• Fer (1/5): Desastroso - Nada La estadía fue muy decepcionante y estuvo lejos de lo que se esperaba según la publicación. Desde el primer momento hubo múltiples problemas en la habitación: el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la heladera tampoco funcionaba y la pava eléctrica estaba completamente inutilizable por la suciedad acumulada en su interior. Además, la puerta del baño se trababa constantemente y era casi imposible abrirla una vez cerrada, algo realmente incómodo y preocupante. A pesar de informar todos estos inconvenientes, nunca hubo una solución real por parte del alojamiento. La atención por WhatsApp fue extremadamente pobre, con respuestas insuficientes, falta total de seguimiento y una actitud completamente indiferente frente a los reclamos. Lamentablemente, la falta de mantenimiento y la pésima atención hicieron que la experiencia fuera muy negativa. No volvería a elegir este alojamiento.

• Yana (5/5): Do we recommend? Depends on your expectations. - The hotel is in a nice and central location. Overall it was clean but not maintained. The fridge was broken, the shower looked like it will fall apart, the furniture looks damaged.

The property is tired but absolutely fine for a short stay - The location was excellent, right by the rialto bridge The photos are very old and don’t reflect the standard of the room now. The carpet, top sheets, chair, headboard and curtains were stained but the bedsheets and pillow were clean. Also the aircon was broken and when I tried to contact the host, I received no reply

Con tanta competencia, deberían mantener un poco la imagen. Con dudas sobre la limpieza del baño. La grifería o estaba sucia o llena de cal.

Normalement, ce n’est pas aux hôtes d’attendre pour la réception, au contraire, c’est à eux de nous attendre car le client est roi et doit être satisfait ! Lorsque le réceptionniste est arrivé, il aurait pu essayer de rattraper son absence / retard avec un accueil chaleureux, mais aucun effort de sa part, il était essoufflé, stressé, pas de bonjour, pas d’excuses, pas un regard dans les yeux au premier contact, rien. La chambre de mes parents était déjà ouverte, nous ne connaissons pas la raison. Les toilettes ont beaucoup de calcaire, mais sûrement à cause de l’eau de là-bas. Le sèche-cheveux et le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnent pas, en tout cas nous n’avons pas réussi à le faire fonctionner. La tapisserie du sol n’est pas très bien entretenue. Nous entendons beaucoup de bruit à travers les murs et la ventilation, c’est mal isolé. Pour résumer, nous ne sommes pas satisfaits d’avoir perdu du temps à vous attendre et à tout ce que je viens de vous dire.

• Maria Jessica (6/5): Può migliorare. - Posizione perfetta Appena arrivati in stanza abbiamo notato che avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata generale, cosi da essere più accogliente. La coperta aveva un po di pelucchi, nella vasca erano presenti degli insetti morti, il soffione non sembra molto stabile , l’acqua da bidet esce quasi a conta gocce.

• Filipa (3/5): - Great location, very close to St. Mark’s Square, with a supermarket nearby and only a short walk from the Rialto vaporetto stop, which made getting around the city very convenient. The carpet on the floor and the bedspread appeared stained, and the fabric walls and headboard also had visible marks, which made the room feel less clean than expected. The heating system occasionally made quite a lot of noise. Although we informed the accommodation of our arrival time the day before, we had to wait about 30 minutes outside before someone arrived to let us in. After travelling with a two-year-old child, this was not ideal. The staff member who received us was also not particularly welcoming.

Un vero peccato la carenza di supporto da parte del personale, ho prenotato una camera sponsorizzata come dotata di wifi veloce e tv in camera. La tv non funzionava e il wifi non prendeva neanche nella mia camera, nonostante il sollecito della tv non funzionante non è stato fatto nulla per risolvere… Peccato, dovreste migliorare perché la struttura meriterebbe se il cliente ricevesse il giusto supporto. • Romero Rodríguez (3/5): - Lo único bueno la ubicación y la cafetería que hay justamente al lado. Estoy muy descontenta con esta reserva. Cuando hicimos el check in nos dieron las llaves de la habitación con un código para abrir la puerta del portal y resulta que el código estaba erróneo. Cuando volvimos de la calle nos encontramos que no podíamos acceder a nuestra habitacion por este motivo y al no haber nadie en recepción tuvimos que esperar un buen rato ya que no contestaban a los mensajes por el chat de booking. Esto provocó que tuviera que llamar a un número italiano para que me dieran el código correcto, implicando un coste en la llamada. En la reserva pone que tienen WiFi pero no es así. No aparece la Red y la explicación que ellos te dan es que estan cambiando de proveedor y no nos pueden proporcionar WiFi, los datos móviles van fatal en la habitación por la mala cobertura y estabamos muy molestas por no disponer de Red. La ducha tiene cortinas de baños apurgaradas, hay telarañas en la habitación, el secador malisimo y la puerta del dormitorio tenía muy mala presencia. No dejan agua ni cafe de cortesía. Hay una pequeña nevera la cual no enfría. Las almohadas eran muy incómodas. A la hora de hacer el check out no hay nadie en recepción, nos encontramos con una limpiadora y ella fue la que nos dijo que dejáramos las maletas en el recibidor, esto puede provocar que cualquiera que se hospede en esta casa nos robe las maletas, menos mal que no fue el caso pero estabamos muy incomodas pasando nuestro último dia por la ciudad sabiendo que las maletas no estaban seguras.

• Malamatenia (2/5): Απογοήτευση - Η τοποθεσία του, καθώς ειναι στο κέντρο και όλα είναι προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια Δεν είχε ζεστό νερό για μπάνιο, και μετά από δύο μέρες που απλά είπαμε ότι θα φύγουμε από το κατάλυμα μας μετέφεραν σε ένα άλλο. Το δωμάτιο γραφικό αλλά όχι όπως των φωτογραφιών. Επίσης όταν ενημερώσαμε για late check in λόγω της πτήσης μας, μας ενημέρωσαν ότι η χρέωση είναι επιπλέον 50€.

Je prends un grand lit: ce sont deux lits doubles collés, très inconfort de dormir avec la séparation. La salle de bain: pas de pression, eau parfois chaude, parfois froide. Tuyau du pommeau détérioré. Sol avec des traces noires.

Molto deluso. All’arrivo ho avuto un check in molto veloce ma arrivato in stanza noto carte e una caramella a terra. Sorvolo per impegni di lavoro e vado in bagno , il bagno con capelli nel lavandino però vabbè ho detto può capitare. Apro la doccia l’acqua arriva fredda . Impossibilitato a fare una doccia chiedo aiuto . Aiuto solo da parte del ragazzo che è stato mandato dall host , che più volte mi ha detto che il responsabile ha detto di vedere come risolvere. Due ore a vedere quest acqua se la caldaia si potesse aggiustare o guardare cos ha . Dopo 2 ore mi hanno cambiato stanza anche molto più ampia . Funziona tutto ma tempo di fare una doccia stesso dramma dell acqua ma arrivava tiepida e non ho avuto problemi per la doccia ma visto che siamo a Venezia queste cose vanno viste prima di far entrare un ospite in stanza poiché non tutti viaggiano per andare a fare i giri in città ma anche per lavoro. Peccato perché se curata un po di più è rivista la situazione acqua pressione acqua e caldaia potrebbe andare molto bene la situazione essendo ben posizionata la struttura e con un personale adatto è un responsabile che se viene chiamato risponda sarebbe ottimale aiutare gli ospiti .

Faretti in bagno andavano a intermittenza, faretti sopra il letto solo uno funzionava gli altri due no. Manutenzione scarsa, pulizia bene.
