Lokasi Bagus, sangat strategis. view dari jendela kamar juga bagus, menghadap laut. view sunset bagus sekali. waktu sarapan antrian cukup lama di egg corner, makanan2 yg habis agak lama menunggu refill. shower tidak ada selang (hanya ada pancuran tinggi saja)

Schrank Keine Deckenleuche im Raum, keine Leselampe Bad zweigeteilt, winziger Wäschebereich im Klo, größere Dusche Alles in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt ziemlich ungepflegt, besonders das Bad und die Wände im Raum Schimmel in der Dusche, Abfluss der Dusche stinkt Fenster sind schmutzig Kleiner Pool direkt am Restaurant, wenig einladend wirkend
• Fransiska (6/5): - Lots of local and chain food options close by. There is a mall within walking distance. The facilities were clean but in need of some touch up. Rusted shower and sinks. Peeling paint and flooring. But the staff are good and take pride in service. I enjoyed interacting with them.

Many westerners might find it less nice than what they prefer or are used to, but it is indeed one of the best hotels in the city, and considering the relatively low per-night price, it was quite comfortable.

• Maja (6/5): Pleasant - Great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Also easy to get into Manado city with Mikrolet (5 min’s walk). Very friendly and helpful staff. Had two rooms with connecting doors which was nice as we are a family. Nice seaview. Rooms were small and furnished with only the bed, one chair, a narrow table/shelf and a small hanger bar with 2 coat hangers. As we stayed several days I missed being able to unpack my backpack. The hotel is more worn out than can be seen on the pictures.
• Leonardus (2/5): Very poor - good location Not worth the values. with 600K per night, I could get a better hotel. Floor not clean, no shower head, etc.
• Tjintana (3/5): It’s not pleasant and it’s to expensive for the quality of the room and breakfast. - Location and the view . Dirty and smells ,I call the manager and she come and I tell her the issues,they fixed the problems but it’s should be teach the cleaner how to clean the room from the started ,they don’t have hand towels or face towels too ,restaurants overcrowded when I ask people’s sit on big table with few empty chairs but no one friendly .It’s very sad because they my people too .The lady Mei Lyn was very understanding and helpful.
• Aritz (6/5): Good location, but pictures dont match the ageing reality of the rooms. Still ok option. - Great location, sea view, lots of restaurants, mall, not far from the ferry terminal and helpful and nice staff. Poorly cleaned and maintained. Beds were neat, but there was mould on shower corners, hairs on floor and side tables and some of the repairs poorly done, such as ducktape for a loose shower glass wall. Still it's a fairly good option for a couple of days, just don't expect it to be as new and clean as in the pictures.

• ARLETTE (10/5): GO CARTS to drive at a hotel?! - THIS was an especially fun hotel because we were able to walk ALMOST all the way around it after a HUGE dinner which was a RAMADAN special of all you can eat! for TEN bucks! all the local foods so you could taste them and know what you were ordering next time at a redstaurant. food dishes were names in the buffet! they also had some 4 wheelers you could ride in the ajacent lot and also some cool electric go karts for $3.00 for 15 minutes and they were really FAST! crazy for electric scooters, and the guys were so nice that tended the go carts and let us take a spin around for free to make sure we would fit on them, and we were amazed that the go carts were adjustable because we are fat americans. gotta go to the buffet now!

• Dirangga (8/5): The staff are incredible! - The staff was very welcome and helpful start from check-in was very smooth and fast, the room was good only needed a bit of refresh in the bathroom area the odor was really bad of smells but when we turned on the AC it got better, also the glass door need to repair had so much noise when we get out and in, the breakfast was good and the staff are very helpful especially the one who stand by at condiment section was nice and helpful. Suggestion: The lift & corridor area was really hot I guess there is no AC there maybe it's under maintenance or I don't know but better have.

• Stephanie (4/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is so frustrating to stay at. Never again. - The location The room was too small. The toilet always smells like sewer, and it’s not only my room, but other rooms have the same complaints. There’s only 2 very small and verrry slow elevators for the entire hotel that was always full and stopped at every floor all throughout the day, especially in the morning. It took a good 5 minutes to wait for an elevator. And they asked for 100k deposit for a second card for your room, and wouldn’t give you back the money without the receipt even though you return both cards when you checked out.

• Octaviania (3/5): AC not Working throughout our stay,dirty toilet,windows looking over the ocean(paid for this view) - 2nd stay, we like how friendly the staf was this is our 2nd stay the room again not very clean, water will come out from the bathroom while you shower, so you need to order extra towel, we booked superior room with ocean view unfortunately the windows was very dirty so it was waste of money to pay for this room type for the view but you cannot even enjoyed it, even during night time you can see how dirty the windows. the AC was not cold at all, called engineering they came back and fort but it was never fixed.
• Octaviania (5/5): Rooms need maintenance, and hotel needs more room key for their guests - the location is in the center and close to food places and if you lucky you get the ocean view room. we like the deluxe room with ocean view the hotel only gave 1 key, the AC was not cold so we have to left the key in the room, and they wont give us extra key (said they out of stock) we have to asked them to open the door for us every time we want to enter the room. the room was not properly clean when we checked in, ants and mosquitos and also the bedsheet have stain almost everywhere and seems haven't changed, we informed them to spray the room for mosquitos and deal with the ants and changed the bedsheet, it was ok when we came back, but we still see ants in the bathroom

• Richard (7/5): Restful stay - I stay here so many times when I am visiting Manado, and still found the door keeper and security staffs are the most friendly staffs here. They greet the guests with warm and gentle greetings. Small things that bring warmth to this hotel. I love the mattress, it is soft but firm enough to support my back and give me a great and restful sleep. I love the location of this hotel since it is near (in walking distance) to convenience store, restaurants and coffee shops. And I am glad that they already corrected the smell of the corridor heading to elevator. During my stay, nothing.

