- Samuel (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay here with our two year old and four month old. The baths were great and also had a sauna and cold pool, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The kaiseki dinner and breakfast were superb and there was a menu in English. Our host Sarina was wonderful. The hot sand onsen is a short walk from the hotel and was very easy to get to. We loved the small touches for the children with the kids’ yukata robe and Anpanman slippers and the manager brought our car right to the front to help us load up in the rain. A brilliant traditional Japanese inn stay that comes highly recommended from us

- Kimiko (10/5): - 生憎の雨でしたが駐車場に着くと直ぐに傘を持ってお出迎え。ウェルカムドリンクはアルコールあり。静かでゆったりと過ごせる空気感、チェックインから期待がたかまりました。食事も良かったけど、担当のスタッフの心配りが何より最高でした。私が左利きな事に気づいて食器の置き場所をさっとかえたり、買いたいお茶の情報をメモして帰りに手渡してくれたり。上辺だけで無いおもてなしに感動です。
- Emi (10/5): - 風情のある素敵な旅館でした。食事もおいしく満足です。ちゃんと個室に案内していただき、懐石料理のお食事です。夜も朝も食べきれないくらいのボリュームでした。 お部屋は純和風の畳のお部屋で、夕食の間にお布団を敷いていただき布団で休みました。夕食後にはぜんざいの差し入れもありました。 温泉は大浴場と、貸切風呂が２つあります。貸切は1時間3500円と最初は「別料金なのね」と思いましたが、中に入るとテーブルとソファがあり、トイレ洗面所つき、、冷蔵庫にはミネラルウォーターもありとお値段に見合ったサービスがあったので、結果的には高くはなかったと思います。 こちらには砂風呂はありませんが「砂楽」までは歩いて3分程度なので、ホテルからタオルを借りて浴衣で行けますので、特に問題ないかなと思います。 従業員の方は外国の方もいて多様性を感じました。

- mayumi (6/5): - 先日お世話になりとても楽しく思い出に残るひと時となりました。若い接客の方もとても気持ちのよい接客でした。 お料理は食べきれないほどの量で 特に夕飯は100点満点！もう一度食べに行きたいぐらいです！ 残念なのはお部屋の 洗面所にも部屋にもテッシュがなかったこと。 鼻をかみたくてもなかったです。あとお部屋にある浴室が 半端ない臭さ。気持ち悪かった。温泉があるので利用しないとおもわれていたのか 汚くてビックリしました。 足を洗いたくて入りましたが たぶんお掃除されていなかったように思います それなら 利用中止とか書いてほしかった。だからお部屋は星印は少なめです

- XIAOYU (10/5): 非常不错的日式温泉♨️酒店 - 从屋久岛的船下来，酒店安排了接船，非常方便。离沙浴的地方也很近，早晚餐很丰盛，服务很好。前台居然能记得每个人的鞋，出门都能帮你拿出来，真的很厉害。房间的确是有些陈旧，但是绝对干净，睡得也很好。

- Kei (10/5): 母の還暦祝いに利用させて頂きました。 - 母の還暦祝いに利用させて頂きましたが、ご飯が大変美味しく大変良かったです。揚げ物とかがメインでなく、出汁がしっかりしたお料理で年配の方でも喜ばれるかと思います。お風呂は、大浴場に室内風呂とサウナ、露天風呂の３つと種類は少なかったですが、入浴利用時間が11時半までと遅くまでやっていたのも嬉しかったです。３月中旬でしたが、季節柄寒く人も多かったため、外にある砂風呂の待ち時間は辛く残念でした。砂風呂を楽しみにされている方は、暖かい時期に行かれることをオススメします。

- JAEYEONG (10/5): 이부스키에서 1박 할거라면 슈스이엔으로! - 이부스키 여행적인 면을 제하고 슈스이엔 숙박만 놓고 보았을땐 매우 만족스럽습니다. 값비싼 료칸인만큼 서비스, 청결도, 온천 등 모두 뛰어났어요. 단점 없습니다. 다만 개인욕탕(온천)은 생각보다 좁으니 3인 이상이라면 조금 고려해보시는게 좋을 듯 합니다.
- Jinhwan (10/5): 참으로 만족스러운 료칸입니다. - 진짜 좋은 경험이었습니다. 너무나 친절한 직원분들... 어머니 모시고 가서 어머니께서 정말 기뻐하셨네요. 음식도 참으로 정성스러웠습니다. 단지 한국인의 입맛 특성상 조금은 맞지 않는 부분이 있었어요. 그 점은 아쉽지만, 음식의 맛은 현지에 본인을 맞추는 수밖에 없기 때문에 이는 감점요소라 보기는 어렵네요. 단지 주변에 편의점 같은 시설이 없어서 간식의 종류가 한정적이라는 게 단점입니다. 물론 내부에 매점이나 간단한 메뉴의 커피 몇몇 종류는 내부에서 구매가 가능합니다.
- jiyeon (10/5): 편안히 쉴 수 있는 료칸 - 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 가족여행이었는데 편안히 잘 쉬었습니다 가이세키 요리도 정갈하고 맛있었으며 조식도 좋았습니다 ^^! 다만 제가 묵었던 룸 옆이 식당이어서 음식 냄새가 조금 난 거 빼면 굉장히 만족스러웠고 또 들르고 싶네요~

- Hyeogsang (6/5): 가격대비 오래된 호텔, 음식은 인상적이 않음 - 호텔이 오래되었고, 처음 배정받은 다다미방에서는 담배냄새가 많이 났습니다. 그래서 교체요청을 했습니다. 블로그에 나와 있는 것처럼 음식도 그다지 인상적이 못하였습니다. 전반적으로 몰락하는 온천마을의 느낌을 받았습니다.
