- Oscar Antonio (10/5): - Si llegaste hasta aquí no busques más, La Posada del Viajero te ofrece todo lo que buscas, a menos de 200 metros de la plaza de armas, ubicado en zona de restaurantes, el personal es amable, el lugar muy bonito y limpio, el desayuno delicioso, si sales a un tour temprano no importa la hora, te entregan un box para llevar, te guardan el equipaje mientras sales a otro lugar a quedarte en la noche como Machu picchu, en la recepción hay agua potable fría y agua caliente para infusiones de coca y muña y otras variedades de té, adicionalmente hay calefacción lo cuál es importante para el frío que hace en Cusco. Todo excelente!!!

- Martina (8/5): - This is very central accommodation - very close to the main square which is great and very helpful. We didn’t have breakfast here but they always did a packed lunch for us. We also managed to do the laundry here. Our room didn’t have a proper window - there was one small window at the top - this couldn’t be opened. The only window was into the hallway. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything and I got woken up a few times during the day - some people using their hairdryer around midnight. Not fault of the hotel though.

Achamos nosso quarto pequeno, e ele não tinha janela, por isso achamos ele um pouco abafado. Mas ficamos bem e aproveitamos muito Cuzco. Excelente a localização! Um dia o chuveiro não esquentou o suficiente. Era bem tarde e não sabemos se o frio interferiu no aquecimento. Sempre verificar se o quarto tem janela que possa abrir.

Acomodações confortaveis e tambem realizam cafe da manha "to go", avisando 1 dia antes podem retirar o cafe antes do horario estabelecido, o que ajuda muito nos passeios que saimos de madrugada. O chuveiro por vezes esta frio, mas ao avisar na recepção, eles aiustam o gas central e demora cerca de 20 minutos para normalizar.

Sugiro que a admnistração de uma atenção a isso. Outra questão água quente para banho, o hospede depender de quantos clientes estão ao mesmo tempo tomando banho, complica bastante, se não for esse o motivo de termos água quente e logo em seguida não, equipe poderia verificar isso.

- Rosemary (8/5): A estadia foi satisfatória - Gostei muito da atenção dos funcionários, do sistema de calefação e da localização (embora não seja visível a partir da rua pois a Pousada fica numa área interna). O espaço coletivo, com microondas e geladeira é um apoio importante para quem precise fazer alguma refeição no local. O banheiro é pequeno, o que é compreensível pela estrutura adaptada de uma casa para Pousada, mas souberam organizar bem os espaços para pendurar toalhas e roupas.

I don’t think we were mentally prepared for the stairs we had to climb with our luggage to get to the secondary living space, but this isn’t a negative thing.

Let us store our bigger bags whist we headed on a trip for 4 days. Breakfast was appalling, hot water didn’t always work, we were told on the evening before a water “pause” 4 hours no water 8-12 finally went back on at 4pm. Very thin walls between bedrooms. Can hear my neighbour speaking quietly to his partner. Very loud in the morning as the atrium echoes with all the early risers. Which I am not.

Les chambres sont récentes et les lits forts confortables. La salle de bain et, surtout la douche, sont top niveau! La température de la première chambre que nous avons eue était trop élevée à notre goût. Si vous aimez dormir au chaud, n’hésitez pas! Nous l’avons mentionné à la réception et ils nous ont attribué une autre chambre.

O tamanho do quarto para 3 pessoas é bom, limpeza ok e chuveiro forte com água quentinha. Quanto aos funcionários, meu elogio vai para a moça do café da manhã pela sua simpatia e boa vontade. O banheiro é bem pequeno e sua porta muito baixa (uma pessoa com 1,80m precisa baixar a cabeça para entrar). O café da manhã é limitado: só tinha um tipo de pão, um tipo de suco, sem bolos, somente um tipo de queijo. O aquecimento do quarto precisa ser agendado na recepção, estabelecendo hora de início e fim. Passamos frio em uma madrugada porque o aquecimento terminou antes da hora que agendamos.

- John (10/5): Great location, comfortable rooms and helpful staff - Lovely room in a very central location with a comfy bed and amazing shower. Staff were extremely helpful and the place was safe and secure. The free tea to help acclimatise to altitude was very thoughtful. They were doing some renovations which created a bit of noise during the day but all quiet at night and wasn't too much of an issue.

- Barry (7/5): - The location was excellent. It was ofg the street a bit so that was nice. The shower was ultra modetn and even with tutoring I still was never able to get hot water. Ssme thing for the heater in the room -' one needed a manual to know how to run it. So because there was no manual, there was no heat. The modern door lock was the same.

- Antonio (8/5): Muy cómodo y muy amables - A dos pasos de la plaza de Armas. Te permiten dejar tu equipaje si te ausentas para ir a Machu Picchu y vuelves días después. Está en obras las zonas comunes pero no afecta a la estancia

- Veronique Ladurelle (9/5): Emplacement idéal a Cuzco - Tout était très bien, l'emplacement est idéal près de la place, le personnel est au top, le petit déjeuner est complet et surtout literie confortable et douche bien chaude. On nous a gardé les bagages et commandé un taxi pour l'hôtel a un tarif très correct. Les travaux en cours dans l'hôtel générant un peu de bruit mais ce n'est que temporaire

- Ting (1/5): Huge Construction Zone, False advertisement/photos, dishonest hotel - Nice location, only a few minutes walk from the main square This is a very unpleasant stay. I didn't know the hotel was undergoing constructions all day from 8am to 6pm and I was not informed before or after booking confirmation, otherwise I could have found another accommodation. 1. The hotel intentionally lure/deceive guests without disclosing the huge construction that’s going on since November 2025 (see other customer complaints/review screenshots) and won’t be completed for probably another 6 months at least. The photos on Booking.com are a lie, a scam, and look nothing like the real photos I took of the property. They claim they offer guests 50% discount of regular rate to compensate for the inconvenience. Honestly the hotel should not be open for business until the entire construction is finished, so that the guests don't have to subject to constant noise, dust and inconvenience. Lacking of empathy and respect is ridiculous! 2. The room doesn't have any heatings. Even with the extra blanket, it's still very cold. 3. WiFi signal is very unstable and there was no internet connection. See my picture proof. 4. I have been to 165 countries and stayed in many hotels. Never heard of such an early check-out at 10am. This is unacceptable to force guests out that early. I had to beg for a late checkout since I couldn’t get any proper sleep. 5. The walls are so thin. There is NO soundproofing. I can hear the guests next door snoring, talking and even farting non-stop all night! 6. They assigned me Room 110, which faces a huge construction zone. The construction workers started banging the walls, talking loudly, blasting music and smoking cigarettes outside my room starting at 8am. The smell, noise and dust came through my bathroom window.
- Sandra (9/5): Volvería sin dudarlo - Excelente ubicación cerca a la Plaza de Armas, restaurantes y tiendas. El desayuno es básico pero de excelente calidad y el cuarto contó con calefacción y una estación de infusiones y hervidor, preciso para el frío de Cusco. Está a un paso de todo pero en una calle muy tranquila. La atención es estupenda, todo el personal se preocupó hasta por el último detalle.
- Jorge Chávez (8/5): Buena estancia. - La ubicación es perfecta, cerca a los sitios turísticos más conocidos: La plaza de armas, piedra d elos 12 ángulos, San Blas, etc. El personal es muy amable los de recepción, limpieza, los que te atienden en el desayuno. Están construyendo nuevas habitaciones y si quieres descansar durante el día hay un poco de ruido.