• Richard (8/5): Great for transit - I loved the attitude of front door keeper and the security; they were friendly and gave me friendly greetings every time I passed by, a small thing I needed after a hectic travel day. The check in process was smooth but it was uncomfortable to me that the hall to the elevator smelt not great at the time. The room was clean and had an ocean view. The bathroom was clean and the hot water worked well. This hotel provided very basic amenities and toiletries so it is better to bring your own. The bed was comfy, I personally loved the bed that had medium hardness (?) it meant that the bed not too soft, it was just right and comfortable especially for your spine. The location of this hotel was great. It was near groceries store, some restaurants and shopping mall in just walking distance. The parking situation was not great if you hoped to park inside the hotel parking slot, but since it was in Megamass boulevard I guessed it was safe to park everywhere nearby. The room was not spacious. I didn't know the cause but please correct the fragrance or smells in the hall between front desk to elevator.

• Celia (1/5): STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! - Nothing considering the experience. For future clients you have to consider that this hotel is located right in the middle of an extremely noisy neighborhood. When I say noisy I mean hell on earth. It has several bars, karaoke and nightclubs around that will blast music from sunset to sunrise at saturated volume creating chaos atmosphere. The hotel is very poorly soundproofed. One could say that this isn't the hotel's fault but on top of this chaos we had extremely noisy drunk neighbours screaming, crying, laughing and knocking our door all night. At least 5 people. We Called the reception a few times to sort this problem and maybe send security to establish some sort of order but unfortunately they did absolutely nothing. All in all we had at best 2 hours of sleep during this nightmarish night. On top of that there was no towels nor bath carpets in the room when we checked in but that is such a small detail compare to the rest of the experience. That is by far the worst hotel we stayed in.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The staff that I met were all courteous and helpful. But the hotel itself was a disappointment due to its poor state of maintenance, noise and room cleanliness. The bedroom floor seems only swept but not mopped and left bare feet dirty and gritty. Edges of the floors and walls all had dirt and fluff. Shower and toilet doors would not close and lock due to misaligned handles and locks that were held on by blobs of silicon. Taps, shower rose and handles were aged with build up of calcification. The wall mirror was old and had lost its silver backing In places. Towels were dingy and age stained but they did smell fresh. The large bed was comfortable and restful. Water was hot and the air conditioning did work well. There was no fridge in the bedroom. The included breakfast was simple Indonesian food but crockery often showed lack of proper washing. The hotel is suitably located overlooking the harbour and within a minute or two walk to a selection of restaurants and street cafes. Nearby is a large department store complex that has cheap prices but also cheaper quality products. About 800 metres walk away is a much larger and much more modern department store complex with a variety of high quality stores and restaurants. Taxis were unavailable in the area so be prepared to walk in the heat. The pool area at the hotel was immediately joined to the hotel’s dining room and terrace and offered no privacy whatsoever. I’ll stay in a different hotel next time I’m in the area.

• Rika (6/5): Quite a small hotel near Megamas port - Standard twin bed room is very small with a weird design of bathroom. I would recommend this room for one person, but unfortunately it wasn't spacious enough for two. The room was lacking ammenities such as hair dryer and clothes cabinet / rack. Nevertheless, the hotel has a very very good view of the sea from the corridor. You can get a beautiful sunset scenery from one side of the window and if you're lucky, sunrise on the opposite side. They have a very small swimming pool and i had problems with my room key card twice. However, there are some nice restaurants, cafes, fast food chains, shopping center, and convenience stores nearby which makes this hotel a perfect place for travellers. I would strongly recommend this hotel to people who will only need a place to sleep and take a shower and would not stay in the room for too long, but for a more comfortable option i suggest you book for better rooms in this hotel. Who knows maybe those rooms have better facilities compared to the standard ones?

• Amin (8/5): A comfortable hotel with poor services - The hotel is in an excellent location facing the sea and next to the shopd. The rate is not expensive but the service is disappointing. We arrived at 1am 17 Oct and we booked from 16/10. The receptionist gave us one key only which did not open the room's door. The bell boy opened the room using the master key. When we asked him to get the right key he said we should go down to receptionist tomorrow. We asked for the replacement of the bed cover but no response. The toilet paper run out in the morning when we came in the afternoon they didn't put a new one. When I asked for the second key they said the have only one set to provide.

• Alexander (8/5): Convenient modern hotel with great views - Great view of sea and city from my 10th floor room. Great sea view and sunset from the corridors and the 3rd floor pool/ breakfast restaurant too. Room not big but comfy enough and meets all basic needs. Nice "breakfast with a view". Easy to get taxis. Near city center and the port (5mn by taxi). There's a bad smell from the bathroom plumbing most of the time though. Wifi can be quite slow.
• stefanus (6/5): Kawasan Mega Mall asik utk jogging pd pagi hari. - Secara keseluruhan baik ,hanya satu input yg saya mau sampaikan yaitu sprei tempat tidur tdk diganti selama saya menginap dari tgl 14/9 sampai tgl 17/9 ini sy ketahui krn ada noda kecil dari sprei itu sehingga saya bisa mengetahui bhw sprei ini tdk diganti krn sampai saya pulang noda kecil itu tetap ada jk tdk diperhatikan kamar setelah dibersihkan semuanya rapi.
