• Irene (8/5): EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN PARA LA PLAYA - Estaba muy limpio y baño muy amplio. Cama súper cómoda. Muy cerca de la playa, a 1 minuto de una playa preciosa. Las almohadas un poco duras. No teníamos terraza y en las fotos sí que se mostraban unos balcones o terrazas.

• chandra (1/5): Worst stay I have ever experienced! - The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator didn’t work and when we told the host she blamed it on us. The place was incredibly noisy with thin walls and ceiling, wind banged the shutters and helicopter pad 100 feet from the building. There was zero accommodations, not even a pack of instant coffee. When asked about water we were told it’s ok to drink the toilet water.

• Sandra (8/5): - Nice large room! Was close too beach but did seem a bit sketchy down at the bottom of the stairs to get to the beach.

• Clarissa (8/5): - We were there for 3 days, 2 nights. Our room was clean, however the shower drainage was not the greatest. When we got into the room the floors were sopping wet, so while we know the floors were mopped, they were very slippery. The noise travels a lot in the apartment building. We were in the Vis Unit #1, which is on the ground floor. It has a view of what I think are olive trees - no view of the sea, but that’s not a deal breaker. If a door is opening or slamming somewhere in the vicinity, you will hear it. And there is a lot of echo. I think that is just the way the building is. I mention this for guests who may be light sleepers, or are travelling with children. We interacted with the housekeeper, who was very nice. On the second night she knocked on our door to offer new clean towels. The person who checked us in was also polite and efficient. We got there early and she allowed us to keep our packs in the reception area while we explored for a couple of hours while our room was being prepared. The kitchenette was very helpful. Although we didn’t cook, we liked the fridge that held our yogurts, drinks and sandwich making items - that saved on food expenses, as there is a SPAR mart as well as a STUDENAC close by. It is close to the beach - we were even given a key that gave us gate access to the pebble beach below. Beware, there is a man who lives in an abandoned shelter by the boardwalk with 2 large dogs and a puppy. They are never leashed, but they are friendly (?).
• Sabrina (8/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr groß, es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und viel Stauraum (auch im Bad). Großer Kühlschrank und großes Eisfach. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen und Herdplatten vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und recht geschützt. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Strand (Achtung: steile Treppen). Self Check-In lief problemlos. Kommunikation über Expedia schrecklich (irgendein Bug), aber super über WhatsApp. Wir haben auch Sightseeing Tipps bekommen. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher - leider wurde nicht einmal geputzt (wir haben aber ehrlicher Weise auch nicht weiter nachgehakt). Es gibt mehrere Busverbindungen fußläufig erreichbar (vor allem die 21 direkt vor der Tür) und man ist damit fix in der Altstadt. Eine Haltestelle vorher ist auch ein Tommy zum Einkaufen. In der näheren Umgebung haben wir eher Coffee Bars gefunden (ohne Frühstück), in der Altstadt war da mehr zu machen. Es ist tatsächlich so, dass direkt gegenüber ein Hubschrauberlandeplatz ist. Wir sind zwar auch mal wach geworden, konnten aber schnell wieder schlafen. Im Schlafzimmer ist keine Klima und die Lüftung im Bad eher Deko... es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, die wir nicht genutzt haben. Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer und Fön ebenfalls vorhanden. Aufzug vorhanden. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

• Florence (10/5): - Le logement était confortable et nous avons eu une belle grande terrasse. Le logement surplombe une petite baie où il y a plusieurs plages. Ça peut surprendre mais à côté, il y a un héliport qui desserts l'hôpital. Très bonne communication avec le personnel.

• Alena (10/5): Gute Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Split - Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett. Zu Fuß ist man über Treppen in wenigen Minuten beim Strand. Um die Altstadt zu besuchen braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten. Parkplätze waren ebenfalls vor Ort.

Sijainti palvelujen osalta hieman syrjäinen (ilman kulkuvälineitä). Jonkin verran puutteita käytännön asioissa (palvelut eivät toimineet). Lähiympäristö ja ranta olivat paikoittain epäsiistit.

A strand közelsége, a villa elhelyezkedése kiváló. A személyzet gyors és kézséges.A legtöbb időt a strandon és a villa teraszán töltöttük. Hiányoltam a ruhaszárítót és a hajszárítót.
• Gulay (6/5): Hôtel calme - Chambre petite mais propre, literie agréable, loin du centre ville mais pas de bruit autour de l’hôtel. Il faudrait revoir la quantité d’eau chaude car si vous voulez laver vos cheveux (fille) l’eau chaude se termine rapidement. Les 10€ de parking par jour et taxe d’hébergement en plus ne sont pas précisé au moment de la réservation, dommage car cela fait vite grimper l’addition.

