- Richard (10/5): - A lovely place to stay , wish we could have stayed longer , would recommend
- James (8/5): Beautiful location, some negatives... - Positives: Beautiful location, fantastic parking, helpful host, nice personal touch eating in the kitchen.
Negatives: Animals accessing the guest areas, needs to make it clear on description for people with allergies, cat was also whining first thing in the morning at are door, average breakfast.
- Paul (10/5): Gem of a place - Last minute stay and what a find, Victoria was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend, breakfast was perfect with lovely views too

- George (10/5): - The property host Victoria is super nice, helpful and very welcoming. Gorgeous views around the farm and the swimming pool is fantastic. Would definitely stay against and recommend.
- Jeremy (10/5): Stunning bnb, wonderful surprise. - The most wonderful BnB I have ever come across. Stunning wooden construction, amazing views, every single thing thought of. All very modern/hi-tech and rustic at same time. Wish I could have stayed a lot longer than the few hours I was there
- Junko (10/5): - Lovely Japanese owner. Beautiful house
- Tom (10/5): - Highly recommend. Friendly host and beautifully idyllic setting.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Cute farm, but lots of issues - Nice family who run the B&B, but the room was boiling hot and the only openable window is a skylight. The issue is the family cat apparently can often come in from the skylight which isn’t great if you are allergic to cats. The family did kindly provide a fan on request which was vital for sleeping. There was also a bit of an odd smell to the room and accommodation areas. I know it’s on a farm, but it wasn’t the farm causing the musty pet smell. The room I was in had a huge bath with massive triangle window. On first sight it looks great but totally impractical as the small curtain doesn’t fully cover the window. Part if the pool area can wee to the window and if you are having a bath or are on the loo- not good! The bath itself? Well it took half an hour to fill about 6 inches of the tub. Lastly is noise. Walls are very thin and you can hear any guest talking next door or on the floor below. If you book all four rooms with the same group, it’s fine, but if not, you need to pray the other guests are quiet and go to bed early.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay here; it's beautifully laid out and very calming. I was lucky with the weather but got to swim and lounge by the pool then chill out in the living room looking out at the amazing view.
- Arron (10/5): AmIng! - Victoria was very welcoming and obided by all covid 19 restrictions! What a beautiful place, amazing views with hreat facilities and exceptionally clean rooms. Would definitely stay again.

- Cleopatra (10/5): Wonderful get away in Kent - Picturesque setting in the lovely Kent. Old farm (14th Century) with recent addition. Small rooms but all conveniences. Nice common guest living room with great views, small kitchen, large TV.
Great breakfast in a convivial kitchen.
Close to good restaurants in Westerham.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Stunning property and superb B&B. You’d be daft not to book here. Lovely room, comfortable beds, great atmosphere.

- TJB (10/5): Lovely - Top class B&B with quality accommodation in beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms in converted farmhouse.
Made full use of the outdoor swimming pool as the weather was warm.
Owner a Victoria and her Mother were excellent hosts and provided local information of places to visit.
Full English cooked breakfast provided on a weekend was delicious and substantial.
Highly recommend this B&B to other travellers in this area.
- Peter (10/5): Beautiful Country setting - The environment was so peaceful and just a short drive from the south of London.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Stunningly beautiful, old rural farm and gardens. Wish we could have stayed longer.
- Wes (10/5): - Hurst Farm sounded and proved to be refreshingly different. Nice views across the countryside, peaceful, comfortable accommodation (bathroom quite spectacular and when sitting in the bath one could look out cross the fields). High quality breakfast. Friendly and very pleasant host. Excellent.
- Rosemary (10/5): We would highly recommend this B and B - Lovely host. Comfortable with relaxed atmosphere. Completely renovated property on a farm. Pretty location. Modern facilities. Very nice continental breakfast. We loved it.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A modern extension on a very old Kent farmhouse. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Victoria was very helpful and accommodating as we had an early start on our final day. Breakfast was good. We were in the top bedroom which is advertised as being a little cosy, which it was, but the bed was comfortable and we got the hang of the shower eventually!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Peaceful Spot - The house is beautiful as are the views. It's a place to recharge your batteries and enjoy some peace.
- Peter (10/5): Absolute splendid! - Helt fantastiskt ställe 30 min från Gatwick, mycket nära Chartwell. 10 min promenad till pub. Tyst och ostört. Vårt rum med ett badrum utöver det vanliga.
- Frank (10/5): Wonderful stay! - We (family of 4) stayed in the family room. It was clean, modern, cosy and comfortable. The breakfast area (in a separate room) has floor to ceiling glass walls overlooking the groceries. Very nice. Victoria, our host, prepared freshly baked croissants and pastries with nice coffee, tea and toast. After breakfast, we walked around the compound and relaxed in the serenity of the green spaces. Chit chat with our hosts. It was unique. We loved it!
- marion (10/5): Peace & quiet location - Fantastic place to relax. Victoria was very friendly & accommodating & made lovely cakes.Nothing was too much trouble. So quite with a lovely outlook across surrounding countryside. lounge area & bedroom very comfortable. Will definitely return again.
- Nicholas (8/5): Country B+B - This converted farm complex has three very well appointed bedrooms with a communal eating area for breakfast and drinks making. The owners have spared no expense to create very nice rooms with top range bathroom and room lighting and fixtures. Underfloor heating and beautiful wooden floors give the room a feeling of comfort. No TV in the room was a little strange, but the WIfi signal is strong enough to support using a computer to watch films etc.
