• Excursion46598443421 (10/5): top - WOW experience! My boyfriend and I stayed in this little corner of paradise in Prague. Besides being a beautiful location, it offers a truly extensive range of services and is incredibly welcoming. On our first day, upon check-in, we were given a welcome drink, plus access to a rooftop in the city, always with a complimentary drink. The spa was included every day for 60 minutes, a bottle of wine in the room, and the utmost comfort. Not to mention the breakfast. THERE WAS REALLY EVERYTHING, from sweet to savory, with wonderful attention to detail. The staff spoke fluent English, so there were no problems. Oh, and they gave us a discount card for some attractions and restaurants in Prague, and last but not least, as the icing on the cake, a farewell kit with a discount code for returning to the hotel, a pack of their own brand tissues, and a small bottle of water each. I highly recommend this property for any type of vacation. The only flaw is the single sheets, but I think that's a feature of the place. COME HERE! We were Italians on vacation in Prague.
• DRV66 (10/5): Wonderful stay and wellness experience - If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Prague, I highly recommend this hotel! From the moment I called to book, the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. They even managed to get me an early check-in and a room upgrade. The rooms are beautiful - super spacious, clean, and full of natural light. Even though my room was right by the elevator, it was surprisingly quiet, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. They also leave nice touches like a bottle of wine to start your stay right. Don't miss the breakfast, the spread is huge with plenty of sweet and savory options, and the staff keeps everything perfectly organized even when it’s busy. I also had an amazing massage at the spa, the therapist was so skilled and made sure I felt totally relaxed. The location is one of the best in Prague - out of the touristic area, with lots of cool streets and cafes around. Public transport is available everywhere so easy to navigate around, only 15 min by tram to city center.

The location is excellent – very close to the tram stop, which makes getting around the city very convenient. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the room was serviced daily, which we truly appreciated. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant were extremely kind, polite, and helpful. We would like to thank you for the lovely welcome gesture – a welcome drink and a bottle of wine – as well as for the farewell gift: champagne, discount vouchers, and a small souvenir magnet. It was such a thoughtful and generous surprise. The breakfast was amazing 🙌 – varied, fresh, and delicious, with something for everyone. We highly recommend this hotel. The SPA area was also very enjoyable, featuring a jacuzzi, a dry sauna, and an infrared sauna. We would be happy to come back again!
• Noncsim (8/5): Petfriendly in Prague - We were satisfied with the hotel. Our room was comfy, not so modern, but clean and was everything was needed. The restaurant is good, some staff could be more trained. The breakfast is perfect with huge selection. There is a closed parking area for guest, tram is 5 minutes walk. They are pet friendly, my dog was warm welcomed. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

• kerryu93 (2/5): Terrible - The room was unbearably hot, making the stay extremely uncomfortable and affecting sleep. The bed was rock hard, adding to an already poor night’s rest. Breakfast was very poor and largely inedible. Although the room advertised a jacuzzi, this required an additional payment, which felt misleading. Toiletries were also not provided, despite being advertised as included. Overall, this hotel failed to deliver what was promised and offered very poor value for money. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

• Jeannekate (8/5): Nice hotel, conveniently located - The hotel is as pictured (look at all the photos posted), and conveniently located near multiple tram routes and a few restaurants/cafes. Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel was clean, check in was easy, and staff were friendly and helpful. You arrive to a welcome drink, and complimentary bottle of wine in the room. If you choose the breakfast package, it is a great breakfast buffet. Options include fresh breads and pastries (with LOTS of sweets to choose from), deli meats and cheeses, veggies, yogurts and toppings, decent coffee and teas selection. We didn’t use the fitness or jacuzzi/sauna facilities ($) but it was nice having them onsite as an option. The room was clean, but felt like a dorm room. The beds were not the most comfortable, and each twin bed had one pillow. Although the stay overall was ok and we enjoyed the cafe breakfast and drinks, I probably wouldn’t stay here again (because of the beds).

• Global171625 (2/5): Needs a complete redesign - not as modern as advertised - This is my impression for a stay of 4 nights that costed me about $950. The location is not very elegant, but it is a quiet neighborhood. To get to the closest metro station you have to go thru a construction area, but it is sufficiently clean. The front of the hotel gives already an idea of how it is far from a modern, functional accommodation. There is a very wide entrance and the only access is by a 7 step stairs. Despite plenty of space, they have not built a ramp, so if you’re arriving with a taxi and you have a bag, you have to get it upstairs to the lobby by yourself. Second, the main entrance door does not fully open, so you have to lift again your bags to sneak in. I assume this is done on purpose to keep the inside warm, but what about a revolving door instead ? The room. Here is where things start looking not just basic, but dysfunctional… The room I booked was a single room. On Expedia it was advertised as about 220 sqf. Well, it is maybe that size, but it included a long corridor, not very large so that there was no use of it. The room is a tiny space with a bed (comfortable) and just enough space to go around it. Then there is a desk and a single column wardrobe. The desk tough, is not really usable unless you remove the mini fridge underneath - which eventually I placed in the bathroom. Even so, I had to empty all my bags so I could put them on top of the wardrobe, because otherwise there was no way to walk into the room. The bathroom is quite large with a comfortable shower. Only issue of the shower is the water pressure is too strong and it is difficult to set a constant water temperature. There is very little space, just a tiny shelf, for toiletries. The sink drain is very slow, I’d say about to clog. When I went to bed the hotel seemed quiet to me, but rooms are not sound proof, so I woke up at 5:30 AM because I started to hear rolling suitcases upstairs. And then the noise of upstairs bathrooms, typical of those old condos with a drain column that you hear “everything”. Internet was not working. The access point was probably very near as it had good signal, but the capacity was very poor. I had a conf call in the evening and at a certain point I had to cancel it because my connection was so unstable. So for me this was too much. I checked out in the morning after having their breakfast, which is definitely their forte. I’m still waiting for getting a refund. Apparently their manager does not work on the weekends and the receptionists were not willing to help. Disappointing!

