• Connector527440 (2/5): Terrible & Unhygienic - Terrible!! I feel I have to write this to warn other travelers. This was the worst and most unhygienic room we have ever stayed in over 40 years of travels. And we have stayed in cheaper options. The lobby has been refurbished by looks and is nice but the rest of the hotel is severely run down and dirty. If we hadn't of arrived at midnight (after flight delays) and needed to rise at 5am to get a train, I would have walked out and gone to another hotel. We were dead tired after 24hrs straight travel. The room smelt terrible, holes in everything, and mold everywhere. Find another option please.

• b00105 (4/5): It's unlike any 4 star hotel - the location is good, near gambir station and atrium mall. but my room got cockroaches in it, my friends who got the different room see cockroaches in their room as well. its under the bed, lots of them, I think this hotel should do something about it...
• coqol (2/5): Good and bad same time - Good price near plaza atrium 5 minutes walking , 1- but hot a/c when I called them they send some one clean the unit but still the same and when I called again the front desk and house keeping they agnor me no body showing, 2- and they charge the cars (grap) 5000 rp when dropst and take customers
• radjaholic (10/5): Spacious and Comfy Room - Its a lively place, situated in Central Jakarta, make this hotel easy to access. Because nearest to Atrium Shopping Mall and Pasar Senen Train Station. The room was spacious, comfortable, very standard breakfast, helpful and friendly staff's. Unfortunately, no swimming pool. Need improvement about cleanliness in room area. To be honest, it was surprisingly, when I was sitting in lobby area, there is mosquito's.This made me very disturbed.Overall ,good services.

• irm75 (10/5): Strategic Place - Location of the hotel is very strategic and suits my need for business purpose. Easy to get taxi or transportation, close to shoppung centre and it has spacious room and huge lobby. Recommended for business purpose.
• MeiLIOW (6/5): It’s really just alright - It is old. Could use an upgrade. For the price I paid, which in my opinion is above average, the room I got is just average, really. If it’s not the location, I would give it a lower score than 3stars. So, please don’t expect much. I am Grateful I didn’t experienced what others had reviews about. In fact the bed was quite comfortable.
• upalil (2/5): Horrible experience - My family had almost a sleepless first night because the air conditioner did not work. No one bothered about our complaints. On the 2nd day, we were upgraded to a sweet but, only difference was functioning of the A/C’s. All rooms, bathrooms, inside the elevator were stinking. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Tea cups in the room and at the breakfast were having cracks, stain and uncleaned. You get quite poor Breakfast. I certainly would not recommend this hotel.
• 877mariok (6/5): Out Of Date - I stay for 1 night at this hotel and wow do I want to get out right away. their standard rooms are very out dated and scary looking, and their price are not worth the rooms .But if anyone want to stay in this hotel because of the location or any reasons I have a little advice. first don't order their superior rooms their very out dated , choose their deluxe room or above its a little newer and less scary. But the good thing about this hotel is the staff they are very friendly so its a little bit more tolerantable.
• NANA4767 (6/5): Near to Atrium Mall - Stay for 2 nights at this hotel. The price is around sgd70. No breakfast however food can be easily obtained at the nearest mall, The Atrium Mall is a mall where you can get automobile spare parts at the top floor at a very reasonable price. It is a walking distance of less than 5 minutes from the hotel. Although there is not many interesting place near the hotel aside than the atrium mall since the location is in Centre of Jakarta (Jakarta Tengah) going to anywhere around Jakarta is easy.
• syafriemuhammad (6/5): Between the Old and the Classic. - What is the difference between the Old and the Classic? Old means fragile and outdated, while Classic means already have a lot of age but have a class. Hotel Oasis Amir is in between. The hotel is old, you can feel by smelling it, especially the smell of the room and the old furniture that is in it. But some of the other things are classic, the lobby and interior of the hotel feel very classy. I think this hotel is enough. Just enough, no more and no less. I do not know it is a flaw or a compliment.
