• Frei (4/5): - Die lage war super, in 2 min am Meer und im Städtchen,und trotzdem abgelegen von der Party meile. Die Rutschen im underen Pool. Die Zimmer sind total in die Jahre gekommen, habe auch noch nie soo umbequeme Matratzen gehabt. Das Badezimmer wurde in der ganzen Woche nicht 1 mal richtig geputzt,nur oberflächlich, Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon wurde nur nach nachfrage geleert,Tassen die im Zimmer zu verfügung standen wurden auch nicht durch saubere ersetzt,auch nach dem gesagt wurde es wärde ersetzt ist nix passiert. Frühstück war super, Mittag und Abend essen immer ein wenig das gleiche und zu 90% war das essen kalt und fade. Mann durfte nicht draussen essen, trotz 30° es sei erst ab Juni geöffnet.... Es war viiel zu laut im Speisesaal, und auch im Zimmer, mann hört jedes Wort vom Fluur. All inkl drinks sind nur die aus der Maschine die ungeniessbar sind. Am Pool mit denn Rutschen wurde neben uns Cannabis geraucht, evt auch CBD, wir haben die Lifeguards darauf aufmerksam gemacht, aber wieder ist nix passiert, das geht gahr nicht im Kinderbereich! Ein mal und nie wieder.

• Jann (5/5): - Hurtig indtjekning og værelset fungerer fint. Alt for sent med underholdning for børn. Maden var ikke attaktivt. Meget svært af finde parkering - og fik en bule, efter at have parkeret foran. Poolen var rimelig kold, men børnene klarede det. Værst er nok at man ikke kan give udtryk for om man vil bo lavere. 12 etage er ikke godt for de som er bange for højder eller brand. - og tilgængeligheden med kun 3 elevator - så tager det lang tid.

• António (8/5): Uma semana inesquecível numa zona paradisíaca, num hotel que me fez sentir em casa - Da zona envolvente, principalmente piscinas e estar perto da praia e perto da animação noturna. Quarto espaçoso com luz, sempre limpo e bom wc e sempre com atoalhados. Frigorifico e varanda amplos Nunca houve uvas e morangos...Durante os 5 dias que la estive era sempre melancia, ananas, meloa Kiwi e banana. Outro senão o hotel ser muito barulhento devido as crianças. O Shampoo e o gel duche pareciam ser a mesma coisa e com pouca forca...nem espuma faziam.

• João (7/5): Some points to improve - Very close to the beach, the staff for the kids are amazing my son really enjoy to be there. The swimming pool are very safe with a lot of activities. Ideal for families with children specially the little ones 😉 The food can be better, the bar close to the pool close at 18:00 is to earlier the same applies to the swimming pool that. Not all the bar’s at the hotel are open they work with the schedule. Only 3 lifts for all the hotel is not enough for all the guests sometimes we had to wait arround 15min. The floor on the room is not clean properly

• Emanuele (6/5): Nella media - Staff super gentile e disponibile, zona tutto sommato tranquilla e godibile, La colazione inizia un po’ tardi, alle otto, la qualità della colazione è sufficiente, c’è tanta roba ma qualitativamente si può fare di più. La cosa che davvero non mi è piaciuta è la velocità della Wi-Fi, che spesso si bloccava.

Balcony’s aren’t very private can see inside next room from them. Was a good view we had could see the beach from ours. Quite noisy as people walking up and down corridor. Situated 5 mins from beach & main strip which was great. Food wasn’t up to scratch. Very bland and not much choice. Although i took my son in school holidays, i know it was off season but could have been more for kids to do. I would return at on room only basis as it was cheap enough and good location.

• Billyg1992 (10/5): Fantastic stay don’t let’s the negative comments put you off!! - I normally don’t leave massive review but I had to After reading all the bad reviews and worrying about our stay. all I can say that was a wonderful stay and don’t let the negative reviews put you off. Location was amazing only a short walk to the beach and shops just on the doorstep for snacks and floats and so for children staff in the shop are amazing and very friendly.atmosphere was amazing very friendly.rooms are good maybe could do with a little mantanience but for all we stayed in the room was no big deal. The toilet never had a door lock so privacy was not well with our child just walking in 🙈😂.we were on the 11th floor and the sea view was amazing. Value was fantastic. Noise level was ok you always expect a bit off noise with people moving about the halls but never effected us sleeping.services were amazing rooms cleaned everyday with no issues and staff were friendly. Food was ok you have to remember it’s your typical all inclusive food so don’t expect a really fancy meal there was plenty to chose from and you won’t starve. I don’t get all the complaints about food clearly people never had all inclusive before 🙈.bars were great plenty off drinks to pick they use a token system and tbh worked really well and was great not to see plastic cups everywhere and making place look untidy. You give a token for a drink give cup back get your token back as simple as that. Only thing bit annoying if ques are long can take awhile just to get your token back. Check out is at 12 and our transfer was not till 7pm the hotel looked after us right to the end. They aloud us to eat and use the pools even that we have checked out. All in all thank you so much for having us it was amazing stay and would easy go back in the future. gracias

