• Yasir (6/5): Great property but needs work. - Location. Kitchen clean and well equipped. No WiFi at the property. The floors were dusty & not cleaned properly. One of the bedrooms was not well made - duvet was missing from the bed, found in the cupboard with no cover. The mattresses were not great too. You can feel the springs on your back.

• Murphy (9/5): Superb - Facilities were good and beds were comfortable. This place is quite close to the tube and bus stops. Quiet neighborhood. The streetlights shone quite bright through the master bedroom window. But the blinds work well.

In one room the radiator was continuously running and it was too hot to use. The fans provided did not help as the radiator was uncontrollably running in one room making it impossible to use one bedroom as this End of May and the weather was hot. The host was dismissive and said you should have left then.

• Elisa (7/5): A property with good potential which needs improvements - Good sized apartment - plenty of seating in the communal area. Well equipped with hairdryers, irons, hanging space, kitchen appliances. Friendly communication with hosts, especially appreciated a bit of flexibility at check out. For where we wanted to be (Nine Elms/Vauxhall), the location was perfect. There needs to be some investment made in the basics - there were cumulatively not enough plates and dishes for 6 people to have one each, no wine glasses and no teaspoons. The mattresses on the beds are awful (the bed sofa was great), the shower hose needs replacing. For the amount charged, these should be non-negotiable. The ceiling was leaking, which is creating a smell of damp, so needs fixing quickly. Finally, it is a bit hard to find - whilst the location itself is fine (if you want to be in this part of London), if you wander further down Hemans Road, you’re quickly in a gritty council estate - if you find yourself there, turn back and have another look, you’ve gone the wrong way!!
• Celleryal (8/5): Great location but not a perfect stay. - Great location very close to the local tube station and within good proximity to the developing Battersea power station area. Apartment was clean and spacious with straight forward access arrangements. The main bedroom we used was uncomfortably warm and although we tried to alter the apartment temperature, it didn't seem to make any difference and so didn't get a great night's sleep. Also that particular bed was a bit lower to the floor than preferred with matress not geat either. Minor gripes over hot drink provisions with hardly enough coffee in the provided container to make one cup and some long-life milk pods would have been good if included. Also, shower head in ensuite needs attention as it was loose on it's slide rail requiring an extra hand and making showering awkward. For the cost of our one night stay, I'd expect these negative details to be addressed.

• Conor (7/5): Convenient short stay. Good host. - Location near Tube, Nine Elms and Battersea. Easy, prompt and clear comms with host. Flexibility from host on check-in and check-out times. Go elsewhere is you are looking for luxury but apartment was very functional and very conveniently located. Everything as described in the listing.

• Sabina (10/5): We loved it and we would definitely book it again when visiting London. - Excellent communication with the Host - very helpful, flexible and nice . Excellent location just 1 minute from the subway station and grocery stores. A lot of pubs and take aways bars around. Very comfortable apartment- two bedrooms and two very nice and clean bathrooms. We were family of 4 adults and one child - it was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped. Dishwasher and washing machine makes your stay really easy. We had a wonderful time there - perfect to rest after long walks around London. I liked everything - TV in the main room or the second bedroom would be nice. WiFi would be also nice even if extra paid. But non of those things were in the description so this is just a suggestion :)

• Renee (7/5): Overall I would recommend, it’s a good place to stay for a short busy trip. - This property is within minutes walking distance of Nine Elms Underground station, Starbucks, Sainsbury’s (food shopping and more), Tesco-24hour food shopping and a few restaurants. Including the delicious Cotton’s. Also, it was nice to have a room with an en suite bathroom. Another private bedroom. The host was kind to lay out a folding sofa with sheets. It’s hard to find a place large enough for a family of five. The two beds were not comfortable. The whole apartment was very warm. I didn’t realize, no WiFi-she did write that in the description. TV didn’t work however, we mostly slept there, we were tired from sightseeing. Neighborhood is a bit dodgy however, the door locks made us feel safe.

• Suprecha (10/5): Such a lovely, cozy place to stay. - The rooms were clean and spacious. The price for the place was so worth it. The host was very friendly and understanding. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I don't think there could be anything better, it was a very nice place to stay and rest. The only thing I would say was that it was kind of hard to find the entrance only because there were multiple buildings. But you just have to look through the numbers!
• Richard (9/5): Fulfilled all our needs made easier by an excellent host. - This was an excellent property for our needs (two adults, 3 children 5, 7 and 9) in terms of location (near US Embassy and shops). We did not have to worry about making our relatively early morning appointment at the embassy. A hundred times better than staying at a hotel, and children got to sleep in their own rooms. The host was OUTSTANDINGLY helpful, we cannot thank her enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Only one bedside lamp worked which was a bit of issue as our children like to sleep with some light on. The one lamp that did work flickered and woke up one of the children. Wi-fi would have been nice (but wi-fi was not advertised so that was our error). Beds were not as firm as we are used to.

The appartment was very clean and well.presented. the showers were great..powerful and very hot! Great communication from the owners too. Would definitely recommend,especially if you have appointments at the US Embassy as this is within walking distance.

The key box was a little bit of a struggle, perhaps a touch of WD40 might help. The chest of draws in one of the bedrooms needs some attention the draw front was loose.

• Mohd (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great just next Nine Elms station. The host is friendly and easy to communicate. Apartment is clean, spacious, with well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. The toilets are clean and modern. The unit is a 2 storey unit, rooms are upstairs while kitchen and living hall are on the ground floor. The unit is on the ground floor so quick and easy access. Nearby Saintsburry supermarket and they have halal food. Recommended for other to stay. None.

• Diana (9/5): Superb - Location extremely good, right next to the metro station, big Sainsbury's and many other shops around. Great communication with the owner at all points, very accomodating. Spacious apartment, towels,toiletries, hairdryers, irons etc. provided. Well equipped kitchen. To give it more like a hotel/home look could iron the bedsheets and repaint a bit the walls, as they're slightly stained, perhaps from other visitors not taking care of the place, but overall good value for money. Thank you to the owner for all the swift replies and their help. Would return if in London again with family.

• Michelle (6/5): Pleasant - The place was very spacious for 6 people. There were utensils provided. The place was warm and cozy. And the owner was very accommodating and responsive. She even asked if we would get in safely and okay. Her instructions were very clear as to where the location is and how we could get in the property. She also accounted our request to be checked in earlier than indicated. There were some concerning disturbances during the night. There were people (not sure if they're living near the property) who were knocking non-stop from 3 AM to around 5 AM. There were dents on the door when we first came in and some more were added when we left, which might be because of those people. They weren't able to open the door, thanks to the double lock but I became very anxious about it. This was all relayed to the owner and she thanked us for letting her know as it was the first time that she was able to know this. Overall, we were safe and no one was harmed.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Spacious and comfortable - highly recommend! - Spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right by Nine Elms Underground for easy access to central London. Beds are super comfortable, and the good selection of teas available in the modern kitchen was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend. Host communication was spot on and they made sure we found the keys ok and was comfortable.

Very comfortable, spacious and perfect for what we needed it for. Not related to the property itself but there were multiple gangs around on the street throughout the evening/night, which made it quite intimidating when arriving and leaving the apartment.
