Guest Reviews
- Fiore (8/5): - Only spent one night. Would return.
- Sakhiwo (2/5): - Nothing
- Sandy (8/5): - The noise from the restaurant was loud at night. The room was fine, the staff helpful. The breakfast had many choices.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Poor room conditions, poor breakfast. Breakfast isn’t continental, no WiFi, and a church service starts very early on Sunday morning
- Verified traveler (8/5): good hotel, mediocre management - The Hotel was fine but didn't offer any mosquito nets. Also, they tried to charge me extra, after I had already paid through the website, claiming that they accidentally put the wrong price online - and I was supposed to pay up the difference after having spent the night there.
- Francis (10/5): nice hotel near Thika road - Excellent staff, but their security guards are unprofessional.
- Purn (8/5): Will Return - The staff was phenomenal including the ability to swim, eat at an onsite restaurant, and go to the bar and club was also a major plus
Frokostsal i 4. etg. uten heis. Skitne duker i frokostsal.
- Glen (6/5): A cheap and bearable hotel - The hotel is past its prime, and seems to mainly cater for groups using the conference facilities. The staff are not very attentive. The reception didn't have any record of my booking, but had a room ready regardless. While there is nothing particularly terrible to point to about the hotel, staying there was not a particularly pleasant experience either. It really didn't feel like anyone there was that interested in making a success of the place. One fantastic thing was the internet - fast and reliable in the rooms, although non-existent in the lobby. A functional place to stay, but I'd recommend looking around and seeing if something better doesn't turn up.
- Michael (6/5): Michael from Hamburg - No Wifi in the room. Administration, communication and payment procedure chaotic.
