Fabrice (5/5): A éviter si chambre fumeur - Je ne fume pas mais aucune possibilité de réserver autre chose qu’une chambre fumeur. La fumée des autres chambres de l’étage fumeur parvenait quand même à rentrer dans ma chambre. Cher payé pour cet hôtel loin d’être exceptionnel

Ryan (7/5): - De locatie van het hotel is super, je bent snel bij het hoofdstation, bushaltes en bezienswaardigheden. Er liggen een aantal winkels in de buurt en ook wel wat restaurants. Het personeel is behulpzaam, maar spreekt iets minder goed Engels dan bij andere hotels. De kamers zijn schoon. Het bed was niet comfortabel, de matrassen waren erg hard en de deken zat in een vreemde, heel gladde hoes die de hele avond van het bed bleef glijden. Daarnaast zijn de kamers redelijk gedateerd (wel gewoon schoon!)

mieko (9/5): 今回の宿泊は当たりでした。 - ベッドの寝心地がとても良く、枕の貸し出しもあり気が利いてまさよね。。お部屋に置いてある椅子の座り心地も素晴らしかった。朝食もなかなか美味しかったたです。お部屋も掃除が行き届いていて、料金も高くないと思いました。 1つ残念だったのは、トイレに座った時便座が冷たかったのて　思わずお尻が上がってしまいました。

Giulia (10/5): - La struttura è centrale, a due passi dalla stazione e dalle rovine del castello. L’hotel è pulito e il letto è comodissimo, eccellente il servizio della scelta del cuscino. Ottimo anche il buffet dei prodotti da bagno. Colazione favolosa e staff molto gentile e disponibile. Nulla, tutto perfetto!

Toda (9/5): 値段の割に欠点なし。 - 施設自体は経年劣化しているにも関わらず、居室は最大限の清潔さが保たれており、快適だった。また、24時間利用可能な無人コンビニがあったり、チェックアウトは追加料金ない場合は、ルームキーをボックスにいれるだけだったりと色々気がきいている。アミニティもエントランス付近に置いてあって自由に選べるのも良かった。構造上の問題でルームキーが、ベッドサイドであったこと。仕方ないといえば仕方ない。

Jejemon (8/5): Huge and comfortable hotel - Spacious room. A reliable hair dryer. I was given a room based on my request. Hotel has its own 24/7 convenience store that is unmanned. You check out stuff through the terminal via a step-by-step guide. About a 10-minute walk from Fukui station, but you may take the tram and then get off at Daimyomachi tram stop and then walk for less than five minutes. Nice restaurants and konbinis nearby. Probably the coin laundry machine. It is a 2-in-1 machine that struggles to dry your clothes.

Imogen (6/5): Good amenities but bad WiFi and some unfriendly staff - Pretty close to station, lots of free amenities to choose from, room was a bit dated but comfortable and clean WiFi was bad and kept cutting out, hard to even browse internet / make bookings and couldn’t complete a phone call. Staff initially quite unfriendly when dropping off bags, felt like I was annoying her. An older lady checked me in who was much more friendly. Strict check in time, I tried to check in at 14:50 and was told check in was at 15:00 and to go to the waiting area, when holding lots of heavy backpacks it was annoying to have to go take them all off to wait 5 minutes and put them all back on again

ぎょうざ中毒 (9/5): ソースカツも食べられるしっかり朝食バイキング - 福井駅からそれほど遠くないのに神社や公園が目の前で静かでした。朝食バイキングは物価高のご時世でもしっかり品数があり最高でした。カードキーの挿入場所が部屋の奥なので暗い時間の入室は大変でした。

MARI (2/5): 軽くみられていたような感じ。女一人の滞在で適当に扱われたような感じ。 - 部屋の広さや配置は良かったと思う。初めの2日間の部屋はテレビが使えなかった。自分の使い方が間違っているかもしれないので様子をみていたが、2日目の夜にスタッフに見てもらったら、接続しているコードの接触が悪かったらしい。夜だったのでその日はもう我慢して3日目は部屋を変えてもらったが、今度は冷蔵庫の電源が入らない。様子をみているうちに夜中になったので仕方がないのでフロントに預けて冷やしてもらう事にした。正直かなり気分が下がったが、楽しみにしていたイベントのために滞在していたのでクレーマーになりたくないので、大して文句も言わずにおいたら、スタッフさんの反応も薄かった。一応普通の謝罪はしていたが(当然の事だけど)そんなにハードなクレーマーじゃない事をいいことにやや淡々としていてたように見えて本当は大変不愉快でした。ホテルフジタさんて老舗だと思ってたけど、振興のビジネスホテルの方が快適かも。