• Kimberley (8/5): Fijne vakantie met mooie zwembaden en geweldige animaties - Het entertainment team voor de kinderen. De kinderen vonden het erg leuk dat er elke dag een ander thema was. De animatoren stopte al hun energie in een leuke ervaring creëren voor de kinderen. Goed systeem met het inschrijven en uitschrijven als je de kinderen bracht en haalde. Geluidsoverlast van mensen in het hotel. In de vroege ochtend 07:00 uur hoorde je mensen luid praten op de gangen en was de schoonmaak al bezig wat ervoor zorgde dat wij niet genoeg konden slapen. daarnaast was er in de avond (nacht) geluidsoverlast, waar niets aan gedaan werd. Zwemwater was koud.

• Karmen (5/5): - Breakfast and room view (sea view) were two good sides of this hotel. At breakfast, there were really a lot of choices, so everybody can find something for themselves. Although coffee is not nice at all - I usually don't pay attention to this but here it was impossible not to notice it. Rooms or certain equipment in them will need a renovation soon (for example many visible signs of use could be noticed in the wardrobe in my room among other things). Again, it's not that major but I would except a hotel like this had more modern equipped rooms. Additionally, parking is not guaranteed which is understandable but the first night after they opened the parking barrier ramp I was able to find one last spot and parked in front of the hotel and nobody said anything, but the following night an employee was outside on the parking and said that parking is to be paid 15€ even if you are a guest so of course I rather went and luckily found parking not too far from the hotel. But a huge hotel like this with that many guests should urgently have a garage and parking should be available free of charge.

• 593anastasiah (10/5): 10/10 holiday for young family’s - Review from a 10 night stay 18 May 2026 with a 2 year old a 3 year old , myself and partner. We arrived early morning (1am) staff were keen to help us with information sheets and layout of hotel with the offer to help us to the room. Room was ready for us and exactly as picture on the hotels web page. Was clean and stocked up with toilet roll, towels and beds made. We had a kettle, fridge, hairdryer there was also shower jell and shampoo refilled daily. Beach towels you could purchase for a small refundable deposit from reception. Pools opened daily at 11-5 I do feel like it opens too late and closes too early, pool temps are cold as we expect but weren’t cold enough for us to put wetsuits we had for our toddlers, once your in it’s fine, kids pool slightly warmer than main pools as the suns able to warm the shallow water. We always managed to get sun loungers right next to the kids splash pools without needing to cue in morning. Food was actually great, there is something for everyone, they always have pizza, pasta, chips, meat, fruit. They even had chicken nuggets and hot dogs which were great for the kids. Drinks were always great for us they have a token system where you get a cup in return of a token and once your done you must bring cup back to bar to exchange for another drink or exchange for the token for the following day. Entertainment was great, the staff are great with the kids and go round getting all the kids involved (and adults lol) the kid’s entertainment starts a bit late at 8:45 but after kids club there’s always live family entertainment afterwards we saw the likes of magicians, gymnastics, singers, bands, comedy and dancers. I would recommend going early if you have little kids so you can be close to the stage/dance floor. There is a kids club different times throughout the day where you leave your child but I’m a stress head and could never dream of leaving my child unsupervised but the kids that did go seemed to really enjoy it. They have two mascots called mya and ommar these are out every day and night at some point with opportunities to dance with them and take pics with them. Around the pool there is lifeguards- really good life guards who are always observing with great attention, I really liked seeing the attention they gave through their shifts, they never miss a beat. They do remind the kids to walk because around the pool side is VERY slippy when wet, I saw multiple people slipping from running. Location- wow absolutely perfect! Beach a 5 minute walk out the left of the hotel (watch out for pick pockets!) , there’s two shops just over the road for snacks, pool floats, drinks etc there is also an Aldi just a 15 minute walk which sells everting you’d expect from an Aldi, the shops around the aldi area I totally recommend because it’s shops the locals use so everything is reasonably price as a-pose to the shops directly opposite the hotel, if was our 3 year olds 4th birthday while we were there so we found the shops around Aldi to be our best friend for gifts/wrapping paper etc. our over all experience was absolutely amazing the only things I could complain about is the opening ours for the pool need to be extended and the kid’s entertainment could be put on a little bit earlier, obviously the pool temp was cold but it’s expected when they aren’t heated pools. If you are thinking of booking this hotel….. DO IT! Don’t let the negative reviews take over your thought to book. This holiday was absolutely perfect for us as a young family of 4 and we’d definitely return in the future!