• Herrgott (9/5): Un très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique - Points positifs L’appartement est très bien équipé et offre une superbe vue sur la mer. La salle de bain est impeccable et la literie très confortable. La climatisation, associée au ventilateur, rafraîchit parfaitement la chambre. Le grand réfrigérateur est très pratique. L’emplacement est également appréciable : à environ 35 minutes à pied du centre de Split et seulement 10 minutes d’une plage. Le parking disponible est un vrai plus, surtout pour ceux qui voyagent en voiture. La proximité immédiate de la piste d’hélicoptère peut surprendre ; il serait utile de le préciser dans l’annonce. Toutefois, une fois informés, cela ne pose pas vraiment de problème. Le premier jour, nous avons été étonnés de voir une femme de ménage entrer dans l’appartement pour changer les serviettes sans avoir été prévenus. La salle de bain gagnerait à être équipée d’un sèche-cheveux. Sur la terrasse, une table un peu plus grande ainsi qu’un étendoir pour le linge seraient appréciés. Enfin, concernant la taxe de séjour, elle est indiquée à 2 €/personne sur Booking mais facturée 2,5 €/personne par l’hôte, ce qui mériterait plus de transparence.

Szép és modern épület, de rideg és barátságtalan, személytelen - Amikor senki nem várt minket a recepción, pedig így tájékoztattak bennünket, de az konkrétan zárva volt nagyon nehezen tudtuk kideríteni, hogy hol keressük a kulcsot. Sajnos a szoba nem volt kitakarítva, de NAGYON GYORSAN kaptunk egy másik szobát. Egyáltalán nem tetszett, hogy majdnem egy órán keresztül várakoztunk az épületnél és telefonáltunk, sms-eztünk meg minden, hogy végre a hosszú utazás után megkapjuk a szobát, ami sajnos nem volt kitakarítva az előző vendég után, ezért újabb telefonozás következett... Egyáltalán nem azt a szobát kaptuk, amit visszaigazoltak korábban, nem egyezett a cím és koszos volt.

• Suliman (6/5): Strand Nähe und saubere Unterkunft - Nähe zum Strand und nicht weit entfernt von der Stadt Saubere Unterkunft und freundlichen personal Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe eines Hubschrauber-Landeplatzes, der manchmal nachts genutzt wird. Sonst ist ruhig. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
• Nahyeli (8/5): - It was a challenge communicating via the Hotel.com message center and even though we confirmed we did not have instructions and had to call. The room was not as described in photos. It was much more simple and basic. Somethings need fixing like the doors (building door, where key was left, and bathroom door handle fell). The location, flexibility from reception and accessibility to the beach made up for some of the disappointment.

• Luisa (6/5): Decepción al llegar - La cama era cómoda. El aspecto del sofá del apartamento. Parecía que la funda estaba sucia. Además la campana extractora de la cocina tenía algo de grasa y el lavavajillas con los platos del cliente anterior aunque tengo que decir que estaban limpios. Las vistas desde el apartamento tampoco eran lo que esperaba.

Non vicino al centro ma per questo zona non caotica, con possibilità di parcheggio anche in strada senza problemi. Materasso molto comodo. Rapidità ed efficienza del check in. Purtroppo dal terrazzo visibili anche le orrende strutture della periferia di Spalato.

• Severine (9/5): Parfait, je recommande! ! - Une chambre spacieuse et très propre.m avec une très belle vue mer. Le parking dans la résidence et la facilité d’accès ( les renseignements donnés pour trouver la chambre étaient très clairs !) Un petit bémol : faites attention à ne pas toucher l’interrupteur à côté de celui qui allume la salle de bain car ça alimente le chauffe eau. C’est courant en Croatie ( donc ne pas se tromper sinon douche froide :-)

La stanza, molto rumorosa, non aveva né un balconcino, né un posto dove appoggiarsi per fare una piccola colazione. I prodotti da bagno erano solo due saponettine. Ho richiesto uno stendino per far asciugare i teli mare, ma non mi è stato dato. Ho segnalato il tubo della doccia, rotto, ma non è stato cambiato.

• Reah (8/5): Overall, still a good experience and a nice place to stay! - We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short visit. The owner was very kind and responsive, which I really appreciated. The only downsides were the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom, which made it a bit warm at times, and the location—it’s quite a walk if you're relying on public transportation.

