- richard (10/5): - My family has stayed here for the past 8 years. The entire property is clean and we'll maintained. The rooms are perfect All kinds of dining options in the area. The Wilderness water park and arcade are a joy and keep myself and the kids entertained no problem. Only one complaint, but by no means a deal breaker. I know you don't go to Wilderness for the tv, but I wish they would switch from cable TV to streaming. We will always go to Wilderness until the grandchildren leave the nest!

Grill not open on Saturday when there’s a 3000-person car show in the center and their food is cafeteria-type food quality. Front desk was accommodating, especially Toni, so friendly and helpful.

- Candice (8/5): - Overall, it was a nice stay. AC is very inconsistent; either freezing or warm and muggy. This was also the case for our friends room. Beds kind of hard so could be updated. Staff were polite but not really excited to be there. There really should be a walking option from Stone Hill Lodge to the amenities especially if nothing was open during the week at this particular building. The shuttle driver is nice but likes to take turns hard, so hold on! If we come again, it most likely wont be stone hill lodge. The water park was pretty amazing and surprisingly clean.

- Erin (6/5): - We wanted to try something different, and it was okay. The rooms were clean but everything closed SUPER early. The Starbucks in the lobby is only open until 11am, check in isn’t until 4 and Soaky Mountain closes at 7pm which we didn’t know until we got there at 6pm. The indoor waterpark at the main hotel is nice and stays open late but is very very crowded. Food court is overpriced and advertised as 7 restaurants but that’s not really what it is, there’s maybe 15 items to choose from from all of them combined.
- Dr. Sharhonda (8/5): - This is definitely a family friendly establishment that included a stay and passes to wonderful water parks all around the building. My family and I felt safe enough to let the kids run around and have fun. We definitely plan on coming back!
- Briana (10/5): - We had a problem with check in the lady wrote the wrong room number down and I had to walk back down twice and the 3rd time my husband spoke with someone else and we got it fixed. It was very clean and super convenient to get around we didn't even have to leave. My family wasn't a fan of the food there and it cost us 200$ for 4 adults and 3 kids meals. Other than that we really enjoyed our time.

- Crystal (6/5): - Had to wait over 30 minutes to go from place to place. Had to wait over 10-20 minutes at check in with only 1 staff person working but 3 sitting there. Park closed way too early. Should be at 9 or at least dusk. Very inconvenient when you stay at 1 hotel and have to wait to go to other hotel to just play in waterpark even at daylight times. Not happy and did not get what I paid for the place.

- Emily (8/5): - I would give 5 stars but the bed was terribly hard. Great room. Very clean. Friendly staff. About 20 minutes drive to "the strip" in Pigeon Forge with traffic. We loved the water parks! Some indoor park areas are dated. The hot tub and indoor basketball area smells very moldy. We were very sad that the small water park by the stone hill lodge closes so early. We really wanted to go there after dinner.
