somewhere to sleep I expected it to be near the beach, the room was labelled garden view which was a joke. The room was in a 3 storey block up a scruffy back street. As a solo traveller I usually wouldn’t mind but I felt deceived as did another guy and his girlfriend. I stayed 2 nights out of the 4 I booked and moved to a different hotel. I don’t usually complain but pay the extra money guys and get something better.
• Gorazd (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing and friendly host. Close to everything and beautiful secret spot by the beach. I recommend it. I spent 12 days there. I like it.

• Amelia (8/5): Nice stay - Nice chill our area with coffee bar. Close to beach. Lovely staff! Were very helpful all the time and very attentive. Bed was comfy, a bit creaky but can’t complain for the price. Fan worked well kept us cool. Had a hair dryer which is always handy! A little hard to find and the room was very dark but honestly nothing too bad to say. We loved ko Samet!

It is by the pier and not a beach where you can actually do anything in due to so many boats around it. The blankets had stains and the shower wasn’t usable. The room was dark with no view that was stated in the pictures.

Charged 500 for trip per person for a boat trip but charged extra as told we were foreigners and hotel sold us wrong tickets??? Would never stay again or recommend to anyone. Was embarrassing to take my partner there and i have been to some disappointing hotels (if i can call it that) but far this was worst in Thailand but sadly i paid for 2 nights so couldn't even move

The place is also comfortable and also just a few steps away from the Pier. There are also local shops around where you can buy food and stuffs. Walking distance from Sai Kaew beach. Rooms have thin walls. But not much of a bother because people are always out and about.

• Roy (1/5): Made me sick due to mold in pillows and matrass - Price was ok compared to rest of the island The bed was terrible. Mold in the matras ánd the pillow. I woke up sick from it. Paid for 2 nights but left after the first. ‘Money already gone’ I was told but that’s Thailand in general. I was in room 5 so if you stay there, check the pillows and matrasses for mold stains. Matras also was super hard and uncomfortable to sleep btw.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Dåligt - I-talay är fördelade på flera olika enheter och Zone Sea är den som är hubben för incheckning. Men rummen just där är de sämsta... badrummsväggarna slutar långt före taket så det är inte avskiljt... Rummen är spartanskt inredda och städningen görs varannan dag - på begäran! Finns ingen värdeförvaringsskåp vare sig i rummet eller receptionen. Basic standard och definitivt inte värt pengarna. Finns många bättre alternativ, även inom I-talays egna bestånd ex-vis Italay Trio.