The room was nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast was ideal for begining your day with many choices condinental but local too. The connection with the city centre by tram was easy and very often. The total experience was nice and it is a hotel to choose again in our next trip.

But it was not perfect. I would give it a score of 4.5 if I could. The jacuzzi water was cold and the jacuzzi room was boring. The lady in the reception said that the temperature was supposed to be hot and she called the technician, but it was too late because we had to leave.

We were given a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival and a complimentary bottle of wine in the room. The room was lovely and the food tasty. The hotel is located in a quiet area with just a 5 min walk all to the tram, these arrive quite regularly and drop you in several parts of town.

Breakfast was very poor for me, we went down 1st morning then not again the rest of our stay. Overall, the hotel done the job to get the head down for a few nights. Wouldn't rush back though.

Excellent hygiene of the rooms - they change linen and towels every day, they clean daily. The hotel provides a compliment to its guests - a bottle of wine. They have a personal attitude towards people who have a birthday during their stay and congratulate them with a symbolic but touching treat! I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your stay in Prague.

• Lo_Sherman (6/5): Not Up to 4-Star Standard – Disappointing Stay at Colorfactory Spa Hotel - We stayed at Colorfactory Spa Hotel from 7 to 11 May in an Executive Double Room with wellness access. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel. Positives: • The hotel offers free onsite parking in the backyard, which is convenient, though spaces fill up quickly. • A complimentary bottle of Veneto Merlot was provided, though the wine was of low quality. • The shower had consistent hot water with quick heating, which was a pleasant surprise considering some past reviews. • Guests receive 60 minutes of free jacuzzi and sauna use during their stay, as well as a complimentary glass of Prosecco. Negatives: • The breakfast was very limited in variety and quality. During peak hours, it was overcrowded and difficult to find a table. Food replenishment was slow. • Despite booking an Executive Room, the room was small, simply decorated, and felt dated—definitely not worth the upgrade. • There was no bathtub, and no air conditioning, which would make the room uncomfortable during warmer months. • The wellness facilities (jacuzzi and sauna) are quite small but used by large numbers of guests at once. Private use costs an additional €100 per hour. • While it’s a 5-minute walk to the nearest train station, it still takes about 30 minutes to reach Prague’s Old Town, which isn’t ideal for sightseeing. Overall, the hotel falls short of 4-star standards. While there are a few perks, they don’t make up for the drawbacks. I would not recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague.
• Silver_traveller1002 (10/5): Great hotel! Clean rooms, polite and helpful staff, close to public transport and city centre. - We stayed in this hotel when visiting Prague. At the check-in we got a warm welcome, and you could take a map of the city. The room was very big and spacious, and there was a complementary bottle of whine. The breakfast was simply perfect, with a lot of choice! We really enjoyed the spa, especially after a long day of walking. Good to know: you have to make a reservation to use it. Because of this it wasn't crowded in the spa, so you could actually relax! The employees working at the spa definitely deserve a shout-out. They were very kind and polite! The public transport taking you to the centre of Prague was very close to the hotel, a 3-minute walk to the tram station. Very convenient! There is free and secured parking behind the hotel, and when it was full, the employees gave us a key for another extra parking space nearby. The staff of this hotel was super polite and helpful, and we'd like to thank them for making our time here even better!

• Daydream567371 (10/5): Overnight in Prague - 4 friends and I stayed at the hotel for one night. Check in with as simple. The reception staff were helpful and informative. They let us know about local transport, discounts and the best ways to get around the city. We were offered complimentary drinks and we also booked the spa at the point of check in for the 5 or us. Check in was at 2pm and we booked the spa for 3pm. The spa was simple, clean, relaxing and enjoyable. There is a jacuzzi, infrared sauna, steam sauna, ice bath and relaxation room. We were given towels. We had a two bedroom family room with 5 beds. It’s was clean. Simple and comfortable. There was complimentary wine, water and coffee in the room. There were plenty of towels, body wash and lotion, vanity kit and shampoo. We asked the restaurant in the evening if we could have our food in our room after a long day of exploring Prague. They were very accommodating and boxed up our meals for us to collect. We all had a burger and fries. It was delicious, hot and great value at £17 for the meal. On checkout we were given details of a sister hotel in the City centre Wenceslas Square Hotel where we were able to store our luggage while we explored on day two. Before we made our way to the hotel Wenceslas also offered us complimentary drinks on the roof terrace which has beautiful views over the City. I highly recommend

Parking is easy and has a great spa. You can anything you need in the neighborhood in walking distance. The downtown is not far if you wanna see the city.