• ali (4/5): - للأسف oasisamir سيّء للغاية يختلف عما عهدناه سابقاً لانظافة لاخدمات الافطار متواضع جداً المرافق متهالكة لايوجد سيفتي بوكس وضع نظام السيفتي للأدوار متعب جداً اذا أردت زيارة زميل في دور غير الدور الذي تسكن فيه تلاقي صعوبات لامبرر لها عموماً الفندق يحتاج الى مالك ومشغل غير الموجودين الان
• Thomas (6/5): Not the best for a suite - It was a 3 star hotel and still is a 3 star hotel at best. The tv in the bedroom did not have service and the staff gave us lip service about fixing it but never did. The restaurant service was poor had to go to the kitchen door to get them off of their phones for service. The front desk service was good. The hall way to our room had a short ramp that was to steep to walk up or down and the steps to the sides of it were to narrow. It needs an overall uodate. The pictures are done to enhance something that it is not.
• pieterd594 (6/5): Cheap but old - Had to attend a wedding next to the hotel, so it was an easy choice. We booked the hotel thru Traveloka and all was well. Until we went to the room. Once we opened the door we were greeted by an extremely bad smell, foul, thick as if there a whole family just used the toilet... Switching on the aircon didn't help and it got worse once we checked the bathroom. The sofa was dirty and full of stains, I wouldn't want to sit on that, even with 10 layers of clothes on and after emptying cans of disinfection spray... We called the reception and after the usual objections and half solutions ('we will come and spray the room') they gave us another room. This was much better. at least there was no bad odour in the room. The breakfast was very minimal and not worth going to. Coffee tasted like it had been in the container for hours.. All in all, the price was very interesting and fair for what you get (except the smelly rooms). As for breakfast and/or dinner, my advise is to go out and use the many street stalls or the restaurants in the next door mall (if street food is too adventurous for you).
• Huyen (6/5): - We stay here 5 days and 4 nights. Not too much good but this location is very convenience for my family, I think everything is ok. May be I will comeback this hotel.
• m0nichas (2/5): Awful - I was stay there for one night. At executive suit room. The room is so old and smelly, not even clean. The staff is not friendly. The good thing about this hotel is close to some places like cathredal, monas and so on. But I will never gonna come back.
• xianliu88 (4/5): No special at stayed. - No one care to us, Telephone late to answer always. Staff need refresh, Breakfast no variant. Check in and check out to much slowly.. Room need ro extra cleaning Bed dirty and there was louse at the sheet. No one manager to courtesy our stayed, I stayer arround 5 day.. No one care all about our stayed, They always care when the time to payment. Dear management,need to extra training your staff,how to make sure your guest fun anr comfort..
• zulletastique (10/5): Pretty good hotel, close to two malls and there's a massage spa in the building - If you're in for a relaxing stay this hotel is quite the choice. There are two malls nearby and a hotel too. Atrium senen mall is just nearby if you;re in for casual shopping, it's just a walk away. There are food stalls just across the busy street which offers cheap food. Otherwise, you can just walk along the sideways and go to the likes of pizza hut etc. Transjakarta is also within a walking distance. The beds are great, bathrooms are nice and there's a TV and wifi. At my 2nd stay, the spa was just right in front of my room at the 4th (?) floor. The massage was so cheap at about 20 SGD If i remembered correctly and the extra was also cheap (if you want some). There's a karaoke lounge at the basement which I haven;t tried. But the overall stay was good.
• RoyGitsu (6/5): Surprise - Stayed there for 1 week with my friends. my friend made a booking through travel agent, and clearly he asked for connecting rooms and asked for particular floor which was above 12th floor and he asked the travel agent people to make sure twice regarding the request and the hotel rep said they do have that kind of room. once we stepped in to the hotel lobby i was amazed by how the receptionist was not friendly at all. they gave us room which one next to each other but the gap was quite big so we went down to the reception and asked for connecting room and this time around few reception was there and none of them showing friendly face and of course we were complaining and one of the reception said the only connecting room would be facing to the other way instead of the road but when we see the room it was disappointing. she told us they do have bigger room on 15th floor and we have to pay more, and once again we were upset. not because the money but because they were not friendly at all. i decided to talk to the duty manager and he upgraded us, but i forgot who his name was but he was very good. during our stay i kind of disappointed by the security/door man, whenever they saw me they will not open the door i believe because my local face, but whenever i am with my Arabic friends going out they will open the door... sigh... they surely need to put safe deposit box in the room, instead of we come to the reception to keep our valuable things. breakfast was the same everyday, they need to have more variety. and not to mention the water in the dispenser which was keep running out of water. and the wifi keep on and off, especially in the 15th floor, it is terrible especially after midnight. and the bathroom need to retouch because the HK team did not clean the stain properly, it such a waste for a big and good room like that. i love their twin bed, its big and very comfy.
