• Sibusiso (8/5): Value for money and a pleasant reception. - The property is a few mins walk from town. We were given a warm welcome by the property manager. She was so wonderful and made sure that we were comfortable and made our stay as pleasant as possible.

No milk/creamer in the room for coffee. Bedside light not working. 1 Towel for 2 people. Towels need a fresh do-over. No bathmat for shower.
• Neliswa (6/5): It was beautiful, really enjoyed our stay at Itumeleng Guesthouse. - The breakfast was the only downfall of the entire trip, it was not nice at all and was the same for the duration of our stay. It was only in the last two days that the staff realised that we weren't enjoying the breakfast. Location of the guest house is perfect and the cleaning ladies do an excellent job. • Zanele (8/5): I enjoyed the bed, there was no disturbing noise. - I liked the garden and it can be improved. The breakfast set up was late , I could not see better. If it can be earlier I could seat but I had to grab and go.

• Daffue (5/5): Passable - The Bed didn't have a duvet,there are only a few blankets to sleep under, and the pillows you need to fold double to sleep on. It's very noisy at night with traffic on the main street. There are a lot of spotlights on the premises that shine everywhere into the bedroom, which makes it hard to sleep. Didn't feel safe. Shower waste of space and the bunker bed you could sleep on the planks.

• Velile (1/5): We were unable to stay - The location, it was easy to find. There was no one at the property to open for us to check in, the telephone was just ringing with no response, the gate bell was not working, we hooted at the gate from 14:05 until we left at 14:30, as we were going to a function. We came back at 19:00 and still there was no one to open for us, the phone was still just ringing, we hooted until someone opened the gate (I guess it was one of the guests because when we got inside there was no one at reception, it was just dark). We were then stuck inside the property with no one to open the gate for us so we could leave, using my cellphone torch, we saw a cellphone number written at reception, we called it and it belonged to the owner who was not at the property, fortunately he drove over to open the gate for us, we could not stay after all the drama of not being able to check in when we needed to and staying at the gate for an hour without anyone opening, we drove back to Durban as tired as we were. The owner gave us a refund, we thank him for that, but I still don't understand how the property did not have anyone to open and attend to the guests, when the booking was done almost a month back and they had it on record.
