• alexandra (6/5): Der Aufenthalt war okay, das Bett weich, es war sauber und in der Nacht ruhig. - nachts sehr ruhig, nähe coop Wahrscheinlich war es wegen dem Umbau, aber wenn auf der Internetseite schon ein früher Checkin angeboten wird, dann würde ich es gut finden, wenn zumindest frühzeitig informiert wird, dass dies im Moment nicht möglich ist. Und zwar nicht erst 5 Minuten vorher, wenn ich schon mit dem ganzen Gepäck vor Ort bin. Auf Booking lese ich Checkin 16:00 Uhr.. Früher Checkin gegen Aufpreis möglich… Im Infomail Checkin 16:30 Uhr..

• Fabrizio (7/5): Decent night in Inverness - We liked the location, 15 minutes walking you’ll be in Inverness. The bed was comfortable. The room had cutlery, cups and a table which was ok. Check-in before 16:30 is £10, there was no possibility to leave our luggage in a safe place before the room was ready. Communication was unfriendly as we asked to check-in at 16:30 and waited 20 minutes outside before some showed up. The ring bell was not working and they were replying to messages or calls. We had to go around the property and knock on the window for the host to show up. Breakfast is a bit too expensive for what some of the options are. The heating system of the shower was always a bit too hot whatever the setting. Two foldable chairs for the table were uncomfortable.

• Lucy (6/5): It was a safe and convenient place to stay for the night. - Fast service, hot food. Bedroom was well equipped. Quality was average. Little communication from staff especially re. Breakfast. Bedroom was next to shared toilet and bathroom - the fan in the toilet was loud and so quite disruptive.
• Amélie (8/5): Très bien pour un court séjour - Établissement parfait pour une nuit rapide, à 15mins à pied du centre avec différents restaurants. La chambre et les espaces communs sont propres avec le nécessaire pour un court séjour. Les murs étant assez fin nous entendions les mouvements dans le couloir et chambres voisines.

• LAETITIA (10/5): Faboulous !!! - I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the bedding, the cleanliness and the number of amenities in the room: hot water bottle, blanket, coffee, tea, kettle, milk, etc. free and in the room. The owner is kind and very available. We had a wonderful stay. See you soon!

• Elisa (9/5): A cozy stay with all comforts - The room was cozy and silent, with all main appliances and comforts available such as a hair dryer, a small sink and a kettle. The bed was comfy and everything was clean including the common bathroom. What I really appreciated was the booklet that was offered in the room with all the suggestions on things to do and places to eat/visit, it was a small plus that helped me a lot in organizing my vacation in Inverness! The corridor light was kept on during the night, which was not disturbing for sleeping but perhaps not really necessary.

• Robert (5/5): Ok stay! - Pros: Location is on a main road out of the town (city), so if you can find the Tesco and JobCentrePlus you simply keep walking straight down the road away from the town and passed the Highland Council Offices and it's on the main road, look for sign, easy to find, it's on a junction. Cons: needs a spring clean, I noticed cob webbs, dust and mould. Overall, not bad for price, although busy main road can be noisy.

• Angie (1/5): Unprofessional. - We had been travelling in our caravan and hadn’t had access to a shower for a few days, so we booked this room specifically because it had an ensuite. We even mentioned at check-in that having a working shower was the whole purpose of our stay. When we tried to shower, it did not work at all. There was no one at reception, so we messaged the property, but we didn’t receive a reply until the next morning. By then it was still not fixed, and we were told the power must have tripped. This should have been checked before guests arrived. As we still hadn’t been able to shower, we requested a late check-out, but were only given an extra 30 minutes for two people, which was extremely unreasonable given the situation. Both Booking.com and I have tried contacting the property since, and our messages have been ignored, which shows a very unprofessional approach to customer service. When you haven’t been able to shower in days and book a room solely for that reason, it becomes a complete waste of money when the advertised facilities don’t work. The property should ensure that all facilities are working and that what is advertised is actually provided before guests check in. It is not the guest’s job to test basic amenities.

• Zoltán (10/5): Absolut positives Erlebnis. - Die Dame, unsere Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Sauber als auch das Badezimmer. Das Bett ist äußerst bequem. Bushaltestelle zur Altstadt liegt direkt gegenüber. Keine Unannehmlichkeit.

The house itself is a handsome Victorian villa . Solidly built so no thin partition walls or slamming doors.!! I had 4 nights of undisturbed sleep...( Very unusual in Scottish hotels.!! ) And prices are a bargain for Inverness..! All good.!
