- Edmond (8/5): Attention - Le souci avec les résidence partagé est que les murs sont pas très epais donc le voisin est un hôte qui vie carrément dans notre espace bruit de chaise table etc etc et piscine qui ferme à 21h dommage pour prendre un bain nocturne sans que les voisins n appel pas le veilleur de nuit ne pas se fier à la photo d ensemble du site
- john (8/5): Nice stay close to several golf courses - A nice stay for the large family in 2 apartments. Car is needed, only one restaurant and no supermarkets. Apartment 1010 smells awful from smoking. Ants are living in the kitchens. Nice swimmingpool however with frogs but cleaned frequently. Several nice golf courses in the area.

- Charlotte (10/5): Nice apartment with ocean view and big terraces - We had a very pleasant stay. We had the Deluxe-penthouse apartment with 1 bedroom and ocean view. We was very pleased with the 2 big terraces with a nice view of the ocean and on the top terrace we could see Gibraltar. The only downside was a bit noisy street behind the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.
- adrian (10/5): Adrian - I found this area super for my purposes. Quiet and close to all amenities, but not on top of crowds. Need a car. But plenty of space and walk. Especially close for good/great golf courses especially finca courtesin. Wonderful break.

- F&GG (6/5): - Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet établissement. La piscine est très bien et pas trop de monde,elle est surveillée.possibilité de prendre des transats sur la pelouse. L appartement est bien ,la climatisation fonctionne très bien,par contre il y a du matériel un peu usé . Le ménage est fait tout les trois jours(changement des draps et nettoyage des sols). La cuisine est bien équipée. Les défauts :-pour récupérer les clés dans une autre résidence à 2km - la route (voie rapide type autoroute)qui passe juste derrière la résidence. - l absence d accès piéton pour sortir,il faut absolument une voiture,l accès n est pas directe, la circulation oblige de faire un tour de rond point avant ou après selon le sens où l on va. Malgré tout c est une résidence très calme avec accès direct sur la plage de sable gris et cailloux.par temps dégagé on peu voir Gibraltar et le Maroc.

El acceso a la playa y la misma playa muy mal con muchas piedras y rocas no aconsejable para niños pequeños o bebes. La limpieza no se hizo ninguna vez cuando tocaba y tuvimos que llamar cada vez para decir que hicieran la limpieza y cambio de sabanas y toallas. No hay servicios accesibles alrededor que puedas ir andando, tienes que coger el coche para todo. Aunque la piscina esta abierta de hasta las 9pm solo hay socorrista por la mañana, por lo que por la tarde en la piscina se permite todo tipo de colchonetas, barcas, etc es la piscina sin ley...

- Michael (8/5): a few days in Casares del Mar - The place was very nice and clean, but you have to go to reception to check in and this is on a different site 3 miles away, finding it was not easy. the apartment was very nice but the bed was uncomfortable. The staff were excellent and the place have a free underground secure parking. Overall was very good and would use it again.

- Maksim (8/5): Нанюхался морским бризом в перемешку с курятиной - Всё замечательно: чисто, уютно, комфортно, мало народу, расположение непосредственно у пляжа, наслаждаешься свежим морским воздухом ... пока не найдется вонючий кашляющий курящий персонаж, пропахший как набитая окурками пепельница, и не затянет свою долгоиграющую отстойную сигаретку, набитую шмалью. На замечания, что здесь дети, обычно, курятина реагирует агрессивно и начинает дымить тебе на зло ещё больше, не смотря на своих собственных детей. Если таких персонажей вам не встретится и в соседях не окажется парочка постоянно шумящих англичан, то отдых будет замечательным!

- Sergiy (10/5): Nice family summer holidays - This was my second visit to these apartments with my family. Love the area and property layout. The apartments are straight on the beach, which is most of the time is deserted. Nice swimming pool for children as the sea was cold for them sometimes. We preferred the sea. Shops are very close with big choice of fresh and cheap produce. You probably would need a car to move around. Estepona village is 8 minutes drive from the property with all the restaurants. Cleaning was once in three days, which suited us. Perfect area if you want to feel secluded and relax from all the noise.

- Robert (6/5): Needs some attention - We had to collect the keys from a different location. The glass panels on the terrace were unsafe. The bed was uncomfortable. Apart from that the apartment was OK but not luxury. You certainly need a car here as there is nothing close by.

- James (6/5): Great location, lots of space but getting old - This apartments are in a very good location and are very roomy. They're close to Sabinillas which has lots of places to eat, a supermarket (or three) and a great beach. Puerto de la Duquesa is also very close which has lots of restaurants but is very my focused on the English market (good or bad depending on your view). There is not much at all within a walk of the apartments so a car is a must. The apartments themselves are very roomy. We had a 'penthouse' with two bedrooms, 2 balconies a hot tub and a roof terrace. The kitchen is nicely fitted and the furniture is tasteful. The only problem is that things are getting old. The balcony has glass panels for the edge two of which had slipped giving a 300mm gap between the top of the panel and the handrail. It would be possible for kids for fall through these quite easily. The hot tub was disgusting - a quarter full of yellow liquid and smelly. The dishwasher worked OK but was pretty grotty. All in all its a pretty good place to stay let down by some minor issues that could easily be fixed by the owners.
- matthias (8/5): Appartments am Strand, z.t. mit Straßenlärm - Schöne Apartment Anlage mit gepflegtem Garten, Pool und hochwertiger Zimmerausstattung (v.a. Bäder und Küche). Die Betten waren allerdings schon etwas durchgelegen. Alle 3 Tage werden Bettwäsche und Handtücher getauscht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist in 30-60 Minuten in Gibraltar, Marbella, Ronda etc. Ohne Mietwagen aber nicht empfehlenswert.

