• Elisa (5/5): Leider enttäuschend - Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist gut. Das Essen im Restaurant von der Karte ist lecker. Wir waren zum 2. Mal Gäste in diesem Hotel. Beim ersten Mal war alles zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit. Dieses Mal war es leider anders. Wir reisten mit Baby, was wir auch angegeben haben. Vorab erhielten wir eine Nachricht vom Hotel, ob wir ein Babybett benötigen. Das fanden wir sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Dieses Bett ging leider in der 1. Nacht kaputt. (Eine Seite des Rahmens war gebrochen. Es stellte keine sehr große Beeinträchtigung dar, war dennoch etwas instabil und nicht schön). Uns wurde zugesichert, dass sich darum gekümmert wird. Das Bett wurde leider nicht repariert und auch nicht ausgetauscht. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht und es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es ein Event im Ort, welches sich durch die ganze Stadt zog. Darüber wurden wir vorab leider nicht informiert. Das gesamte Entertainment dieses Events spielte sich genau unter unserem Zimmerfenster ab. Es war wirklich so laut, dass die Wände gewackelt haben. Das war mit 7 Monate alten Baby absolut unschön! Eine Information dazu vorher wäre gut gewesen, dann wären wir zu einem anderen Datum gekommen . Wir kamen am Sonntag um 9:30 Uhr zum Frühstück. Das Frühstücksangebot besteht bis 10:30 Uhr. Als wir kamen war bereits fast alles leer. Leider wurde auch kaum etwas für uns aufgefüllt. Auf Nachfrage wurden nochmal 2 Scheiben Käse nachgefüllt. Nach weiterer Nachfrage wurde dann doch auch nochmal Brot gegeben. Allerdings war die Auswahl sehr begrenzt, weil fast alles leer war. Das war sehr, sehr schade. Auch wurden wir nicht gefragt, ob wir eine Eierspeise aus der Küche haben möchten, obwohl dies eigentlich im Frühstück mit inbegriffen ist. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt dieses Mal leider nicht gefallen, obwohl wir im Jahr davor so begeistert waren.

• Janna (10/5): We had another super stay at Hotel Arte! - My grandchildren and I have stayed here countless times! Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself has a warm and calming atmosphere. We love the Junior Suite room which gives us the space we need to eat, sleep and play! The restaurant food is always good, and the spinach lasagna was a treat. The chef is happy to ensure that my meals are vegetarian. :-) There are beautiful walks and a children's playground right by the hotel. The kids and I had a fab time! All good

Z jenej strony widok na zamek, z tyłu park, jeśli ktoś chce chwilę odpocząć. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Znaomity kontakt z obsługą hotelu - zawsze pomocni, bardzo życzliwi. Czystość w pokojach i hotelu mogłaby stanowić wzór dla niejednego ośrodka.

Hotel jest przyjazny zwierzętą więc za to ogromny plus. jakość telewizji zdecydowanie rozczarowuje, oferta kanałów jest bardzo ograniczona. Dodatkowo brak dostępu do popularnych platform streamingowych, jak Netflix, to duży minus — szczególnie wieczorami, kiedy chciałoby się po prostu obejrzeć coś ulubionego.

• Ewelina (10/5): Would stay again! - The breakfasts were amazing. Something different every day and the variety was a pleasant surprise and got us trying new things. The restaurant attached serves delicious food, the staff on the bar at breakfast time and in the evening are super accommodating and friendly. Very clean, sockets were accessible and located in good places. Perfect for a short stay. Loved the outside terrace! Perhaps a little dated, the cushions on the bed weren’t great but that’s our own personal preference as we prefer firmer pillows. Due to the age of the property we heard the people above us but that couldn’t really be helped.
• Malgorzata (10/5): - Polecamy. Naprawdę byliśmy z mężem bardzo zadowoleni. Czysto, ładny pokój, a nawet dwa pokoje (wybraliśmy apartament), restauracja na dole z pysznym jedzeniem, wspaniałe śniadania, miła obsługa, blisko wszędzie. Świetne miejsce na wyjazd. Wszystko było ok. Brak uwag.

• Flassig (7/5): Bemüht - Größe des Doppelzimmer für eine Person ausreichend, für zwei Personen etwas zu klein. Gute Lage, neben dem Schloss und der Kirche. Ansonst gibt es nicht viel zu sehen. Frühstück gut, da konnte die Dame auch hervorragend Englisch. Das größte Problem sind die an der Aussenmauer angebrachten Klimageneratoren die eine enorme Lärmbelästigung darstellen. Ich hatte das Zimmer mit der Nummer 6. Die Geräte werden allerdings zwischen 22:00 - 06:00 abgeschaltet. Der vorhandene Safe war geschlossen ,wurde auch vom Personal obwohl darauf hingewiesen, nicht geöffnet. Das angepriesene Restaurant ist gut, aber sicherlich nicht außergewöhnlich und preislich gehoben. Da sich aber im Ort außer einem zweiten Hotelrestaurant nichts Anderes anbietet bleiben wenig Möglichkeiten.

• Maria (10/5): - Wspaniały hotel przy zamku Piastów. Pokoje bardzo czyste, łazienki również. Smaczne I różnorodne śniadania. Restauracja hotelowa serwuje wspaniałe obiady. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Jesteśmy z mężem na objazdowej wycieczce po Polsce, jest to nasz już 7 hotel ale nigdzie nie spotkaliśmy tak miłej obsługi jak tu. Pani Zosia, miła i uśmiechnięta dziewczyna, która obsługuje śniadania swoim optymizmem i uśmiechem zaraża, sprawia, że dzień jest lepszy.

• van Ooijen (8/5): Prima plek! - Locatie is lekker dicht bij het centrum, parkeren makkelijk en vrij, vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijtje Op onze kamer was het geluid van de afzuiging keuken sterk aanwezig tussen 600 en ca. 2100. Ik heb dit gemeld en ze gaan er mee aan de slag.

It's always a pleasure - lovely rooms, great food, friendly and helpful staff, child-friendly, close to the town, playground and park. We will continue to stay at Hotel Arte - it's like home away from home! (kids love it too) Everything was good.
• Frank (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, um die Altstadt mit Schloß und Kirchen zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir schließen uns den bisherigen positiven Bewertungen an. Ein kleiner Makel. Beim Zimmer Nr. 2 befinden sich an der Aussenwand die Klimaanlagen, welche einen unangenehmen Brumm-Ton erzeugen.
