- Fiona (10/5): - This hotel is right across the street from a hospital, and is geared to serve patients’ families. It does an amazing job providing low rates for good service. We were driving through and had great value for the price. We were also a very short drive from the tourist district, with tons of brunch options and great views of the falls.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Below Average Stay - Parking: very little parking available for customers. Location: By the hospital but it still didn’t feel very safe. Strange people in the parking lots and watching us unload our items at 11pm. Doors: Doors to the hotel were locked, which is fine for safety, but my husband tried to come in to get our room that we reserved and no one would let him in even though they saw him. Check In - very slow process, but gentleman was nice. Room - there are no smoking signs everywhere, yet the building smells of cigarette smoke. Our room wreaked terribly of stale cigarettes. The beds were old and like tacos. Security lock/deadbolt was broken. I’m ok with an old hotel, but it has to be clean and well maintained and this hotel was lacking in both.

The officer was very nice. But the on line review made it sound safe. It was not. The people then said we were on the wrong side of town. Lots of property crime.

The staff we interfaced with were friendly and helpful. Toast, yogurt and coffee were sufficient for breakfast. We would use this property again.

- Bryce (8/5): Our stay - We only stayed for one night for doctors appointments.... but it was clean and welcoming!!! The lady that checked us in was Great and super nice!!!! Loved how they where fine with my daughters services dog. Yes i would tell people to stay here..... The only thing i wish different would be a better breakfast, like eggs, and sausag, or bacon!!!! - Callie (8/5): Convenient stay at a great price - Stayed here while visiting my husband in the hospital. I have stayed here multiple times this year and this is the first time that the room was not very clean and the atmosphere wasn’t very quiet. This will not deter me from staying again as I have had many wonderful experiences since January staying here. It’s a great value and a wonderful location for people that need to be with family or loved ones at the hospital.

I asked why they did not have keys. He could not explain, got very angry and ask me to let the lobby. A very sketchy hotel. Stay away.

- Connie (10/5): - The area for this motel is great for the closeness and convience with Sanford Hospital. I have stayed in the motel many times. My only thing is it could be update in the rooms. The decor is old and needs a refresh. But you can not beat the price and neatness.