This trip was for my dad’s birthday and he couldn’t be more happier with everything the hotel did to make his day more special. Vlad at the front desk is a great example of excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make everything work and make our stay amazing. The way he explained everything what we needed with the smile on his face. He’s so friendly and professional. Even if it’s so cold he still had no doubt to went outside himself to help and to make sure we will have enough space for parking. A huge shout out for him and his amazing work. Breakfasts really good, a great choice of food, everything fresh, great value. Wellness aria is super clean, nice cozy space to relax. Also a big thank you to Bogdana, she’s such sweet and friendly person, so professional. Was such a pleasure to be welcomed by her for breakfast and wellness. We definitely be back with our whole family. Anna managing everything really good!

The spa is nice too, everything is availabme there, two saunas, jacuzzi, cold water bucket. Everything was really good. The location us somewhat away from the city center, but the neighboorhood is very trendy imand is also worth a visit

• Discover37735354092 (10/5): One of best accommodations in Prague - Great looking hotel located in good location (3 mins walking to 2 tram stops - 15 minutes from center). Great wellness, very nice breakfast, great, pleasant and clean rooms. And to be honest, it’s really hard to find that pleasant and nice attendants and receptionists. Nice work guys! Thanks for a pleasant stay, which I can only recommend.

The hotel sits in this cool local neighborhood with lots of young people around, plenty of shops and super easy public transport connections nearby. But what really made our stay special was the incredible staff - they were just amazing. Everyone from Vlad from the reception, to the lovely Nicola & Daniyar at the cafe - they all genuinely cared and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was great with a great selection. Loved all the little surprises and personal touches. If you want to experience the real city and meet some of the warmest hotel staff, definitely stay here.

Ging problemlos und auch der checkin am nächsten Morgen um 09:30. Parkplätze sind ausreichen vorhanden, der Preis passt auch.
• Antonio (10/5): Ottima colazione. Hotel da tre stelle. - Il punto di forza è la colazione, varia sia con salato e molti dolci, anche locali (non solo internazionale). Avevo una stanza singola, piuttosto piccola e un pò scomoda per il tetto spiovente. A parte questo aveva il necessario considerando che vi stavo per lavoro. Gli arredi sono decenti ma mancava un armadio e altre possibili accessori. Buona pulizia. La Hall è piccola. Ho utilizzato la stanza fitness che ha il necessario anche se gli attrezzi non sono top di gamma. Ho comunque valutato l'hotel nell'ottica più generale dei servizi ricettivi della città, che sono sicuramente di buon livello ma non sempre all'altezza di altre città, e chiaramente questo hotel appariva più com eun tre stelle. La zona è estremamente sicura, offre comodissimi servizi sia di trasporto che di ristorazione. Fuori dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile con i tram 1, 25, e 27.

• Konrad (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Rande der Altstadt. Parkplatz war kostenlos. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und ein geräumiges 3-Bett-Zimmer erhalten. Reiche Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Einziges Manko: Die Einstellung des Duschhebels zwischen warm und kalt war Millimeterarbeit.

• Susan (10/5): - Sehr gut gelegen. Nicht weit bis zur Staßenbahn und nur 2 Haltestellen bis zur nächsten U-Bahn Station. Restaurants in näherer Umgebung vorhanden. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Personal sehr freundlich. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

• Peter (8/5): - Zimmer etwas klein. In den heißen Augusttagen wäre eine Klimaanlage gut gewesen, der bereitgestellte Ventilator kann das nicht ersetzen. Große Frühstücksauswahl. Parkplatz kostenlos. Mit Tram 15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mehrere Jugendgruppen untergebracht. Wenn die zum Frühstück gehen, wird der Platz eng. Hier wären mehr Zweiertische für Paare gut, da viele Paare Vierertische belegten. An einem Abend war im Restaurant schon kurz nach 20 Uhr kein Personal mehr zu finden, obwohl Öffnungszeit bis 22 und warme Küche bis 20:30 angegeben ist. Preis-Leistung insgesamt sehr gut aber fehlende Klimaanlage in der heißen Sommerzeit ist schlecht.

• Lasse (8/5): Et rigtig godt hotel i Prag - Det er ikke ligefrem et nyt hotel, men det virker ikke nedslidt eller i dårlig stand. Rengøringen var god, servicen var i top og parkeringen var gratis. Det ligger i et trygt område og det er nemt at komme ind til byen derfra med metro.

Het ontbijt was goed in een nette ontbijtzaal. Het hotel heeft wellnessruimte waar Tereza ons goed heeft geholpen.