Do not be put off by any negative reviews! - After reading some of the reviews before we left I had my reservations… but here’s an honest review from a well traveled family! Cleanliness 10/10 - the hotel is spotless throughout! Rooms cleaned and changed everyday to a high standard. Noise 8/10 - there is going to be some noise of an evening you’re in a family hotel. Service 10/10 - staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly! Kids club 100/10 - we’ve stayed in some of the most luxury hotels in the world but the staff at kids club here really give thier all! They were amazing! Dani was brilliant and all of the staff! It was a pleasure seeing how amazing you all are with the children so thank you. Food 7/10 - come on guys it’s the same all inclusive style like most hotels. It’s very same same but it’s what you expect at a 4* star hotel. If you’re wanting à la Carte good then don’t book Entertainment - The evenings shows were brilliant!! Lifts 1/10 - this was the only issue during our stay. 3 lifts to accommodate the hotel is never going to work! Long wait times and lazy people who can’t be bothered to walk up even one level! Location 10/10 - 5 mins from the beach, shops nearby. If you’re planning on booking this or have booked it then go have fun and enjoy the sunshine. You have zero to worry about!

• annaoU6130HE (10/5): A very enjoyable and memorable stay - I have just returned from a week in Sol Barbados and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of it. Location: the location is excellent. Very close to the beach, supermarket right across the road and only a short walk to all the main bars and restaurants in magaluf. Palmanova is about a 15 minute walk but it’s a lovely walk to take. Rooms: Room was perfect. Had a kettle in it. We were on the second floor and there was no issue with the lifts. Our room was cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels. The hotel was absolutely spotless. So well maintained. Pools: We spent all our time in the kids pool and it was great. My 2 year old absolutely loved the splash pool and it was so safe for her. Yes the pool is cold initially but once you’re in it’s really nice (which is the case with a lot of outdoor pools). Entertainment: The kids club was the highlight for me. I am a teacher and I honestly thought the staff in the kids club were incredible. They took such care and were always so pleasant and put in an incredible amount of effort each day. My 2 years old adored going each day. She would run down after breakfast and dinner. I trusted them totally with her. They always greeted her anytime they seen her around the hotel which was lovely. They then had a disco every night for the children and again there put in so much effort. 10/10 for the kids club and all the staff involved. Food: breakfast was really good particularly the omlettes and pancakes. There was plenty of choice for everyone. Dinner was also good, again plenty of choice and variety and I loved the desserts each day. I was apprehensive about the hotel going by some reviews but I can honestly say I was so impressed with it and will definitely be returning.
• funny-sunny-82 (8/5): Outstanding Entertainment Team and Excellent Service Throughout - I stayed at this hotel for three weeks and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The room was clean, spacious and well-equipped, with a large screen that made relaxing in the evenings even better. The cleaning service was very good, the staff respected my daily rhythm, even cleaning later in the day when needed and quickly replacing empty items. The hotel area itself is huge, with several pools, making it perfect for families with children as well as adults looking to unwind. The overall service was excellent. For example, the maintenance team responded very quickly when I had issues, the hairdryer broke and the balcony door wouldn’t close properly anymore and both were fixed immediately. They even provided me with a kettle and a power strip upon request, which I really appreciated. Another convenient service is that you can get a large beach towel with a deposit, so there’s no need to bring your own. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the entertainment program. Every night featured high-quality shows, which were always enjoyable. Even more impressive was the daily activity schedule: morning workouts, pool activities at midday and games in the afternoon. There was always something fun to join. The entertainment team truly made my stay special. Christian and Nacho guided the activities in a very professional and engaging way. Ana had just started, but she quickly took the lead and improved a lot during my stay. Claudia, Ali, Crismary and Mercedes were still apprentices, but they all did a fantastic job as well. José had just begun his apprenticeship during my last days. All of them are genuinely kind and lovely people. They interact with guests in such a warm and motivating way, encouraging everyone to participate and making activities enjoyable for all, especially the children, whom they treated with great care and attention. I spent most of my time in and around the hotel, so I often crossed paths with members