- Celina (7/5): Good value for money - This villa is very spacious and great for a family or a group of couples. The rooms and bathrooms were so nice and made you feel right in Bali. This is an older style villa, the outdoor space felt a bit run down and they needed some new appliances. The location is ok, very loud hearing noise from sunset road and a bit scary in the nighttime as the long driveway you walk up to the villa is pitched black.

- Andrew (5/5): Disappointing - Ayau and Putu were good value. The property was to far from shops restaurants and other facilities. Safe in two rooms unusable. Gardens and lawns needed tending. Kitchen appliances non usable. Furniture in poor condition. TV remote found in the pool .
- Charlotte (6/5): it was okay - the staff was good had too ask for rooms too be cleaned - SO MANY MOSQUITOS no prevention methods, rats in corner of ceiling and in the main living area .. woke up EVERY SINGLE MORNING too bat poo and their food on the couch had too ask too have it cleaned.
- Guest (8/5): It was a great experience & a really memorable stay. - Ms Ani, the owner was very responsive. Answer queries promptly & arrange the airport transfer for us. Although we reach at night, they waited for us. The personnel at the villa, Dian & Putu was tremendously helpful & always there for anything & prepared for us nice breakfast. Big nice villa with 3 rooms, & very nice ambience. Swimming pool was the highlight of it & the pool is very clean. The toilet is huge & clean! thank you for preparing glass bottled for us! Wifi is strong & the towels are replaced everyday & beds are made everyday. Super awesome. Will return again if there is opportunity. 1) The room will be quite warm even at night as we feel that the aircon positioning could be better as there is a cloth cover on top of the bed & we dont really feel the aircon when we lie down but all is good as we eventually feel the aircon . 2) The lights at the entrance of the door & along the villa should be on at night as its quite dark outside the door when we are fetching grabfood. We didnt realise theres available lights along the corridor till the last night as the grab rider had difficulty location the villa unless they go in via Jalan Beiji Suci. 3) Mosquito was in commando mode there but cant blame the villa itself as its their natural habitat..but just bring a lot of insect repellent as the mosquito is quite brutal.

La villa est bien située , à 15 minutes à pied des plages et du centre de Seminyak. La piscine est très bien , la maison est spacieuse et confortable Il manque 1 lave vaisselle . Isolation phonique moyenne ( routes très passantes aux alentours )

But what made our stay so amazing was the fabulous staff - Ayu, Putu, and Anis who were all so amazing, so responsive to all our requests, and just so friendly and lovely. Thank you so much for making our stay so amazing Quite a few issues with the hot water, lights etc but this was promptly resolved.

Breakfast was a big turn off for our stay. we booked the villa with breakfast however when we reached the care taker didn't have any idea that the booking was with breakfast. Later after a long discussion they agreed to serve breakfast after we showed them the booking. Breakfast options were limited and was below average.

The kitchen was so dirty! - sink, pots and pans all very dirty. Didn't want to use the cookware was that dirty. Had breakfast cooked first morning in the villa - it was cold and after we saw the state of the kitchen we cancelled and ordered delivery or ate out.
