• Qadri (1/5): Avoid this very poor quality hotel! - Do not stay at this hotel: it's a construction site as they're renovating and frankly should not be open to guests as you can hear the noise of construction work all day. Breakfast poor, internet doesn't work, expensive given the poor quality of hotel. Everything: noise of on-site construction and uncomfortable route to my room, internet hardly worked, rooms were old and basic, breakfast was poor, price was high for the poor quality.

• Kay (8/5): Great experience, thanks to Kelvin and Blessed. - I made a mistake and booked the wrong dates. Kelvin and Blessed who worked at reception helped me to change it without me loosing my booking or being charged extra. They were super friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night, but would consider staying again. I was also worried about the cooler weather in Nairobi and if my room would be cold. But it was quite warm and had a very powerful hot shower. No complaint

• Bangara Chikadza (7/5): It was good, but bathroom, showers and sinks need more attention especially cleaning. - The convenience to the place where I was having a workshop was great, security was also great The bathrooms' cubicles, taps, and floor need more cleaning and scrubbing. They can do better. They have a great facility, but cleaning needs to be enhanced. There are marks in the glass of the shower cubicles that could be cleaned and removed. The taps have water marks and can be cleaned well.

• Ingrid (7/5): Un hôtel à potentiel mais à améliorer - La chambre spacieuse, le calme, l’amabilité du personnel du house keeping et de la manager du front office. Le Check-in et le manque de réactivité du personnel au front desk le soir de mon arrivée. Arrivée tard à l’hôtel après un long vol, alors que j’avais bien précisé dans ma réservation que je voulais une chambre au calme et en étage supérieur, la réception m’a mise dans un studio au rez-de-chaussée, mal équipé, sans eau chaude, et où il faisait chaud. Pas du tout ce que j’avais réservé et de boeb moindre qualité que la chambre que j’avais réservée. J’ai dû insister, longuement auprès du fond desk pour avoir enfin la chambre que j’avais réservée. J’ai déménagé à 23h30 dans cette chambre et je trouve regrettable d’avoir eu autant de mal pour avoir ce que j’avais clairement réservé et déjà payé. Par ailleurs, le front desk ne m’a donné aucune facture de paiement de ma réservation lors du check Out. Un manque certain de professionnalisme, malgré la grande amabilité de la Front office manager qui a fait preuve d’effort pour assurer une bonne fin de séjour.

Удобная кровать Горячая вода 1) расположен где то на отшибе, далеко от всего. 2) стройка нового корпуса начинается в 7 утра, поспать вам не удастся. 3) душ не гермитичен, каждый раз целый потом в ванной комнате. 4) при заселении нам сказали что завтраки включены, при выселении стали требовать 25 долларов за завтрак. При том на следующий день завтрак подорожал до 50 долларов( 25 за одного). При этом завтрак просто отвратительный- холодный кофе, плохие сосиски, только вареные яйца и можно есть- но за 50 долларов- это слишком дорого.
• Otermans Institute (8/5): - The room was OK. staff was very friendly. The swimming pool was excellent, quite big and also deep at spaces so you could really properly swim. There was renovation ongoing at the time that we were there which was a bit noisy. The room size could also be a bit bigger as it was quite small for 2 people.

• Shaibu (10/5): HILLPARK met my expectations - Neat rooms, courteous staff at the front desk and restaurant and the fact that the hotel is well secured and close my conference venue. So I walked and never took a taxi out. I was okay.

And some rooms are on the side of the bars (noisy at night during the weekend) and construction work during the day. We changed rooms for the second night. And the reception forget to wake us up as requested in the morning. The rest was fine.

They are renovating and between the jackhammers and generators you cannot actually spend time on site during the day. No forewarning and no compensation.

Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden, die Wege sind nicht gut angeschrieben und dies sollte verbessert werden. Es sollte irgendwo im Zimmer ein Blatt geben mit den wichtigsten Punkten wie Frühstückszeit, Check-Out Zeit etc. Wenn man nicht mit einer sehr bekannten Person das Zimmer teilt ist es etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass das Badzimmer nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt ist.

We were staying here on February 13th, one night before St. Valentine's Day. We were having dinner at the terrace, yet the staff allowed it to set up huge loudspeakers, which have made the table tremble. We left the table, it was impossible to remain seated. They let chase away the guests who were paying for the night and for the dinner to make it OK for some young people. I am sure that the few drinks they have ordered do not replace the sum they have lost on us for the future visit ...

Mosquitoes around reception at dawn and noisy building work right next to the pool. Close to town but advisable to get a driver or Uber.

I had to keep begging staff to spray my room during the day. 2. After check-out, No one will help you with your luggage 3. The lower Upperhill road has horrible traffic in the morning, u may need to wait for over 30min for your uber to arrive. Plan accordingly