of the entertainment team. Every time they saw me, even from a distance, they waved or greeted me warmly. They were always open for a chat and even happy to help with my photo requests. The way they treated me felt very personal, they made me feel like a friend rather than just a guest. There were many moments of laughter and truly great memories created during my stay. The mentioned persons were those I had the most contact with, but the entertainment team consisted of around 15 people in total. I was pleasantly surprised when others greeted me by my name, even though we hadn’t spoken before. Every single one of them was friendly and did a great job. I also recognized Diego and Pedro from my stay last year at the Guadalupe Hotel, which was a nice surprise. They still remembered me, which made me feel very welcome. Even though they were less involved in the activities I joined, they always greeted me warmly and took time for a friendly chat. I booked accommodation with breakfast and this was another strong point. The breakfast offered a huge variety and everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed the freshly made omelettes, which were prepared individually according to each guest’s wishes. The staff was friendly, attentive and very efficient, they quickly cleared away used plates and kept everything clean and organized. There were just a few minor downsides from my personal perspective. The food was sometimes cooked with a bit too much oil for my taste. Also, the beverages at breakfast could be improved. The juice machine produced drinks that were more like soft drinks, the hot chocolate wasn’t very tasty and some other beverages seemed a bit diluted with water. However, the cold milk was good and drinking water was always available, so it wasn’t a major issue, just something that could be improved, as a good juice in the morning would be nice. Another point worth mentioning is the noise. My room was on the first floor facing the pool area and there was music playing from the morning until around 11 pm. It did improve during my stay, with music starting later and being more pleasant. However, during some kids’ activities, the loud techno-style music was quite noticeable. I could also occasionally hear noise from the corridor or neighboring rooms, although I was fortunate not to have neighbors most of the time. Since it’s a very large hotel, I assume there are quieter rooms available. Importantly, I never had trouble sleeping, as it was always quiet during the night. I’ve spoken so much about the entertainment team because they truly made a difference. They turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. Their energy, kindness and dedication are a huge asset to the hotel and should be highly valued by management. They are, without a doubt, one of the best forms of advertisement the hotel could have. Thanks to them, I joined almost all activities every day and had a wonderful time that I will remember for a long time. As a frequent guest of this hotel group, I felt especially valued during this stay. I truly appreciated the special welcome gift, which was a very nice touch. At check-in, the guest relations manager, Borja, personally came to greet me; something I valued highly. He also fully took care of my room requests and arranged an upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

• amandaj32017 (8/5): Clean, friendly stay worth it's money - My partner and I Stayed here for 6 nights all inclusive and upgraded on the drinks package. Staff took a few days to realise our bands weren't just all inclusive when asking for branded drinks. Food was ok, dinner better than lunch and breakfast was repetitive but you won't starve. Tokens for your cups are free, staff are friendly, cleaners are excellent, pool area lovely though only open 11am-5pm. Plenty sunbeds and none were reserved. Most people just went out after late breakfast and stayed in the sun and the enclosure round the pool removed at 11am. 3 kids pools on one side of hotel, 2 smaller shallow pools and one large round the other. There's no smoking unless on the balcony/veranda near the bar no food either so pool area stayed very clean. A great stay

Llamamos para pedir la cena para llevar porque llegábamos justo a la hora de terminar, y nos la sirvieron un poco a medias, sin el aliño de la ensalada, por ejemplo... Los cubiertos y servilletas los tuvimos que coger nosotros...
• CHRISTOPHER (8/5): Good place for an easy vacation with kids. - The property has a great location in Magaluf - close to the beach and the town. The pool facilities are great and the kids club was very creative and engaging for our kids. The beds were not comfortable. There was no real lounge area to chill and relax inside the property. The chairs were cheap plastic chairs that also were not very comfortable. In the off-season the air-con at the property is not switched on for the whole building. And the pool area is closed at 5pm and you have to vacate the pool area - not ideal when the sun only sets at 8pm and in the afternoon the pool area is getting its best sun.

There could also be a gated entrance so you don’t have to walk all up the hill to enter the property.
