• Kerri (4/5): Location works but.... - Location. Clean new bathroom. Has a restaurant and next to Pizza shop. Woolworths and bottle shop behind. Walking distance to Sports Club. 1 fluorescent light over mirror for whole room. No bed lighting or table except on wall side of bed.. 1 Power point near microwave. 1 inch around sink in bathroom. No other placement in bathroom except floor or toilet lid. According to reception, Booking.com clients are given upstairs rooms (14 steps up) away from car which will not be under cover. Furthermore under light for start of night so will be covered in insects. Put food on bench for 20 minutes and covered in ants. Should have read 1 of 7 notices on wall!

• Sarah (6/5): Did what we needed as an overnight stay while travelling - would stay again - Everything was on the door step, you could have dinner and roll into bed Room had all the essentials but wasn’t fancy. Shower was good. AC worked really well and had TV with fridge and microwave if you wanted to cook Dinner in the restaurant was really tasty The bed was tired and every time you moved it bounced the other person

• Bethany (8/5): I would stay again. - Receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was perfect for my needs. There was a soap in the shower left by the previous person in the room.
• Sandra (3/5): Not that great of a place - Nothing Every thing was old, and out dated. To have a coffee you had to used the toilet / shower hand basin to fill the jug but you couldn’t put the jug under the tap, had to get a cup to fill the jug. The mattress was old and saggy. The doors scrapped on the floor. The shower head sprayed all over the place.

• Sharon (9/5): A friendly, nice, comfortable, convenient place to stay. - It was a convenient location as we have family in Sarina. The staff 8were friendly and helpful. My husband enjoyed the pool. The fact that the restaurant wasn't open on Sunday was inconvenient, but we managed to get food elsewhere.

That’s all I have to say that I liked about this place. firstly, the room smelt like curry, The filter on the air-conditioner had not been changed in months filthy dirty and blocked. The cups looked like somebody had taken a dump inside them and rubbed it around the cups never been clean. No PowerPoint near the bed no bedside table no lights near the bed. The globe have been removed. A Fabric covered chair in the room look like you had seen more rounds than a kings Cross brothel dirty discussing and stained The bed was old, sagging, and too small

• Julie and John (4/5): - The only good thing about our stay was the person in reception she did her best to fix a couple of issue we had with the room, but something needs to be done to clean rooms correctly, food in fridge when we arrived freezer needed defrosting, bathroom dirty, hairs on toilet, not ours yuk, would never stay again.

• Rowlands (4/5): AVOID!! - Very small room. No water glasses or teatowels. Nowhere to eat food. Only one chair. Shower floor very slippery and had to hold onto shower screen. Overall very disappointing and would not stay here again.

• Geoff (10/5): - The Staff were amazing. We checked (11pm. was at Mackay hospital with a family member) in late and they called us to ensure we were ok. They asked if there was anything they could help with and I replied, some food left in our room and 2 beers would be great. They left 2 wraps and 2 beers in the fridge which was awesome. • Griffin (1/5): Terrible - after a long drive to have to go through that scenario - Room fine When checking in was given the wrong key and opened the door (with my disbaled client) to see the room occuoant having sex - not the occupants fault but to have been given a key to an already occupied room. Hard to explain to a disabled man what was going on inside. When given correct key room was fine.

• Jeff (9/5): We stayed 3 nights. It was the perfect stop for visiting family over Easter. - For a highway motel in a very small Queensland town it was exceptional. The owners are fantastic, the food is amazing, and it was quiet and very clean. The bed was a bit soft for us, but was probably perfect for someone else.

Wouldn’t recommend at all. If I could give less stars than 1 I would.

• Terrence (8/5): Great for overnight stay. - Host went out of her way to make our stay as stress free as possible. Nice arvo tea and dinner at restaurant. Shower a bit of a let down. Rain shower head but little pressure.
• Carol (7/5): Average room in good location - The room was tidy and well presented and the motel is on the main road, a short walk to the sports/rsl club and pubs etc.

We had an absolutely brilliant dinner across the road, would give the food an 11 out of 10. The room had to be aired, what ever the spray that was used, very strong. The guy in the next room said his was the same.

• bob and carole (10/5): - This is, hands down, the most welcoming and friendly motel that we have had the pleasure to stay at. It is not modern and trendy. It is clean, well maintained, most comfy bed and the pressure in the shower is excellent. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Give them a call and book it.

• Enbamse (9/5): For the second time in nine months, it was an easy, quick, quiet, comfortable stop on a long trip. - Quiet, well located, easy to find, typical motor inn. Very comfy bed,, pleasant helpful managers. Only thing was a bit of mould in the shower, otherwise very clean room.
