Great breakfasts Upgraded room was a bonus as I was expecting a single room as booked but got a large room intended for families Excellent shower and could come and go as I pleased during the day Handy for visiting the other seaside locations further up the coast at Mabelthorpe and Sutton on Sea Overall everything was good and better than expected.

Kat knew what we wanted for breakfast each day so it was nice she remembered what we both liked. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable had a very good sleep both nights. Each day Kat asked if we needed anything extra in the room like coffee milk etc which i felt was so good. I will be very happy to stay there again in the future Nothing could be better it was all brilliant

Very homely and modern. You have everything you need. I would give it 15 stars if I could. There was nothing I could complain about. Not one thing. I will definitely be returning. With the rest of my family.