The check in procedure of having to go to a neighboring Resort is good information to share ahead of the booking...I arrived with three exhausted children and it was a bit of an inconvenience to complete the check in. Suite was well appointed, decent oceanviews. All in all I'd rate it a 4/5

- Antonie (8/5): Comfortabel appartement - Helaas was ons vooraf niet verteld dat de Spa en Fitness installaties tot 2de week januari buiten bedrijf waren. Was al 2 weken bekend!! We hebben daar direkt tegen geprotesteerd omdat we juist gereserveerd hadden vanwege de beschikbaarheid van de Spaanse en de Fitness. De receptioniste beriep zich op overmacht. Toen we vertrokken werd ons verteld dat we gebruik hadden kunnen maken van de installaties van het naastgelegen Resort. Helaas mosterd na de maaltijd. We hebben om een "Hoja de reclamación " gevrasgd

- Jamie (10/5): Clean, modern and picturesque - This property is perfect for a relaxing stay. Apartments are very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Late Checkin is difficult as reception in the main hotel is closed and concierge has limited English. I would say it's impossible to stay here without a car as there aren't any safe pathways. Close to Estepona town etc for food, shopping and drinks & Casares is just beautiful & a must see even just for the views. I would defiantly return to this location and premises again.
- Kimberley (6/5): Basic but clean - Check in experience was very odd-having to check in at a completely different hotel down the road. We had a kitchen, but there wasn't any dish washing liquid, dishwasher detergent, kitchen roll or anything, so we had to buy these things for a 4-night stay. Towels get changed once everything 3 days which isn't enough because you only get one towel per person. You could wash the towels in the washing machine, but again, no laundry detergent provided! We chose this hotel because of family living nearby, otherwise we wouldn't have stayed here. It serves it's purpose for us but we wouldn't recommend it or stay there again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Apartamentos cómodos a orilla del mar - Cómodo, totalmente equipado, bonito y muy moderno. Situado en primera línea de playa y en un estupendo complejo con áreas recreacionales muy cuidadas y dos piscinas. Tiene acceso directo a la playa. Lástima por la playa, cuyas rocas hacen muy desaconsejable el baño. Muy cerca de Estepona y de la zona comercial de Sabanillas. Muy recomendable.
- Ans (8/5): Comfortabel appartement gelegen aan zee - Het appartement was erg compleet ingericht. Het had een heel ruim terras met een mooi uitzicht op zee en veel privacy. De indeling van de kamers was prima en de keuken was voorzien van alles wat je thuis ook hebt. Het complex beschikt over een eigen mooi aangelegde tuin met zwembad. De tuin biedt ook toegang tot het aangrenzende strand. Het complex ligt in een gebied samen met nog enkele apartementencomplexen en is eigenlijk alleen via een afslag van de autoweg bereikbaar. Beschikbaarheid van een auto is daardoor wel gewenst. Meerdere supermarkten zijn op 5 minuten rijafstand bereikbaar. Voor ons was dit appartement voor de tweede keer ons vakantieverblijf. Dit aangezien ons verblijf daar in 2013 heel goed was bevallen. Ook na deze vakantie kijken we er met veel plezier op terug. Ideale plek voor het ondernemen van dagtripjes in de mooie omgeving en om na terugkomst even een frisse duik te nemen in het mooie zwembad en om 's avond lekker langs het strand te joggen.
- kurt (8/5): Direkt am Meer mit wunderschönem Pool - Appartement mit Seaview unbedingt empfehlenswert. Für 4 Personen 2 Bedrooms bevorzugen, da das Schlafsofa nicht mehr das Neuste ist. Küche, Wasch- und Abmaschine vorhanden und in gutem Zustand. Betten könnten ersetzt werden (deshalb nicht 5 Punkte!). Sauberkeit in Ordnung.
- Henrik (8/5): Bra hotell med høy standard - Bra hotell, nærme strand. Fine rom og høy standard. Med tanke på profilering som "luxury apartments"så er jeg likevel noe usikker på om det reflekterer helt mine forventninger ift pris og fasiliteter. F.eks ble det for få solsenger når det var mange gjester siste helgen. Likevel, en plass jeg gjerne reiser tilbake til. Det er også kort avstand til San Luis de Sabinillas, Duquesa og Estepona. Gode treningsmuligheter (gå/jogg) langs strandpromenade.
- Linda (10/5): Beautiful Apartments on the ocean. - We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment which was plenty of room for 4. Our's was located oceanfront with a large sun/shaded patio. The surrounding towns are great for bars/restaurants/nightlife. A car is a must to get around. The underground parking was great. I would highly recommend a trip into Estepona proper as it was a cute little town.
