Ralf (10/5): Tolles, unkompliziertes Stadthotel in Kaufbeuren. - Super unkomplizierter Check Inn. Tolle, große Zimmer. Besonders das Frühstück ist aussergewöhnlich gut. Frau Hofer sorgt super schnell für Nachschub und räumt leeres Geschirr extrem schnell weg. Hut ab vor diesem Service.

Jérémy (10/5): Une vrai belle surprise - Germany :Wir waren auf dem Weg zur Allianz Arena in München und wollten auf dem Rückweg bei Ihrem Hotel vorbeischauen. Da wir völlig erschöpft waren, hat uns Ihr Hotel genau richtig wieder auf die Beine gebracht: ruhige Lage, das Bett war perfekt und das Badezimmer erstklassig – saubere Bettwäsche und blitzsauberer Boden. Ihr Reinigungspersonal ist ebenfalls top, bitte wechseln Sie sie nicht aus, sondern stocken Sie das Team lieber auf 😉 Und zum Schluss das Highlight: Euer Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach herrlich, so lecker – der Saft, die Eier, das Gebäck, das Obst und die heiße Schokolade, einfach köstlich. Es war ein Vergnügen, und wenn ich wiederkommen sollte, werde ich ohne zu zögern bei euch übernachten. Ich empfehle es wärmstens 😉 Und nutzt den Donnerstagvormittag, denn dann ist Markttag in Kaufbeuren, nicht einmal 1 km vom Hotel entfernt. Leider wurde mir vor Ort kein Preisnachlass gewährt obwohl das Zimmer für 1 Person auf Booking.com günstiger war. Laut den Bildern habe ich mehr von dem Zimmer erwartet. Ich habe das Frühstück nicht probiert.

Sabine (8/5): Wir hatten einen sehr schönen kleinen Wellnessurlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder - Über das reichhaltige Frühstücksangebot habe ich und meine Familie sehr gefreut und wir haben es genossen. Auch der Frühstückservice, Frau Hofer, hat sehr dazu beigetragen. Genauso nett und kompetent waren die Rezeptionsdamen.

Ehrlie (9/5): entspannter Aufenthalt - Besonders das Frühstück ist positiv hervorzuheben. Hier wurde im letzten Jahr deutlich nachgebessert und das Angebot erweitert. Durch die nette Dame, die für das Frühstücksbuffet zuständig ist, herrscht eine nette und liebevolle Stimmung beim Frühstück.

André (8/5): Kommen gern wieder - Das Frühstück und der Parkplatz waren sehr gut. Die freundliche Dame die das Frühstücksbuffett verantwortet hatte, war sehr engagiert und freundlich. Die Größe des Familienzimmer war sehr gut! Leider hatten wir im Zimmer ein unangenehmes Geräuch, von ausserhalb, welches nicht behoben werden konnte. Dieses hat unseren Schlaf beeinträchtigt.

Christian (7/5): - Frühstück sehr gut, Personal super nett. Zimmer nicht überall sauber, Haare in der Dusche und im Waschbecken. Zimmer war eiskalt und nicht geheizt, da Heizkörper ausgeschaltet war. Nach Aktivierung alles gut. Waschbecken im Wohnraum, was aber neutral zu bewerten ist. Ich hatte ein Zimmer an der Straße, wo der Verkehr schon zu hören war. War aber erträglich.
Christian (7/5): Gutes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück, Service diesmal nicht so gut - Wir waren schon öfters im Felix Kaufbeuren und es ist alles solide wie immer. Schneller Check in, gutes Frühstück, Nähe zur Innenstadt. Nach dem Frühstück und vor der Check Out Zeit funktionierten beide unsere Key Cards fürs Zimmer nicht mehr. Wir mussten dreimal zur Rezeption gehen, bis sie endlich funktionierten. Auch wenn das passieren kann, hätte ich zumindest eine Entschuldigung seitens des Personals erwartet. Stattdessen bekam ich böse Blicke, weil ich sie offensichtlich bei ihrem eigenen Frühstück gestört hatte. Es war alles gut, aber hier kann man dem Kunden etwas freundlicher entgegenkommen.
Olaf (10/5): - Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das reichhaltige Frühstück - vor allem die knackigen Brötchen. Auch eine super Lage. Direkt am Bahnhof und ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt. Alles war supi!!!

Dir. Christopher Angerer (9/5): - Rezeptionist war sehr unfreundlich. Beim check in sagte er uns, dass die Bar bis 23:00 Uhr besetzt sei. Als wir um 22:15 Uhr ins Hotel zurück kamen wurden wir nicht einmal als erstes Begrüßt sonder was der Rezeptionist sofort sagte war: „ die Bar ist schon geschlossen „ Also wir in Österreich begrüßen zuerst die Gäste.

Mihai (8/5): Nice hotel, like the "vibe" :) - I really loke the vibe of this hotel, really nice! Breakfast was very good! The people were also nice, very helpfull! The parking lot was not free, and it was very crowded, I needed a lot of time to find a place. Then, the room was too cold for my liking.

Dirk (10/5): Tolle 4 Tage im Allgäu - Sehr freundliches Personal,leckeres Frühstück,tolles Zimmer und gutes Bett. Ich war rundum zufrieden. Besonderes Lob an die nette Dame an der Rezeption ( ich glaube sie hieß M.Plolediczek)....Sehr angenehme und freundliche Person. Ich werde sicher wiederkommen.

Denise (10/5): Tolles Hotel für Familien - Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt dort. Leider nur eine Nacht aber wir waren begeistert. Super schönes, helles, sauberes Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück. Und das Personal war sehr, sehr nett. Nichts 😉

Gert (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, top ! - jederzeit wieder. - Sehr angenehme, ruhige Übernachtung in einem perfekt ausgestatteten Zimmer - und das Haus ist überdies sehr günstig gelegen, Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum sind leicht fußläufig erreichbar.
