• Emily (8/5): Quiet, clean, friendly! - Smooth check-in, friendly staff, clean. Wifi was buffering but it could be due to bad network which was not a trains-mash. Better network for streaming

The shower/bathroom had a bit of mold and damp which is quite easy to clean. The free wifi was a problem. I think it will be great when all communal spaces are equipped and in use.

I did not experience any challenge with hot water or accessories required to make my stay enjoyable. The alertness at the gate made my entry and exit more safe and fast. The Wi-Fi needs improvement since it was very slow and at times flailing

It was a staycation I even forgot I was in Randburg the way the garden and trees are so beautiful. The sink in the room and the dishes came in handy. I will definitely be going back. Smart tv and uncapped wifi. No Aircon so not sure when it gets hot but there is a fan
