I tried the japanese restaurant Kunoichi and it was very delicious. I also tried lunch at Kemuning Restaurant here, and two thumbs up for the Soto Tangkar Iga. The ribs was very tendered and the soup was really rich in flavour. Really enjoyed my staycation here. The location was also very strategic and they also have shuttle car so we can go anywhere we want easily

• Ade (8/5): - I like the hotel swift and smooth check in and check out. Travelling with family, we arrived 2 hrs early than the standard check in time, but were allowed to check in early. This very helpful since we are travelling with elderly and two children. The Aircon in the room also work very well, the fridge actually is working which is very good.
• Suwitno (4/5): - The Facility must be maintenance check before guess come, Make sure that facility ready for guess stay I was disappointed when I was about to enter the room after breakfast, suddenly the room key wouldn't open, and I reported to the front office twice to fix the card to open the door. But the door still wouldn't open. And I asked the front office staff to send someone to open the door. The maintenance came, but it took a very long time, more than 10 minutes. And after they arrived, they also didn't bring any tools that could be used to open the door, so they had to go back to the maintenance room to get the tools to open the door. After I waited a long time maybe more than 10menutes again, finally the maintenance person came bringing tools to unlock the malfunctioning door.

Berdalih ramah lingkungan untuk efisiensi. Hanya disediakan pitcher untuk ambil air minum di koridor?? Thats Ridiculous. No corn flakes at cereal station, cappucino only for long stay guest, sautes vegetables & chicken was overcooked, 9:10am the Hot meals was gone. You put "roasted chicken" for spicy Indonesian grilled chicken. No option if people dont eat spicy. I only can eat miso Soup, sunny side up, & cut fresh fruits. Very lack breakfast menu. And old fashion tv LCD when other hotel at the same level changed to smarttv.

• Djalel (2/5): Mercure Karawang 2/10 - What I appreciated most was the quality of the staff. The employee named Rey was exceptionally professional. With a warmer smile and a bit more lightheartedness in his interactions with guests, he would truly embody excellence — a flawless 10 out of 10. We are not in Europe, but in Indonesia, staying at a Mercure hotel operated by the Accor group. While the staff is undoubtedly professional, they appear to be overwhelmed. A more welcoming attitude — beginning with a sincere smile — would be greatly appreciated. Efficiency is commendable, but it must never come at the expense of quality. At a rate of 800,000 IDR per night, one is entitled to expect a level of comfort that matches the price. You advertise a king-size bed, yet in reality, it consists of two single beds pushed together under a single sheet. For guests with back pain, the gap between the mattresses is noticeable and highly uncomfortable. In such a case, describing it as a king-size bed is misleading. Several features in the room are visibly outdated and should be replaced. The television, for instance, delivers poor visual quality. The shower also requires serious attention: rust — or perhaps mold — is accumulating on the showerhead, and the hair trap has not been emptied, causing a foul and unbearable smell to linger in the bathroom. Additionally, no welcome water bottles are provided in the room. There is only a water dispenser outside, which seems inappropriate for the level of service one would expect. Lastly, the water pressure is nearly nonexistent, and the water itself carries a metallic taste, likely due to aging pipes or faulty machinery. In all honesty, the overall experience was deeply disappointing.

The facilities are so so, for the room sometimes got not really nice facilities like the bed, the shower. But overall is quite nice… we also once visited during ramadhan so the breakfast menu is not as much as not during ramadhan

She organized my request very well, My plan to surprise my beloved parents anniversary and my sister’s birthday was successfuly made. I want to thank Mr. Adit who provide the best VIP service at the Kunoichi Restaurant by Mercure Karawang. Good food good vibe. Most friendly staffs. Amazing city view and clean rooms. I am surely will come and stay again in Mercure Karawang. Alhamdulillah, Thank you very much.

• Snauwaert (10/5): Great time, I will be back! - Accessibility, everything you wanted or needed was in or around the hotel, I paid for breakfast included and that also didn't disappoint, many choices from Western foods to more local foods. The staff, eventhough their English was a little lacking tried their best and were pretty friendly to us. I didn't make use of the laundry service as I had someone else around to help me out with this, but I was very glad to know it is a possibility, perhaps next time I can make use of it. There's two restaurants in the hotel, a Japanese one and one that just like breakfast offered a wide variety of foods. The food was very tasty and I would recommend it to many people around. Long story short, my general experience was great and you can definitely expect to see me again. I think the room was rather small and I expected more to it, it said something like there was a minibar included but all I saw was a mini fridge which didn't even keep my drinks cold, I had 2 stays, first week from 30 sept - 4 Oct, the room was really clean, however from 7 Oct - 11 Oct we got a room where there were stains on the mirror and there were holes in one of the pillows.

• Albert (7/5): Short stay meet up with other family members - Friendly and helpful staff. Close to where we needed to get to. Food places close by. Breakfast selection and quality was amazing. Shower wasn't hot enough. Aircon was strong and hard to turn down. Only the fan strength could be adjusted, the temp dial didn't do anything. Shower had some mould marks but the hotel was in the midst of renovations.

The staff who answered my room service order was unfriendly,IT seems she was in hurry because of another guest.I was asking little bit more about the menu,because IT was Not written in the room service menu card,she was repeating my order with not so good Intonation,she was pushing me to finish the order as soon as possible.It would be nice If the Room service menu card explained well everything not only the name. We we're also dissapointed because the Kids Club doesn't exist any more.because we we're Travelling with Kid. The Tv remote need to change as soon as possible.Room #625 So far everything was more than acceptable

I called the receptionist more than 3 times..asking them about my air con was not as cool as my other room..we had connecting room. They said they will send someone / engineering to my room..to checked.. But they never showed up. Kind dissapointed for me.