Osobolje je stvarno super,kada god sam nazvala uvijek se odmah jave i opcenito uvijek su tu na raspoloaganju. Buka helikoptera jer se nalazimo odmah pored bolnice( povremeno sletanje helikoptera u hitnim slucajevima). Nedostatak sredstava za ciscenje.

• Mario Edvin (10/5): - The apartment is incredible! Big, clean and only a few steps from the beach. If you want to go to downtown or take the ferrie to Hvar, you can get an Uber for € 6 - 7. The reception is not 24 hours open and we had some delays in the communication before the check in, but during our staying time, I was promptly answered. The parking for guests cost €10 per night, but you can also leave your car on the street for free.

• Alexander (8/5): Short stay at Split - The apartment was clean and well-provisioned. The main light in the bedroom didn't work and there was a morning my girlfriend used the shower and the hot water was not working. Also the constant darkness of the corridor outside the apartment was not very pleasant when returning back at night. Nice apartment for a short stay in Split, but felt that a lot of things could have been improved.
• Natasha (8/5): Good - Quite nice! Very clean! The reception lady was amazing and very nice! She dropped us off at the airport and has exceptional customer service and Driving skills!! I can’t remember her name but she was amazing!! Not much, just for future reference the apartments are next to a helipad. It wasn’t too much of an issue as it landed 6 times over our stay and you do get use to it. However I did have a rude encounter with a cleaning lady. She could have been having a bad day but she wasn’t very nice to me.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Heaven and hel…icopters! - The welcome was friendly. Unfortunately we were not advised of the hospital helicopter landing pad right next to our room. We were told this was infrequent, however it happened in numerous occasions throughout the day and night.
• Walter Maximilian (9/5): Nettes Apartment recht zentral gelegen. - Nettes Apartment mit Meerblick. Im Grunde ist alles da, was man braucht, um eine angenehme Zeit dort zu verbringen. Klimaanlage ist sicher notwendig und vorhanden. Kleiner Balkon in Ostlage, daher am Abend angenehm, um draußen zu sitzen. Privatparkplatz (kostenpflichtig) vorhanden. Den Diokletianpalast erreicht man nach ca. 30 Minuten Fußmarsch. Leider kein Lift (nur im Nebenhaus) und daher für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung schwierig. Auf den Strand gelangt man nur über viele Stufen, was mit Liegebett und sonstigem Badeequipment etwas mühsam ist.

• Paul (4/5): Not what we expected. - The location was ok a little far from the main area we had to get a hire car. We were not accommodated in the apartment that was on our booking confirmation which was the ground floor apartment with a garden when we asked why we were told it’s because booking.com use general photos and you don’t always get what is in the picture. We hired a car and parked it for less than 18 hours, the property manager was asking for 3 days parking fee when we told her we only parked overnight and less than 18 hrs she then asked for 2 days. We refused and left €10 for one day of parking. She knew how long we parked because we had to message her to access the car park. The washing machine was locked so we couldn’t use it the property manager said they could do the laundry for €15 we declined. One important thing that is not on the booking.com website is the emergency helipad that is located right next to the property which services the hospital. Helicopters land frequently and are very loud disrupting sleep in the middle of the night, it sounded like it is going to land on the roof of the apartments this should be disclosed on the booking.com page so people can decide if they want to stay.
• Richard (9/5): Sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub an der kroatischen Küste in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer. - Sehr schönes, großes Appartement. Die Terrasse mit einer großen Markise und der große Garten mit drei Olivenbäumen ein Traum. Es wurde jeden Tag sehr gründlich gereinigt und das Personal war überaus freundlich und bemüht. Die Küche hätte etwas besser ausgestattet sein können, es war z.B. keine Kaffeemaschine oder kein Toaster vorhanden. Die Lage direkt neben einem Hubschrauberlandeplatz ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da dieser ca. zweimal am Tag kommt und landet.

• Patricia (10/5): - Wir hatten eine total tolle Zeit, danke für alles. Die Wohnungen im EG haben keinen Meerblick - dafür aber einen Mega tollen Garten. Für uns war alles perfekt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, alle Geräte neu und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt - schnell in der Altstadt, direkt am Strand & beachclub. Der Helikopter hat uns mehr amüsiert als gestört. :) das Personal ist sehr nett und hat sich bei allen Fragen total schnell zurück gemeldet. Danke für alles!
